Do this… Move to higher-grounds…Keep looking to the Lord, focus on His vision, asked to be a part to fulfill it…

What is your vision? For many it could be… Health, Wealth and time to enjoy it.  What’s missing here? Joy, the Joy that comes from the Lord. Joy takes precedent to happiness, why? Joy is eternal when we Rejoice in Him

So, let’s try the Lord’s vision… Peace, Love, Joy and Eternal Life.

The Life of Christ during His three-year ministry… The association with His disciples was a period preparing them to carry-on His Vision and to this day His Vision is being foretold of an eternal association of all His chosen ones.

Revelation 7:9

A Multitude from the Great Tribulation ] After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, In Context |

Revelation 7:10

and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

God’s Vision as conveyed by Jesus to John the writer of Revelation. And the high point of what he wrote is the Joy of standing before the throne and before the Lamb, these are those who were spared from the great-tribulation.

So, today let’s take the Higher-grounds of knowing Christ and be among the ‘great multitude’ what could not be counted.

This scene depicts the gathering of all nations, tribes, people and tongues, this is a scene which we refer to as the ‘Pre-transformation’ phase as in the twinkling of an eye they will be changed…

1 Corinthians 15:52

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Verse 15: 50-32 Our Final Victory

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortalmust put on immortality.

Commentary: To be a member of the Secret Service you must be considered a loyal person, while one could ‘fake’ it and be a mole, it is impossible for anyone to assimilate into the body of Christ without Faith in Him. Faith cannot save you, but it is the ‘Testing barometer’ by which our Lord can see the inner you.  Only His Grace can Save us.

The difference of being a Sinner and an enemy… A Sinner in fact all sinners that have received Jesus as their Savior will be transferred to His Kingdom in the twinkling of an eye.  An enemy of the other hand can never darken the gates of Heaven, why? Enemies are intrinsically against the goodness of our Lord, and is considered filled with the evil forces.  An enemy is filled with ‘Enmity’ and enmity cannot be changed by exterior veneer. So, the smiling ‘Bandit’ or deceiver can assimilate in our lives but never in the Kingdom of God.

The unforgivable sin is… Matthew 12:31

[The Unpardonable Sin] “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.

Unless we Surrender and be ‘True’ to our Lord Jesus, even in our sinful state Jesus will receive us when we commit it all to Him. Remember our Lord do not want or need anything from us, all He wants is our Faithfulness, no deceit, falsehood, posing or posturing can make us whole, only in Him we can be made ‘whole’ So with our Lord Jesus we cannot fake-it by repackaging ourselves

Our Lord Jesus is like the scanner at the Airport, but even at these scanners one can still beat the machines. With God who created us, He already knows that our ‘Righteousness is like a ‘filthy rag’, this is quite insulting, as you say I just came out of the shower I was at the Spa all day and I am rejuvenated?  Yes, you are unacceptable, the Lord’s Scanner will set of an alarm, because without His Blood of Atonement, we are blemished… but, Jesus Paid-It-All, and His Blood of Atonement is the SEAL of His Righteousness that He gives us when we come to Him and accepts His Redemption.

The Good News is… Jesus Christ rose Triumphantly and He Lives and because He lives, we shall also life with Life-Everlasting in His Kingdom of Splendor.

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus take this day and let it be a day filled with Your peace and lead us to Green pastures and by Still Waters.  Lord bless our Visitors as we go let us be a blessing to all in our path, Lord thank You for Your Grace and Your Divine Redemption. We give You first place in all things, and Lord Your Providence is evidenced by Your Love Lord. We pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus to you is the power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Don’t worry about getting old… you are being ‘renewed’ not a new and improved, but being made the ultimate

Can an old dog learn new tricks? Not tricks, but be transformed.

2 Corinthians 4:16

Seeing the Invisible] Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

Ephesians 4:23

and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, In Context | Full Chapter |

Romans 12:2 [Full Chapter]

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Artificial intelligence is the buzz-word of our time ‘Ai” is said will replace many functions relieving humans of menial jobs. So sometimes in the future we will be served by a robot programmed with Ai as they will be the Grunt-workers… a thankless and menial work. Grunt work can also refer to jobs that lack glamour and prestige or are boring and repetitive.

Why is Vintage Wine considered better? Why Aged-Beef is considered a premium product? (Enzyme)

Why Vintage Wine is better than what was made a few weeks ago? Aging is a process the makes good wine, Stradivarius found that old wood made great violins.

Lord Jesus as we read Your Word of assurance we thank You for Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us… Therefore, Lord for those that are having their loved ones being challenged Your assurance that all must come to You as a little-child, and we say Lord that that are with dementia are reverting to being a child and as said, they will stretch out their hands and another will carry them where they do not wish, as their actions are like a child.  Lord bless those who are care-givers and let the burden be lightened as they come to this message knowing that the best is yet to come, as you have provided a place of splendor for us all.

Coming to the Lord:

  1. The gospel Provides the hope in Christ Be patient and determined to receive his holy spirit
Be compassionate to all Be truthful and loving The main goal is the future in Christ
  2. Goals: Paul was a practicing Pharisee but he came to Christ as Christ chose him to be His vessel
Ignore the call to be known let the principle of ’I shall decrease and He must increase in life' prevail
that I might know Jesus and proclaim Him to all to be intimately connected to Christ; Jesus to be pre-eminent in my life; To put Him first
  1. Philippian 3: 12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.

This is Jesus' own example to have a prize a 'core' we cannot build without the core
Nothing compares with Christ as all other is garbage
By sharing my life with Christ I will become more like Christ
We must share in Christ's sufferings and in his victory

Because Christ has made me his own...

Philippians 3:12 New King James Version (NKJV) Pressing Toward the Goal

12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.

Philippians 3:16 Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind.

Philippians 3: 9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith.

Have a zeal to serve Him, when we can say… I have found a friend in Christ, knowing that Ephesians 2: 8-9 is by His Grace…For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come.  Lord thank You for Your Grace, Your Divine Redemption, and Your Unconditional love.  Lord we praise You and give You first place in all as we yield to You and seek a closer walk with You. Jesus Messiah, we thank You for being our Intercessor as we are presented to the Father by Your Righteousness and by Your Blood of Atonement we are saved.  Father we acknowledge that there is one God and one Mediator between You Father and man, and it is by Your Son Jesus Christ who gave Himself a ransom for us all.  Lord let Your Holy Spirit be indwelling in us as we go in Faith.  Lord bless our Visitors and grant us all Your favors. We pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus and to You is the power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Remember:  Our Lord’s will for us today is: Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Devotionals for Saturday: July 29th, 2017

It’all in the packaging… Its what’s inside that counts. Deceptive marketing is a house built on sand…

Truth will always prevail.

Packaging alone is not enough, themes, social-alignment, etc., successful-packaging doesn’t have to be deceptive, The Gospel of Jesus’ Life, death and resurrection doesn’t need any packaging, just the plain-truth will always prevail.

One of the most used word is… ‘Virtually’, this is an advertiser’s method of saying; what I am saying may not be true.

Would you fly on the plane after the pilot said… this plane can virtually fly? Then you asked; can it actually fly? And he responded… I just read the manufacturer’s handbook and they never said ‘actually’ they keep repeating that it will ‘Virtually’ fly.   Make your decision.

The definition of virtual is something that exists in the mind, exists in essence but not in fact or created by a computer. An example of virtual is an imaginary friend ...

So, when the sales pitch said… this product will make your life virtually better, seek truth, seek actuality, reality, and as we say…  It’s all in the packaging… Its what’s inside that counts.

In Christ, it is not ‘Virtual’ it is real because of His Covenant, His Divine Resurrection, and by ‘Faith’ we can experience His ‘Real’ Grace.  As the Scriptures said…

Ephesians 2:8

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

So, if anyone is saying what is Faith… let us know what God said; Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

There’s one fact…

We cannot half forgive or half-believe, and you cannot ‘Test-Drive’ if you want to be a Christian.

Good News: The Love of Christ is given with no ‘Pre-Condition’ it is Unconditional. He makes no preference.  You are already pre-qualified when You know Him and Love Him.

There will be no room for half-hearted individuals, even your job requires that you be a dedicated person, or you will be a mediocre worker with achievement that may be lack-luster.  Worse yet, there will be no room in heaven for half-believers, as there is no half believer, you are a believer or you are not.

In life, there is a wrong way and a right way. Why is there an instruction sheet enclosed in the little box that contains an electrical switch? Because you will attach the wrong wires to the wrong contacts, so read the wiring instruction to avoid burning the contacts. As we say… when all else fail, read the instructions.

In life, we are confronted with allure of marketing, at an automobile show, they emphasis is not on the cars but the models standing by the vehicles.  In most commercials, the promotion is not the product but what the product will do for you. So, in today’s message we are focused on the ‘Core-Aspect’ of why Christ died for us….

First; He loves us, so this is the core reason, Secondly, He wants us to be filled with Joy, and Thirdly, He wants us to be where He is.

The above are what we consider to be God’s perspective as the scriptures taught us. Now let’s look at this from our own perspective.  Why do we need a Savior? Because without His salvation we are going down in the Titanic, so the following is why we need to be saved:

First, we are all survivalist, and will always struggle to survive, Secondly, we would like to avoid being cast into hell and therefore we want to find a way around this. Thirdly, His offer of Life Everlasting sounds interesting, but we oftentimes postpone the decision to take up His offer.

Today we can boldly come to Jesus our High Priest as our Sovereign God, as he said, “It is Finished” and the Temple Veil was torn, and by His Blood we are saved as He, Jesus is our Intercessor and our Mediator and He will never leave us not forsake us.

Accept His Invitation today; come to our Lord as He is willing to accept you just as you are… Go to the Green Pasture Page on our website and come to our Lord; He is waiting to welcome you into the Victory Team.

Pray:  Heavenly Father in Jesus our Redeemer we come knowing that You are on the Throne of Righteousness and through You Lord Jesus we can be Redeemed as we come with a contrite heart seeking Your Forgiveness. Lord thank You for this privilege of serving and by Your Grace bringing thousands of visitors to You Lord; we thank you for Your Saving Grace and we give You our Praises and to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

The story of the wizard of Oz… this depicted the behind the curtain imposter that dominated.

Planning is always the best approach for a successful journey, but when the journey is full of events and turns that you do not expect, it becomes more difficult to cope. Our Lord provided a route for you to journey through this world with the utmost assurance that you can handle whatever life throws at you.  In a world of high diplomacy and fierce political dramas, what we have is nothing more than a prop with someone behind the scene like the ‘Wizard’ of OZ, mainly because when you strip down the veneer of all giants of our times, and those before our time, they were mere human-beings with no real answers.

In the coming days, an event will take place and it is no ‘Wizard of Oz’ performing this, it is by God’s creation and the elements of His magnificent grandeur of what Jesus described…

Luke 25 “There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, 26 men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

Text:  Luke 21:25-33 New American Standard Bible (NASB) These are words spoken by Jesus Christ, He was addressing His 2nd Coming

The Return of Christ?

On Monday, August 21, 2017, all North America will be treated to an eclipse of the sun. Anyone within the path of totality can see one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights - a total solar eclipse. This path, where the moon will completely cover the sun and the sun's tenuous atmosphere - the corona - can be seen, will stretch from Lincoln Beach, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina. Observers outside this path will still see a partial solar eclipse where the moon covers part of the sun's disk. this series of still from 2013, the eclipse sequence runs from right to left. The center image shows totality; on either side are the 2nd contact (right) and 3rd contact (left diamond rings that mark the beginning and end of totality respectively)

Nothing in life is worth more than life itself, but to have the ‘Ever-Lasting’ Life offered by our Lord though His redemption this is the prize that we will receive at the end of our journey to HIM.

We read and hear quotations, but one of the more profound quotes is from Jim Elliott, a Missionary, and a Martyr...  his quote:

"He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep gaining what he cannot lose." By Jim Elliott: A Pioneer Missionary and a Martyr for the Glory of God….

We are not a dooms-day site, nor are we making any prediction or implying any catastrophic event to alarm anyone.  We are simply repeating the Word of Jesus and what He said.

There are many Atmospheric conditions that we mere-humans cannot change. such as:

  • Why do we see the Sun 2 minutes before the sunrise?
  • Why there is advanced sunrise and delayed sunset?
  • Why do the stars twinkle?
  • What is reflection in the atmosphere?

Atmospheric refraction is the deviation of light or other electromagnetic wave from a straight line as it passes through the atmosphere due to the variation in air density as a function of height.

God’s creation is so intelligently designed, even the ‘Sonic-Boom’ was deployed by Him:

Hebrews 11:30

By Faith They Overcame] By faith the walls of Jericho fell after they were encircled for seven days.

We spoke of Wormwood a few days ago… and Jesus also spoke of this ‘Star’ that will fall.  Are we there yet?

Revelation 8:11 [Full Chapter]

Revelation 8:10-12 (NKJV)

Third Trumpet: The Waters Struck

10 Then the third angel sounded: And a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. 11 The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.

Fourth Trumpet: The Heavens Struck

12 Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.

John 1 (NKJV)

The Eternal Word

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend[a] it.

Remember Jesus holds all things together…

Colossians 1: 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Ephesians 1:

Redemption in Christ

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus we thank You for blessing us with Your Spiritual blessings by Your Holiness.  Lord we thank You for our Visitors and we dedicate all to You Lord.  We go in faith and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Thursday: July 27th, 2017

Do this… Stop-Look-Listen… Are we doing this anymore? The old Railroad crossings and why you should do this…

Focus:       In life there are more opportunities than adversities, why? Because we sometimes ignore the opportunity, keep asking…

Are we too busy dealing with the challenges of life’s daily demands so that we are missing the opportunities?

Just go… Stop asking.  God told Moses to go… Stop asking, go and lead your people

Thoughts for the day:  Know when to Pray and when to move and carry out the mission

Text: Exodus 14: 13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. 14 The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Our God is a God with logics and He applies practical functions.  He parted the Red Sea for His people and He jammed the wheels of Pharaoh’s chariots. There are times when God is telling us to stop praying or stop looking and asking, why?  Because after we have made our request known we need to act on the request in

Faith knowing that whatever we ask in His Name, He will grant;

1 John 5:15

And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

1 John 5:14-16 (in Context) 1 John 5 (Whole Chapter)

Just like when Moses was looking to God in: Exodus 14: 15-16 New International Version (NIV)

15 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. 16 Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.

Waiting around is not what Jesus did. He was constantly on the move, by age Twelve He was already full of knowledge from His Father. We saw Him in the Synagogue questioning and answering the elders with authority, we saw Him over-turning the tables of the money changers in the Temple, and we saw Him healing many.

Jesus made things happen… He was not waiting for things to ‘happen’ He was proactive when He healed the Blind on the Sabbath. He willingly went to the Cross and He came back alive and spent 40 days with His disciples.

Good News -His Faithfulness:

His plan for us is already laid, all we have to do is in Faith Trust Him.   No Due Diligence needed here, because His Grace is given to us. Remember Grace is ‘Undeserved’ and it is by His Grace that we can have what Jesus offered…A Life and more Abundantly endowed by our Lord. We are His, as He purchased us at a price, and He lives in us.

So let us do our due-diligence in charting our future. In Christ He is our Sovereign God in One of the Holy Trinity, we can trust Him, He is the incomparable Lord, and Jesus is our Redeemer.

  • There is one Mediator between man and God, and He is Christ Jesus
  • Jesus is Sovereign & Eternal
  • Our Lord Jesus was there from the beginning of it all
  • Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.
  • We are made Joint-Heirs in Jesus to His Kingdom
  • We are saved by Grace and not of anything we do
  • His Blood of Atonement is the Seal of His Redemption
  • He went to prepare a place for us, and;
  • Jesus said He will return and those in Christ will be with Him forever

Rejoice with Joy today knowing that the future is bright, because He Jesus is the Bright Morning Star, He is the Beginning and the End, and His ending is the beginning of what we refer to as; ‘The Best is yet to come’

Principle: Our Redeemer lives…  Rejoice for He chose us.  Have Victory in Christ Jesus He is Faithful forever.

Good News:

Coming to the Lord:

Lord today as I accept Your Peace, I will not fear what man can do, as You have provided Your Armor…

Note: Our place in Heaven is endowed by our Lord Jesus who said… John 14:3And “if” I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. John 14:2-4 (in Context) John 14 (Whole Chapter)

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come. Lord Jesus because You were there from the beginning of it all, Lord you are the Great ‘I AM”, we thank You for Your Graciousness and Lord we thank You for Your Divine Redemption. Lord we come in the shadow of the empty cross, but we know that were two or more are gathered, You are in our Midst… Lord thank You for sending the Holy Spirit, and let it be a ‘Day of Pentecost’ every day until You return. Lord we ask Your blessings on us all and for our many Visitors. Lord grants us Your Favors and equip us to serve as we are privileged to be a vessel for You. We pray in Your precious name Lord Jesus to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Wednesday: July 26, 2017

Tempus Fugit Ergo Carpe Diem… Time flies, but seize the day, used it wisely….

There’s 153 days left before Christmas 2017 or just 21 weeks. Just about 17 Sundays before Thanksgiving 2017, and then you will start hearing Christmas Music.

While we look to a Joyous Christmas 2017, there are many forces that would like to harm our society. Today the turmoil in the middle-east of Syria, Iraq and other regions of the world. The wars and the skirmishes and political bickering, these are proving one thing… It is making the Prophecy of the Bible to be correct and the parallel of what Jesus said that would be in the last-days.

So, let’s seize the day and make it a great day…

Good News -His Faithfulness:

When you know and trust our Lord, the Bible said…” He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways” Psalm 91:11.  Only our Lord prays for us, as His angels are constantly at work to safeguard us, His angels are here to minister to us and to guide us into our Lord’s presence at our life’s journey in heaven forever.  His angels are sent to serve those who loves the Lord and those our Lord made Joint-Heirs to His Kingdom.

Because our Sovereign Eternal Savior, Jesus Christ the Son of God, who is God Incarnate in His Holy Trinity is our Mediator and is Interceding for us to His Father, Jesus our Redeemer sitting on the Throne of Righteousness who Paid-It-All, and He died and through His Divine Resurrection, we are presented to his Father as ‘Redeemed’ and through His Blood of Atonement we are no long filthy rags.

What a privilege our Lord Jesus gave us… He took us out of the trash-heap and made us into fine-linen worthy of coming into the Presence of His Father.

His Faithfulness:

Jesus the giver of Life – everlasting, remember that a ‘Free’ Gift had to be bought by the giver, and Jesus bought His Priceless Gift with His Life by dying for us, and His Payment was Redeemed by the Father as He Rose from death. His Resurrection is a Witness of what He has endowed for those in Jesus who shall also share in His Glory through His Divine Redemption.

Yes, we can receive His ‘Priceless-Gift’ right now and be made a Joint-Heir in Christ our Savior.

Matthew 10:32

[Confess Christ before Men] “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess (you) before My Father who is in heaven. In Context | Full Chapter

To know Christ:  Repent (Turn from your sins) and by faith receive Jesus Christ into your heart and life and follow Him in obedience as your Lord and Savior.

Pray this prayer of Commitment: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name I pray Lord Jesus… Amen.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come, Lord Jesus thank You for being our Mediator to the Father.  Lord it is because of Your Righteousness we are privileged to come in Your Holy Presence.  Lord thank You for Your Divine Grace as You have prepared a place for us all knowing that You have said You are not of this world… Lord as we go in faith, Lord remove the challenges and lead us all to green pastures as it is by Your Divine Providence that You gave us an abundant life and a more-abundant life to come. Lord we thank You for the Visitors to this site, bless us all Jesus Messiah, and to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Remember:  He (JESUS) is the Great “I AM” and all things are possible in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior

Devotionals for Tuesday:  July 25, 20917

You are what you eat?  Gluten free, Organic – all natural or branded preserved food? Get the real food…

Buying – ‘Certified-Organic’, is it free from any cross-wind contamination of pesticide applied in the area?

According to USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP)…

To avoid the possibility of pesticide or herbicide drift onto organic fields, organic growing areas must be situated far enough from non-organically managed land and unmanaged land to prevent aerial drift and contamination from runoff.

When aerial spraying is applied, the separation of farms may be irrelevant as the wind contamination will find the organic fields. So, the best caution is to wash your vegetable…make a Veggie-wash using a lemon, water, and white vinegar solution for cleaning fruits and vegetables prior to juicing. This solution can be prepared easily with one lemon, a cup of normal drinking water, two teaspoons of white vinegar and a spray bottle for spraying the solution on the fruits and vegetables.

Extract the lemon juice and pour it in the spray bottle. add two teaspoons of white vinegar and one cup of water should be added to the lemon juice. Then, shake the spray bottle well to mix the lemon juice, water, and white vinegar. The solution can be sprayed on the fruits and vegetables that are going to be juiced.  After spraying the solution on the fruits or the vegetables, the produce needs to be rinsed off with water before juicing.

Now let’s talk of real ‘Pure’ food…

John 6:35

And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. In Context | Full Chapter |

We can be hunger for things of this world, having an appetite for the city lights, Lot the nephew of Abram chose the city lights and ended in Sodom & Gomorrah, while Abram stayed back with his wife Sarei.

History through the ages had many twists & turns, Abram later named Abraham, the book of Genesis is an array of epic events, from… Creation, Noah, the Flood through to Joseph to the birth of Moses, then Exodus began.

But Jesus said before all this He was the ‘I AM’ … John 8:58

Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” In Context | Full Chapter

So, when you are a Child of God, you are born again of incorruptible seed… 1 Peter 1:23

having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,

Theologians say we are descendants of Noah and Abraham but fact is… we are God’s creation Redeemed by the Blood of Christ.

Which list to be on? The Forbes® List, or the Lamb’s List? Guess which one will last forever…

No other books can be called the Lamb’s Book of Life.  All the self-help books are just primer to Part-1. Only the Lamb’s Book of Life leads to Part-2 of Living.

What is Part-2 of Living… It is the great ‘beyond’. Some may wonder why we talk so much about the hereafter, and the great beyond?  What are you preparing for today?  Is it a job interview, meeting your new in-laws, preparing to buy a car, a house, or choosing which school to attend? Or; a doctor’s visit, or some other good or potentially adverse situation? Let’s make it good…

What we have here in the Good News…With all of life’s challenges, and facing the future, once thing we know that this journey is full of potholes, winding and twisting turns. But God will make the pathway straight, He will level the mountain and smooth the roads.

Psalm 85:13

Righteousness will go before Him, And shall make His footsteps our pathway.

Proverbs 12:28

In the way of righteousness is life, And in its pathwaythere is no death.

Matthew 17:20

So, Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

So, while we seek God’s providence and prepare for a better tomorrow… while we can move mountains but without love, we are nothing…

1 Corinthians 13:2

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

No matter how well we prepare for Part-2, without His Grace we cannot achieve it.

Ephesians 2:5

even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

In Context |

Ephesians 2:8

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

In Context | Full Chapter |

So, thank the Lord for being on the Lamb’s List, as the Forbes® list will be useless for Part-2.

In preparation for Part-2, here’s what we suggest…

  • Use our time wisely,
  • Pray the Prayer of Jabez, ask that your life’s mission be useful for His Glory.
  • Know that when you get there in Part-2 there will be God’s Reward.
  • Knowing that God’s reward is Jesus dwelling among all those in His Part-2.

Revelation 22:12

“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. In Context |

Regardless of your success in this world (Part-1) Jesus did say “I AM not of this world”.

Matthew 5:17

“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.

Jesus came to ‘Fulfill His Mission to Redeem us, His mission was to be the Lamb of God, shedding His blood so that we shall sustain the Wrath of God.  So, when you have been washed in His Blood (by receiving Him) when the great and final Passover comes, just like those protected in Egypt when the angel of death passed over, the Blood of the lamb protected them.

Because He (Jesus) is the Great ‘I AM’.  On earth, there’s no great ‘I AM’ So enjoy your successful Part-1 and be prepared for the Best of Part-2.

So, the Great News (not just ‘good’) is the Best-News…

Matthew 24:13

But he who endures to the end shall be saved.

In preparation for Part-2, those in Christ will be spared the tribulation.

And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened.

Matthew 24:22 In Context |

As children of the Almighty you are…

 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

Come to Christ and be a part of the Best is Yet to Come…

Know this… Acts 4:12

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

John 1:12

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:

Prayer: Lord Jesus as You sit at the Right-Hand of the Father, we thank You Lord. Father we thank you for Your majesty, making our Lord Jesus Your Great I AM giving Him glory as of the only begotten, full of grace and truth. Jesus, we affirm that the Father chose You before the foundation of the world. Lord bless our Visitors as we go in faith, Thank You Lord as we give You the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Transformation is not by force, it is by His Grace. It cannot be demanded, it’s not for sale, It’s Free…

In automotive industry ‘frame-off restoration’ is a desired condition for American-muscle cars. Many popular TV-shows feature junkyard cars brought back to life.

Our Lord will do a ‘frame-off’ transformation to those in Christ.  We do not know if He will erase our memory, and place barriers that we cannot think on our own anymore? According to the Scriptures, this will not be so. But we will have a celestial body, and being in the likeness of Christ, old things are past-away and all things are made new.

Text: 2 Corinthians 5:17

All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Try the ‘Plain-Truth’, just be yourself, no pretense, come as you are. God sees us from the inside.

Thoughts for the Day: The U.S. Marine’s Motto… The Marine motto "Semper Fidelis" means "always faithful" in Latin.

TOPIC: Let us apply Semper Fidelis to our Lord who made all things possible.

TEXT: Hebrews 2:17

For this reason, he (Jesus) had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.

Hebrews 2:16-18 (in Context) Hebrews 2 (Whole Chapter)

Commentary: How would you like everyone to deal with you? To be sincere, honest, truthful, and loyal and be respectful, these are the qualities we would seek in a relationship. And in fact, these would be the criteria of hiring a new employee.

Our Creator endowed us with ‘Free-Will’ and gave us ‘Freedom of choice’. In addition to the qualities of; Sincerity, honesty, loyalty and be respectful… the ‘key’ word is: Forgive, and the overriding factor is ‘Love’

Do you think that God allowing us to have ‘Free-will’ was too trusting of humans?  As said, the true-test of man is in dealing with success.  King David went through a phase when he abused his success by putting the husband of Bathsheba to the frontline to be killed. Saul abused his monarchy that made God removed the anointing.  So, gaining the Providence of our Lord comes with great responsibility.

There is a story told of a couple who attended church regularly, they struggled financially and regularly asked for prayers, eventually the husband landed a new job and suddenly they were absent from church. The pastor went by their house on a Sunday morning, as he drove up the couple were leaving their house, the pastor said, hello we miss you at church so I came by to see is all’s well, the couple said, sorry we are late for our golf game at the country club and we cannot stop.  Here is an example of how the providence of our Lord was mistaken by this couple that chose to abandon the faith in favor of living a worldly lifestyle.  On the other hand, many faithful followers of our Lord who were once living through financial struggles and now financially secure are using the providence of the Lord for His glory.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:9-11 (in Context) 1 Peter 4 (Whole Chapter)

As the Text above instructs us to be faithful stewards of God’s Grace, let us be aware that God’s Grace come in various forms.  Thank our Lord today for His Faithfulness in granting you:

  • Health
  • Wealth
  • Wisdom
  • Love for others

While we all wished each other; A Prosperous New year’ let the wish be filled with brotherly love, as Love is mention 533 times in the New King James Bible. Love knows no boundaries…

“If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them.

Luke 6:31-33 (in Context) Luke 6

But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.

Luke 6:34-36 (in Context)

Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Father’s Son, will be with us in truth and love.

2 John 1:2-4

And now, dear lady, I am not writing you a new command but one we have had from the beginning. I ask that we love one another.

2 John 1:4-6 (in Context) 2 John 1 (Whole Chapter)

And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. 2 John 1:5-7 (in Context)

1 John 3:  New International Version

16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. 17 If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? 18 Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

19 This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence: 20 If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. 21 Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God 22 and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him. 23 And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us. 24 The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.

We are saved by Grace...
Ephesians 2:8-9

Good News Translation (GNT)

8-9 For it is by God's grace that you have been saved through faith. It is not the result of your own efforts, but God's gift, so that no one can boast about it.

As we go in faith unto 2014, let us put aside all doctrine that are not of our Lord…

Doctrine is a set of rules, and practicing doctrine is almost bordering on Superstition.  Superstition is often dismissed as ‘Old Wives’ tale’ yet in the human trait the world is full of many that think that their righteousness can save them.

Doctrine could be construed as living under the Law and not governed by the Grace of our Lord.  There is a fine line here… Some living by doctrine thinks that their quest to be righteous is paramount that will assure them of salvation.

Galatians 2:21 Good News Translation (GNT)

21 I refuse to reject the grace of God. But if a person is put right with God through the Law, it means that Christ died for nothing!

  1. All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God…
  2. We cannot say we are without sin
  3. If we do we make a liar of our Lord Jesus
  4. We cannot earn our way to His Kingdom
  5. No one comes to the Father unless through Jesus
  6. We are saved by Grace and not of anything we do

If we could live by the law and be holy then Christ died In-Vain.  If anyone could get to Heaven on their own accord, then Heaven would not be a place where I would want to be, as there would be those that boasts about their achievements, and how good they are. This is what our Lord said… “You Must be Born-Again” and being Born-Again, we are a new Creation.   If we think we will be in Heaven acting like our old self, then life will be just the same drudgery of a constant battle against the forces of evil.

Therefore, our Lord said, we will be ‘Transformed’ and Sanctified… “Without Sin, in a place where there is no Sin, it is a place of Splendor filled with the presence of our Lord Jesus that radiates His Joy in a place He called Paradise.

Just think… the thief on the cross said “Lord remember me when you come into your Kingdom” and Jesus said, “Today you will be with me in Paradise” Jesus did not say your sins are forgiven, our Lord knows that we are sinners, and even when we are saved by his Grace, we are still a sinner, because He Died once, and His Blood when we receive Him and  His ‘Seal’ of His Salvation upon us, as we are still subject to sin until that day when we are fully ‘Sanctified’. However, we cannot say then … If this is so let us continue to sin, as He also said, to ‘Willfully-Sin’ we will have no more sacrifice for us, as are ‘crucifying our Lord again and again when we willfully sin.

There is a fine line of being tempted and falling for the temptation and willfully sinning, so be careful, pray without ceasing, meaning, keep His Word in your heart that you will not sin against Him, as our Lord will make a way for the temptation to pass. Jesus Himself went through severe temptations, but He overcame them all with His Word, which is the Shield and Sword as we too can be protected by His Armor.

His Promise / His Faithfulness:  We are one of Christ’s, why? We were purchased at a price… by His Blood, He made us a Royal Priesthood,   1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come.  Lord today as we go in faith we seek Your Divine Grace and Your Providence with the knowledge that we must be good stewards of Your Grace. Lord thank You for our Visitors and be with each of us as we look to You knowing that Your Faithfulness abounds in our lives. Lord let our endeavors be realized for Your Glory. In Your Name Lord Jesus, we pray and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication…Leonardo da Vinci, keep it pure, and do not get sophisticated by being unreal.

The dictionary defined Sophistication as…

Change from the natural character of simplicity, or the resulting condition.

Complexity, as in design or organization.

Impairment or debasement, as of purity or genuineness; and we defined it as perceptual manipulation.

The story of the Emperor’s new clothes… is a short tale by Hans Christian Andersen about two weavers who promise an Emperor a new suit of clothes that is invisible to those who are unfit for their positions, stupid, or incompetent. When the Emperor parades before his subjects in his new clothes, no one dares to say that he doesn't see any suit of clothes until a child cries out, "But he isn't wearing anything at all!" The moral of the story is… the little boy was not ‘sophisticated’ and in his own simple honest way simply said but the king is naked….

An example of becoming ‘Sophisticated’… The tulip was brought to Europe in the middle of the sixteenth century from the Ottoman Empire. Holland's upper classes soon competed for the rarest bulbs as tulips became a status symbol.

By 1636, tulip bulbs were traded on the stock exchanges of numerous Dutch towns and cities, encouraging all members of society to speculate in the markets. Many people traded or sold possessions to participate in the tulip market mania. Like any bubble, it all came to an end in 1637, when prices dropped and panic selling began. Bulbs were soon trading at a fraction of what they once had, leaving many people in financial ruin.

The Apostle Paul said it all in a plain and simple statement…1 Timothy 1:15

Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. In Context | Full Chapter |

So today as we reflect on Paul’s Simple message… Jesus came to same sinners and we are all sinners.

This simple message contains the most ‘Vital’ fact of all times… Jesus Saves!

TEXT: Romans 3:7

Someone might argue, “If my falsehood enhances God’s truthfulness and so increases his glory, why am I still condemned as a sinner?” In Context | Full Chapter |

Romans 3: 9-12, 21-25

No One Is Righteous

What shall we conclude then? Do we have any advantage? Not at all! For we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin. 10 As it is written:

“There is no one righteous, not even one;
11     there is no one who understands;
there is no one who seeks God.
12 All have turned away,
    they have together become worthless;
there is no one who does good,
    not even one.”[

Righteousness Through Faith

21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness is given through faith in[h] Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished—

To know Christ… Repent (Turn from your sins) and by faith receive Jesus Christ into your heart and life and follow Him in obedience as your Lord and Savior.

In Your Name, I pray Lord Jesus… Amen.

Father we come in Jesus our Redeemer our Eternal Sovereign God in One of Your Divine Trinity.  Lord Jesus today as we affirm that You Lord Jesus is our sole Mediator to the Father and because of Your Righteousness we are presented through Your Redemption, Lord we are privileged as You have redeemed us from the trash heap and purified us by Your Sacrifice at Calvary and we like Job acknowledge You and say “For I know my Redeemer Lives”  Lord we thank You for our Visitors and we seek You Blessings upon each one as we are privileged to bring Your Good News to all for Your Glory.  We pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Thursday: July 20, 2017

Running late? To be early is a sign of anxiety, to be on time is being exact, being late is to be aggressive.

The story of the Chinese delegation’s first official attendance at the United Nation... It is said that the Chinese chose to be a little late, rather than be on time, expressing their exactness, or to be early showing anxiety. So, they came in a few minutes late.

Many of us run a little behind in meeting appointments, even gathering at church, the morning service commencing at 9 AM seldom starts on time. Less than 35% of the congregation are present for the commencement. It appears that calendar integrity is not a priority in some society.

So, choose…   a: Calendar Integrity or: b: Spiritual integrity, or:  c: Fiscal integrity, which should be the preeminent one?  If you chose ‘b” That’s the one, because Jesus said so. Where is His saying?

Jesus spoke these words putting this issue to rest… Matthew 6:33 [Full Chapter]

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Why do we run late? Because of commitments, things that we must do, attending to something that we need to do.  Nothing is more important than our appointment with the King.  So, seek Him first.

Humbleness is a desired trait favored by our Lord, yet we can boast of Him and His Saving Grace.  Let our boasting be more an ‘Affirmation’ rather than posturing.  Choosing to be a little late to show aggressiveness is a form of contempt, it shows lack of respect. So, this Sunday be on time with Spiritual Integrity.

All things are possible? Not by us mere humans, but by the Grace of the Lord. The background of the Space program of the USA. it started out on a ‘shaky’ beginning, several failures trying to catch up with Russia’s launch of Sputnik 1 & 2.

At a businessman dinner, the keynote speaker was a NASA board member.  A person that sat next to Von Braun, he spoke of the challenges they experienced after America’s first & second launches that failed, and was referred to as ‘Flopnik’ and ‘ Kaputnik’.

Our key note speaker revealed that they turned to the Holy Bible and found the answers, viz…Ultimately, the Vanguard Project met its scientific objectives, providing a wealth of information on the size and shape of the Earth, air density, temperature ranges, and micrometeorite impact. All this information gathering was kicked off by the success of the Vanguard 1, which launched for orbit on March 17, 1958

Ronald Reagan the 40th President of the United States said this about the Holy Bible.  Click on hyperlink to see video.

Reagan stated that all the answers can be found in the Bible… and so did, Dwight Moody (Moody Bible Institute) a man with a 5th grade education that God used to launch a worldwide ministry.

So, today let us fix our eyes, minds and thoughts on Christ, seeking our King in His Kingdom, a kingdom not made by human’s hands.

Commentary: The vastness of space in which our place of abode known as Earth is something to think about.  Our planet is a small speck in comparison to the billion galaxies and planets, but our planet Earth is still unique. Our quest to explore and discover other beings are dwarf by our finite mind and limited abilities.

The equation of ‘Light-Years’ to our calendar is a major deterrent to us getting from here to the next Galaxy within our neighborhood the Andromeda Galaxy is a Giant Spiral muck like our Milky Way Galaxy. This is considered the closest to us but it is 2.5 million Light-Years away, or about 5 quintillion miles away

Today as we face the mountain in our lives, just think that each of us are like an Ant, but our Lord loves us so much that He cares for each of us individually, and not just as a group, but individually as he knows each of us.

Our God who created the vastness of the universe also created us in His Likeness placing us in a special category. In awe, we are bewildered how God gave us this great privilege to have dominion over this vast universe.

Principle: Law Cannot Save from Sin, only the Blood of Jesus.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus today as we reflect upon You our King who suffered and died in our place, Lord Your Divine Gift of Your Precious Blood as our Seal of Redemption we accept Lord.  Father we thank You for sending Your Son Jesus who sits at Your Right-Hand Father and Jesus our Messiah we thank You for being our Mediator to The Father.  Lord we praise You and we thank You for our Visitors as we ask Your blessings on us all, Lord we thank You for the privilege to bring Your Good News of Your Resurrection to the world, and to you Lord Jesus is the power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

New feature: Life’s moment… this morning as I turn my computer on I had an error message, fortunately today’s system will do a self-diagnostic and eventually fixed the bug.. So, I am back on line. This reminded me that with Jesus I never have a delay in reaching Him, no glitches and the communication is always clear.

Factual… You cannot buy love, loyalty or Grace, why? Find out here…

The adage…If you want a friend get a dog – this legendary saying mostly apply to presidents in the White House. A dog will always greet you, he will wag his tail, express his love although you have been on a long trip and haven’t seen you for a month.

Loyalty must be earned, in society dependency is often mistaken for love or loyalty. Your dog is known as man’s best friend because of the unconditional love.

Being appreciated is what one appreciates the most in life.  In life, we have one assurance of a friend that sticks closer than a brother, and He is Jesus. Thank you, Lord, thank You for your mercies, Your unending love and Your providence.

John 10:7-10 Therefore Jesus said again, “Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Notice Jesus said we are to have a ‘full’ life’… He wants us to be well provided for, not a mediocre boot-strapped life.

If this is so, why do we experience challenges? Avoid this by doing as He said…

Matthew 6:33-34 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Let’s turn things over to the Lord, seek Him, make Him preeminent in your life, seek His Righteousness, because without Him we are nothing. Apply these principles today… Forgiveness, Humbleness, Faith, Love, Accept and Share.

Text: Romans 10:14 (NASB)

14 How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?

Commentary: Millions of eggs are laid daily and from these eggs baby chicks are hatched in incubators for the broiler-chicken farms daily.  The question today how was the first chicken born without an egg?  If any of our readers have this answer please email us and we will share the answer.

Just like the Egg, and many more ‘un-answered’ questions that are mysteries to mere men, we still do not know how the exact speed of rotation for Planet Earth was determined. Earth spins at the equator at 1,038 miles per hour (1,670 kph). The mid-latitudes of the U.S. and Europe speed along at 700 to 900 mph.  The mystery is; if Earth is rotating why are we not ‘falling off the planet’? The gravitational pull may be part of the answer, so above all; these grand-designs of our Creator provided the uniqueness of His Creation.

Definition of MYSTERY (Webster)

a: a religious truth that one can know only by revelation and cannot fully understand

b: any of the 15 events (as the Nativity, the Crucifixion,

Notice the precise speed of earth’s rotation is 1,038 MPH not 1,039 or 1,040 MPH... but precisely at 1,038 MPH; MIT, Harvard, Princeton or any other Institutes of Technology could not arrive at the proper equation even in a billion years.  Therefore, the Chicken and the egg dilemma is considered a challenge to all, believers or atheists.

John 1 (NIV)

The Word Became Flesh

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Prayer:  Heavenly Father in Jesus we come.  Lord today as we go in faith, we seek Your Divine Grace and Your Providence with the knowledge that we must be good stewards of Your Grace.

Devotional for Tuesday: July 18’ 2017

Changing on your own is not Easy… Sometimes you must think outside the box.

Text: Matthew 26:69-75 Now Peter was sitting out in the courtyard, and a servant girl came to him. “You also were with Jesus of Galilee,” she said. But he denied it before them all. “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he said. Then he went out to the gateway, where another servant girl saw him and said to the people there, “This fellow was with Jesus of Nazareth.” He denied it again, with an oath: “I don’t know the man!” After a little while, those standing there went up to Peter and said, “Surely you are one of them; your accent gives you away.” Then he began to call down curses, and he swore to them, “I don’t know the man!” Immediately a rooster crowed. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken: “Before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly. +++

Was Peter thinking outside the box when he denied Jesus? When we read about Peter’s vehemently began to call down curses, and he swore to them, “I don’t know the man!” Immediately a rooster crowed.

Remember it was Peter who said this to Jesus …, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same.

Matthew 26:31-35 Then Jesus told them, “This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: “‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ But after I have risen, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.” Peter replied, “Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.” “Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” But Peter declared, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.” And all the other disciples said the same.

Today, we would probably do as Peter did. But many of us would probably not disown Christ, why? We have the Gospel, and Peter and the disciples did not have it then. They did eventually witness Jesus’ death and Resurrection, and they received the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost.

So real changes came to Peter. All along Peter was a loyal follower of Christ, but this did not change him.

It was Jesus who restored him… and transformed him.

John 21:15-19 When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.” Again, Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.” The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!”

So, let us all say... “I have decided to follow Jesus “-- because we can say: For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

Romans 1:16 NIV

Even if we try to think outside the box, our Lord sees and know all things, because he sees us from the inside out. Just like when Peter said to Jesus… “Lord you know all things, you know I love You”.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus as You are at the Right-Hand of the Father and You are God and we are just like Peter who because of self-preservation started to think outside the box. Lord today together with our Visitors we seek to follow You just as You said to Peter “Follow Me”, Lord we follow in true-faith knowing that all things are possible in Your Holy Name, we thank You Lord and give You preeminence. To You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Are you prepared for the ‘Ultimate’ promotion?   Imagine being admitted to the Honor Society in school, being elected president or being knighted by the queen… These come with a high degree of distinction and with responsibilities.

All our achievements are earth-bound, so what’s the difference? Some will say after” I die what difference does it make” … Unfortunately, if this was so, then the end is the final chapter in each of our lives.  But there is one promotion that is available that provides the ultimate position for each of us. Read on for more insight on this…

First, many have had their ‘Moment of Glory’ (Glory is the fame and admiration that you gain by doing something impressive) and we say ‘moment’ as it all comes to an end eventually. When the Bible said…

Hebrews 9:27

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: In Context | Full Chapter |

Secondly, the key words above ‘after’ and ‘judgment’ -- The Biblical fact is at the end of your physical life there is a second chapter, and this insight of ‘After’ is over-powered by Christ’s victory over death.  Therefore, our ‘moment’ of glory will be transformed into an ‘Eternal’ Glory.  This is through the ‘Ultimate’ promotion when you were ‘set-aside’ by Christ.

Definition of  (our understanding of what’s to come) ‘Sea of Glass’  in Revelation 16:6 referred to Crystal, in Revelation 15:2 it is referring to the aftermath of a nuclear effect when everything melts and flowed and spread like molten silica that makes glass..

So, choose to be standing in Victory in Christ as we shall stand on the sea of glass praising our Lord.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savor we have Your assurance of Victory.  Lord Jesus today we come and acknowledge Your Sovereignty, and we thank You for setting us apart, as we bring our Visitors to You Lord set us all apart as we shall stand with You on that Fateful Glorious Day.  Thank You Lord Jesus in You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

3. Supremacy:  He is Supreme and Sovereign, and we must place Him First over all

4. Redemption: Acknowledge His Redemption and His Grace that saved us

5. Holy Spirit:  Seek His Holy Spirit and He is Omnipresence and Omni potent.

6. Thanksgiving Give Thanks and acknowledge in Faith that whatever we Ask or Think He said He will do

The Graciousness of our Jesus our Redeemer…

But He looked beyond my faults… and saw my needs, by Dotty Rambo

Think on this…

Our faults were not made by our Creator… We are created by God, so why do we have faults?  Because God trusted us and made us with free will.  We may ask the question then why did He allow the serpent (the devil) to have tempted Eve?  God wanted us to choose on our own as He did not create us to be slaves, so He gave us a mind of ‘Free-will’.

TEXT: 1 John 1:10New International Version (NIV)

10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

2 Corinthians 2:14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

14 But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.

Think on this        :  Praying to the Lord is the Most-Important Meeting we can have in our daily lives…

All other things we do are secondary, as only our Lord Can Divinely prepare us for the day, He can smooth our tasks, inspire us, give us His Blessings, and by His Grace we can cope with all aspects of life’s responsibilities.

Heaven is a place of Incomprehensible beauty and peace, let us give thanks in Faith to our Lord Jesus that Paid It All

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come…Lord Jesus we thank You for the Covenant of Your promise that in Your Father’s Kingdom there are many mansions, and where You are we will be. Lord we thank You for our Visitors, today let Your Holy Spirit be with us all as we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus our Supreme Eternal God to You Lord is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Saturday: July 15, 2017

Making today different, why? Do you want more of yesterday? Let’s make today a great day…

When we say let’s make today a great day, without God’s Grace what we would make would be just about ‘a-day’ and not more than that. A day with many hits of misses and a self-imposed mission that would be marginally good, but not a ‘great’ day.  Only in Christ we can have a great-day.

One of America’s most famous wartime general… General George Patton.  In the Movie/Documentary Patton, during a season of inclement weather, Patton summoned the Army-Chaplain and requested that he writes a prayer for good weather.  The response from the Chaplain was, “Am I to ask God for good-weather so we can kill our enemy?”.

He wrote the prayer and General Patton prayed it and the weather cleared.

Patton was one of America’s greatest commanding Generals, known for commanding the Third Army following the invasion of Normandy in June 1944, where he led a highly successful rapid armored drive across France.

He led the relief of beleaguered American troops at Bastogne during the Battle of the Bulge, and advanced his Third Army into Nazi Germany by the end of the war.

On this day in History, Paris liberated on Aug 25, 1944. ... General Jacques-Philippe Leclerc and was attached to General George S. Patton's 3rd U.S. Army conquered the Germans as they surrendered in Paris.

On 29 August, the U.S. Army's 28th Infantry Division, which had assembled in the Bois de Boulogne the previous night, paraded 24-abreast up the Avenue Hoche to the Arc de Triomphe, then down the Champs Élysées.

Good News:  Peace is mentioned in the NKJV Bible 376 times, so our Lord is offering His Peace to you today.

TEXT: John 16:33

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world, you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Commentary: The history of the world is full of war; the world is constantly undergoing conflicts. Some are more pronounced and impacts us in more way then one.  Many conflicts are staged under the difference of philosophy and Religious war.  Individually we have a constant battle waging within ourselves, the battle of good versus evil, making the right choices and not falling into temptation.

Yes, there will be a time when 'Real-Peace' will reign...  We can have personal Peace in Christ today because He said; “Do not worry…” Seven times Jesus spoke this:

1] Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

The Gospels (Matthew-Mark-Luke & John) introduced Jesus, declared Jesus as the Messiah, and affirmed Jesus as our Triune God. Salvation comes only through The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.  No other name or religion can ‘Forgive’ Sins, there are no ‘Redemption’ offered by any other religion, Only Christ died for our sins and Rose on the third-day to conquer death which is the penalty of sin.

The Bible said… It is appointed unto man to die and after that the judgment… what does this mean? Is this a contradiction? If you are dead how will you be around for the judgment? Factually we will never die, as you are created in His likeness… therefore; our soul lives on to be judged or be rewarded.

Real Peace comes only from God through Jesus Christ who came on His Mission to save use.  He offers His Grace, (Grace is like the extra 10 days that your insurance company offered before they cancel your insurance) His Grace will be withdrawn on the Day of the Lord; It is by His Divine Crucifixion, dying in our place that we would not die, and His Blood of atonement is His Seal that you will receive when you accept Him as your Lord and Savior.

We also must remember that our God is Love… Jesus loves you, but the Bible also said; God is a God of a consuming fire… Holiness is the only state that you will be accepted into His Kingdom, on that day entering His Kingdom you will be fully Sanctified made sinless by His grace forever.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come.  Lord we thank you for Your Righteousness and Your Love. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for being our Mediator. Lord that You for Your Grace and Your Divine Redemption through Your Blood of Atonement. Lord we come knowing that Your mission here was to solely redeem us as we acknowledge that Salvation is only in You as there are no other name given by which we can be saved.  Lord thank You for Your Assurance as we thank You for our Visitors and Your blessing on all as we pray; in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Do this…. Letting go of negativity… leave the gloom behind and say, Hello Happiness leading to real JOY.

Hello Happiness begins by coming to the Lord at the beginning of our day… The Joy of the Lord is found through our association with Jesus.

Nehemiah 8:10

Then he said to them, “Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” In Context | Full Chapter |

Psalm 20:5

We will sing for joy over your victory…  And in the name of our God we will set up our banners. May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.

Psalm 35:27

Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication; And let them say continually, “The Lord be magnified, Who delights in the prosperity of His servant.”

The Power of Prayer… Prayer is the source of Power given to us by our Lord to seek HIM.
Thoughts for today… Do not throwaway today by fretting about tomorrow, The Bible said Fret not.

Text:  Matthew 6: 7 NIV

Jesus taught us how to pray

7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Prayer is a Divine interaction with our Lord, He gave us this privilege of coming to Him, and He also revealed many secrets to us:

  1. Faith:                       This is the Power of coming into His Presence; Faith is the key step in coming to Him,
  2. Belief:                      He said when we pray we must have Faith and Believe we already received His Favor
  3. Supremacy:          He is Supreme and Sovereign, and we must place Him First over all
  4. Redemption:        Acknowledge His Redemption and His Grace that saved us
  5. Holy Spirit:           Seek His Holy Spirit and He is Omnipresence and Omni potent.
  6. Thanks Giving      Give Thanks and acknowledge in Faith that whatever we Ask or Think He said He will do

Plant seeds by speaking positively, never ‘dumb-down’ or putting down anyone, including yourself, step out in Faith…remembering that negativity only breeds failure, and success breeds success.

Are you facing a Giant today, Our Lord can make a way for you to overcome it and be victorious... Praise our Lord Jesus for He is Faithful.

  • TRIUMPH:     Revelation 17:14
They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

His Promise:

2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
2 Corinthians 9:7-9 (in Context)

His Faithfulness:

1 Timothy 1:14
The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

Prayer: Heavenly Father we come in Jesus our Lord and Savior.  Lord we are privileged to bring Your message of being good-stewards for Your Glory. Lord all wealth and honor come from You Lord and without You Lord Jesus we can do nothing.  Lord we honor You knowing that You are on the Throne of Righteousness and in Your Hands, are strength and Power. Devotionals for Thursday: July 13, 2017

You can say it’s a dog’s life… Americans spent an estimated $15.73 billion on veterinary care in 2015.

What’s a billion here and there? It’s just numbers… these are some assumptions that may not be 100% accurate, but it is just to do a little mind-game… If the US population is 326.5 Million consisting of 78 Million Dogs and 85.5 Million Cats, making the total pet population to be 163, 500,000. This translate to 50% of American households own a pet.

Breaking down the total spent divided by the pet population it’s just about a $96 per pet.

American gave $390 Billion dollars *YTD-annualized.  This translates to an average of $1,214 / household, to various charities. In 2014 American gave to Churches almost $115 Billion this averages out to be $352 / giving.

So, the final analysis is; we are spending on cats and dogs almost 30% of which was given to the house of the Lord.

Using our time… giving 30% to our pets and 60% to family leaves only 10% for the Lord.  This is what we call the ‘Leftovers’…   So, today why not invert the ratios, 60% to the Lord, 30% to family and 10% to the pets.???

Let’s try the inverted ratio and see how things will change, bring to the Lord the First-Fruit is mandated by God.

Maybe we should try this and see the outcome.  Remember that: ‘Self-Denial is the most important of all of life’s function’.

Text:  Luke 9:23 [Full Chapter]

Take Up the Cross and Follow Him] Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.

1 Peter 2:24-25 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

24 and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. 25 For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

What is your ‘Cross’? or better to say what is our Cross?  Our Cross is not the ‘baggage’ it is our life-line…

The baggage consists of the things that we spend more time in rather than of the Lord.  So. Switch the baggage, and not do as the Word of God …

Blessings of Obedience] ‘You shall not make for yourselves idols, nor shall you set up for yourselves an image or a sacred pillar, nor shall you place a figured stone in your land to bow down to it; for I am the Lord your God.

Remember Rachael stole the family god and hid it. Genesis 31: 34 Now Rachel had taken the household idols and put them in the camel’s saddle, and she sat on them. And Laban felt through all the tent but did not find them35 She said to her father, “Let not my lord be angry that I cannot rise before you, for the manner of women is upon me.” So, he searched but did not find the household idols.

While Laban did not find his idol-god, he came to peace with Jacob.

Genesis 33 (NASB)  (Click here. Listen to the best story of brothers reunited by the Lord) Remember Jacob’s deception and the stolen birthright…

Jacob Meets Esau

33 Then Jacob lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, Esau was coming, and four hundred men with him. So, he divided the children among Leah and Rachel and the two maids. He put the maids and their children in front, and Leah and her children next, and Rachel and Joseph last. But he himself passed on ahead of them and bowed down to the ground seven times, until he came near to his brother.

Then Esau ran to meet him and embraced him, and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept.

Today, we too shall be reunited with our love ones, because of Christ Jesus who paid it all on the Cross.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Lord Jesus… We are today acknowledging You as our Supreme Holy Creator, Redeemer and we know You Lord Jesus took our sins in You on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by Your wounds we are healed.  Lord we thank You for Your Grace. Lord bless our Visitors as we give You the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Recently visiting with an old friend of mine that is approaching his 94th Birthday, so I asked… How are you and his reply was, ‘I am down’ as I worry about the future… after speaking for a few minutes, I found out that he had that feeling of insecurity because his income was limited.  I had to remind him that he lives in a house that was worth almost a million dollars, he had a ‘Reverse-Mortgage’ that he did not have to make any payments, his mortgage, taxes and insurance were paid from the reverse-mortgage, and his social security check gave him enough to live, pay for his car and still had a few dollars for charitable contributions (which he took delight in giving) and above all at 94 years old he was healthy as his physician said after his annual check-up, the doctor told him…”I will see you a year from now” .  After this I said John…you have so much to thank the Lord for, and to worry you are acting contrary to having faith in the Lord.  So, remember, yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not yet here, today is a great day, so give thanks to The Lord.  So, he said, when my friend comes over he will start sharing his new outlook of thanking the Lord for His graciousness.

TEXT: Philippians 4:4-9 (NKJV)

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Meditate on These Things

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Prayer:  Lord Jesus today as we affirm You Art One with the Father, we come and Praise You and Thank You Lord for Your abundant life, today and forevermore.  Lord bless our Visitors as we go in faith knowing that all things work together for good to those who love You Lord. To You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

God’s Green Pastures & Still Water, what a peaceful place, find it today, He is ready to show it to you…

The restored Eden as described in Revelation is more like a capital…

Revelation 21:  14 Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 15 And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.

16 The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. 17 Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel.

18 The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. 19 The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.

21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.

Ezekiel 36:  33 ‘Thus says the Lord God: “On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will also enable you to dwell in the cities, and the ruins shall be rebuilt. 34 The desolate land shall be tilled instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass by. 35 So they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden; and the wasted, desolate, and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ 36 Then the nations which are left all around you shall know that I, the Lord, have rebuilt the ruined places and planted what was desolate. I, the Lord, have spoken it, and I will do it.

Revelation 22:

Jesus Testifies to the Churches

12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.”

17 And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

Jesus said He is coming quickly and He is our reward, He is the Alpha ad the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.

1 Corinthians 15:52

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Today could be the day, so come to Christ and freely receive His Redemption…

Acts 4:12 (NIV)

12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

John 14:23 (NIV)

23 Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.

John 11:25 (NIV)

25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;

Romans 5:9
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!

Ephesians 1:7
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace

Accept His Invitation today; come to our Lord as He is willing to accept you just as you are…

Pray:  Heavenly Father in Jesus our Redeemer we come knowing that You are on the Throne of Righteousness and through You Lord Jesus we can be Redeemed as we come with a contrite heart seeking Your Forgiveness, Lord we thank you for Your Saving Grace and Bless our Visitors that we are privileged to serve for Your Glory, we give You our Praises and to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Monday: July 10, 2017

Where would you prefer to be, here at home, or on vacation in Europe, Asia, or the Grand Canyon?

Psalm 63:1

Joy in the Fellowship of God] [ A Psalm of David when he was in the wilderness of Judah. ] O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water.

Psalm 86:8

Among the gods there is none like You, O Lord; Nor are there any works like Your works.

As David said he was in a dry and thirsty land, and he sought the Lord.  Are we in a dry and thirsty land? Yes, and it is also in Europe, Asia and even in our beautiful national parks.

David sought the Lord and he was given what he sought…

Psalm 23 New King James Version (NKJV)

23 The Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord

Today as we look around us, there are commercials selling all kinds of beverages, bottled water sales reached 16 Billion dollars in the USA. The land may not be parched and thirsty, but you cannot drink the water in many countries unless it is bottled.

So, choosing where you would prefer to be, let us choose what David sought and give thanks to the Lord for providing the ultimate… to dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.

You do not need the devil to confirm that there is a God, because God loves you, and the devil hates you…

God through His Son Jesus who is God in One of the Father cares for you, the devil wants to destroy you.

Remember the devil cannot use you unless you grant him your permission. This is done when we yield to temptation, being tempted is not a sin, but to indulge knowing that the temptation is from the evil one, you are now crossing over and will be used by the devil.

The devil has no power that cannot be overcome when you are armed with the Word of God.  Unless the devil is permitted he cannot harm those in Grace with the Lord.  What do we mean, He could not harm Job, he was permitted to render pain and grief but God stopped him from killing Job, and God restored Job and all that he lost caused by the evil one.

So today do not grant your permission to the evil one.  We need to be armed with the armor of God.  The text above clearly stated… For we are not fighting against human beings but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities, and cosmic powers of this dark age.

Knowing that God is Real and Jesus who is Supreme and Eternal and conquered death, on the other hand we need to know there exists the wicked spiritual forces who is the ruler of this dark-age.

Yielding to temptation is like knowing that beyond the next step is the end of the ledge and you will fall 20 floors to the ground, but the lure of this world tempts you to indulge.  So indulging you fall, not many people ever survived such a free-fall to tell us of the brief ‘soaring feeling’ that may be a good-feeling which ends in seconds.  Such is the pleasures of what the devil offers.

The text also said… build up your strength in union with the Lord and by means of his mighty power. Put on all the armor that God gives you, so that you will be able to stand up against the Devil's evil tricks.

Remember the ‘Mighty-Power’ belongs to the Lord, and through Jesus we have His Power to withstand the devil’s evil tricks.

Ephesians 6:13-18 (GNT) 13 So put on God's armor now! Then when the evil day comes, you will be able to resist the enemy's attacks; and after fighting to the end, you will still hold your ground.

14 So stand ready, with truth as a belt tight around your waist, with righteousness as your breastplate, 15 and as your shoes the readiness to announce the Good News of peace. 16 At all times carry faith as a shield; for with it you will be able to put out all the burning arrows shot by the Evil One. 17 And accept salvation as a helmet, and the word of God as the sword which the Spirit gives you. 18 Do all this in prayer, asking for God's help. Pray on every occasion, as the Spirit leads. For this reason, keep alert and never give up; pray always for all God's people.

The above represent the most advanced weapon ever made, as it is made and provided by God.

Come to Christ and receive His Redemption, in Faith to receive Him… Pray: Lord Jesus I am a Sinner, I come and repent of my sin by receiving Your Priceless Gift through Your Blood of Atonement, I invite You Lord to come into my heart and make me a new creation by your Grace. Lord I commit myself to You Lord and ask Your Holy Spirit to be with me from henceforth, To You Lord is the Power and the Glory forevermore… Amen.

Heavenly Father we thank You for this privilege of serving You for Your Glory. Lord bless our Visitors and Lord Open the flood-gates that this endeavor will spread Your Living Water.  Lord we Praise You and to You Lord Jesus we give You the Glory and to You Jesus Messiah is the Power for evermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Sunday:  July 9, 2017

Do not bring the Lord your ‘left-overs’… Unless it’s worthy leave it at home, bring Him your love. Your faith and thank Him for His Grace.

What is considered ‘Left-overs’ this includes your time, not just your tidings, He doesn’t want your money, He wants YOU.

When we Tide it is an affirmation of our dedication to His mission and it is a testimony of giving back to our Lord what He endowed to be used for His Kingdom.

Do not bring the ‘Left-Over’ to our Lord, Cain did this and the Lord chose the offering of Abel over Cain’s.   Our Lord is not asking for much, all He is asking that we present our bodies as a Living Sacrifice.  How do we do this and what good will this do for us?

Did you know that all the pharmaceutical products sold by Drug companies are just man made temporary reliefs? Did you know that for all that ails us our Lord did provide a ‘Cure” or a ‘Preventative’ source? So, when our Lord said present your body as a Living-Sacrifice to be a wholesome person. But this ‘Wholesomeness’ still will not bring us to Heaven’s gate, so why do I present my body as a Living Sacrifice? Because when you do this by “Knowing Jesus” this is the wholesomeness that will not just keep you well, but also as an Heir to His Kingdom.

Recently I found that eating blueberries (a handful per day) could reverse the accumulation of plaque in our arteries especially to the Heart.  How could such as flavorful enjoyable fruit be a remedy?  Maybe we are too used to the dosage of Castor-Oil used in early childhood.  It is also reported that eating Mustard greens such as Broccoli, Bok-Choy and other veggies from the Mustard green family is also a preventative source for certain cancer.  So, with new science and discoveries the big pharmaceutical companies are jumping on the band-wagon of natural remedies.

His Faithfulness:

Let’s look at what the Lord did to the Syrian army. During an invasion, the Syrian General tried to overthrow King Hezekiah's army by telling the Army general of Hezekiah, “why not defect to us and stop believing in your king that believes in a God that cannot do anything, look at us, we overran Egypt, and we will crush you as your king knows nothing but to trust in his God that will not save him,

Guess what? that night, God sent a Plague of Black death carried by Rats, and 8,000 soldiers died.  The lesson here, if you go against our God, guess what? you will always be put out of business, you can curse everyone, everything, blame it all on others, but when you oppose things that are of our God, He will not tolerate it.

Remember when the Syrian also learned that they were not fighting the Israelite, they were fighting Elisha, they surrounded Elisha with thousands of soldiers, and you saw the result, Elisha said, Our God is more powerful that all of them, and guess what? Elisha prayed and suddenly they were surrounded by an army from God and the mountain was filled with Chariots of Fire, is our God an Alien? the answer is Yes and No... God is Alien to those that do not know HIM, He is OMNISCIENCE, OMNIPOTENT & OMNIPRESENCE to us believers.

He said... FEAR NOT the Battle is MINE"

Action/Coming to our Lord:

Heavenly Father in Jesus our Redeemer we come, Lord Jesus we thank You for this privilege of coming into Your Holy presence. Lord because You are on the Throne of Righteousness as our Mediator between Man and God, Lord we thank You that we can boldly come to Your as the Veil of the Temple was torn revealing You Lord Jesus as our Savior.

Lord we give You first place in our lives and offer ourselves as a living Sacrifice to have Your Holy Spirit indwells in us.  Lord we ask Your blessing upon our Visitors and that Your Favors be released to us all as we come and give Thanks for Your Love and the Covenant of Truth in You Lord. We pray in Your precious name Lord Jesus and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Saturday: July 8, 2017

Know when to walk-away, giving up sometimes is a good thing, because bad people cannot do good.

We all have experienced association with business associates, friends and even a neighbor that turned out to be less than equitable.  In business, the old-adage of turning lemons into lemonade is sometimes quite apropos.

Turning lemons into lemonade requires a combination of business acumen mixed with a lot of good intent.  Why? Lack of vision and arrogance, and a too-quick decision to walk-away will always lead to failure.

Reflecting when a group of associates said… “let’s sell the project, get out of it and take our losses” my reaction was to request one last meeting to which I would bring a list of options.  The meeting was held and a decision was made by choosing one of the option, and after continuing with the project it became one of the largest business parks in the State.

But the truth within the association still held true to the fact that… people with selfish intent cannot do good. Why? after being away from the project for a decade, what was accomplished never grew. So, the project lingered on with virtually no expansion in a decade, while other competing developments eroded away the critical mass and out-performed what was jointly managed.

The key lesson here only what’s done for Christ will last…

In life, there are similarity to what Saul experienced as king, how? We see the anointing of the Lord removed from Saul; and Samuel told to visit with Jesse who had eight sons, but only one was chosen… 1 Samuel 16:10 Thus Jesse made seven of his sons pass before Samuel. And Samuel said to Jesse, “The Lord has not chosen these.” 11 And Samuel said to Jesse, “Are all the young men here?” Then he said, “There remains yet the youngest, and there he is, keeping the sheep.”

And Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and bring him. For we will not sit down till he comes here.” 12 So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with bright eyes, and good-looking. And the Lord said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!” 13 Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel arose and went to Ramah.

The lesson here, God looks at the real intent of what we do, king Saul’s intent was self-imposed, and self-serving. King David’s was God-imposed. While the life of David was ‘Spotty’, he sought God’s forgiveness and committed his life to God’s mission and prevailed to the end with God’s blessings. David’s legacy grew as he handed it all to his son Solomon.

Today, we go knowing those in Christ are called and set aside, and God is making lemonade out of us lemon.

Praise Him for His graciousness.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Redeemer we come knowing that You are on the Throne of Righteousness and through You Lord Jesus we can be Redeemed as we come with a contrite heart seeking Your Forgiveness. Lord bless our Visitors, we thank you for Your Saving Grace and we give You our Praises and to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Friday:     July 7, 2017

Can you… Name one Man-Made element? … topping the list is ‘trouble’, we humans mastered how to make it.

Job 14:1

Man that is born of a woman is of few days and full of trouble.

In Context | Full Chapter |

Focus: Are you practicing ‘Self-made religion’? (Col 2: 20)… beware of legalism, cling to Faith and Grace, Christ did not die in vain… Self-righteousness is useless, because there’s nothing we can do to be ‘righteous’ if this was so, then Christ died in vain, and we make Him to be liar.

Remember our Lord knows us by name, while this is so, we may say that we all have a ‘common-name’ and this name is ‘Sinner’. You may say why I am a sinner, I do not steal, I do not curse, I attend church, and yet you are a sinner, why? Because we are all born with that blemished called sin.

Sin entered the world through one man, and death was passed unto ALL... But God loves us so much He sent His only Son Jesus to die for our sins. John 3:16-17 King James Version (KJV)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

TEXT:  Romans 5:12

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: In Context | Full Chapter

Topic: The old saying… God moves in a mysterious way… To man it is mysterious, but to God it is a ‘Divine’ way.  Many instances in life when someone suffers a tragedy one would ask, where was God? When Stephen was stoned to death, why did God not save him? Stephen looked up and saw Jesus with open arms welcoming him home.  Now, would it be better for Stephen to be protected from the rocks and remained alive?  Or was it better for our Lord to receive him home and give him a place of splendor.  I can imagine, that our Lord was saying… look at those fools, they are fighting and killing each other for what? To gain what? To dominate their fellow men for what? Therefore, Jesus said… “Father forgive them for they do not know what they are doing”

EVENING: Action/Coming to our Lord:

Paul the Apostle that Jesus chose to be His vessel, said…

Romans 7:24 O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?

In our daily lives, we are bombarded by the world’s distraction via, Print, electronic (TV-Internet) radio, etc. the apostle Paul in the text above was merely saying “I am a man, and I am susceptible to the temptations”.  To be tempted is not a sin, but to partake in the temptation and enter an act of complicity is a sin.  The constant battle with the forces of temptation is not regulated to our bodies, it is our mind, so be mindful of our imaginations that we are not led astray.  In a recent piece written by Leroy Elms, he stated that his friend that contracted Polio and while he was wasting away in an Iron-Lung machine weighing less than 70 lbs., he asked him what bothered him the most, and the reply was the ‘Lustful’ thinking that went on in his mind constantly.

Our Lord Jesus who was tempted by the devil never partook of the temptation, He overcame the wiles of the devil with the Word of God…  So, there is a way for us to deal with this universal problem which is:

Ephesians 2:8 Amplified Bible (AMP)

For it is by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation) through [your] faith. And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God;

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord we thank You as we stand in Faith acknowledging Your Grace; and we affirm that it is only by Your Grace that we are saved and not of anything we do. Lord we thank you for Your divine redemption. Lord bless our Visitors and grant us all Your Favors as we seek You and give You first place in our lives. Lord we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus our sovereign eternal God in One of the Father in Your Holy Trinity. To You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Gathering the ingredients, without them the formula will be lacking everything, find them here…

Revelation 22:2

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. In Context | Full Chapter |

What if you had a full supply of groceries, fresh fruits, wheat, water and other essential every day, what else would you need.

Good health and what? the big house, the Ferrari and all of life’s high maintenance we will not need.

So, what ingredients are you seeking today, could it be the fountain of youth, or to be the richest person on the block, or to be the kindest person on the block?  Sometimes kindness can be mistaken for weakness.

Again, the person that mistakenly believe that ‘Kindness’ is weakness is sadly mistaken. Kindness is one ingredient in life that will go the longest in one’s life. Because when that kindness is taken advantage of the Lord restores ten-folds.

Have you ever stopped to look back at what has been stolen or just taken from you? This comes through covetousness from your peers, neighbors or business associates. But there is one thing that no one can ever steal from you and this is… “The Love of Christ”.   Because nothing can ever separate you from the Love of Christ.

Romans 8:35

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shalltribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? In Context | Full Chapter | Other Translations

Romans 8:39

Matthew 6 [Full Chapter]

Do Good to Please God] “Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, ...

Today, as we address what matters most, here’s what Bill Gates said about wealth…

  • It’s fine to celebrate success, but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure. – Bill Gates
  • Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose. – Bill Gates

We can celebrate success with absolute victory in Christ… as we can boast…

Galatians 6:14

But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. In Context | Full Chapter |

Mark 11:24

Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Focus:  The Power of Prayer… Prayer is the source of Power given to us by our Lord to seek HIM.

Matthew 6: 7-8 NIV

Jesus taught us how to pray

7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

Are you facing a Giant today, Our Lord can make a way for you to overcome it and be victorious... Praise our Lord Jesus for He is Faithful.

Hebrews 7:25..."Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him (Jesus), because He always lives to intercede for them. (Hebrews 7:25 NIV)

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come, Lord as we are gathered Lord as You said You are in their midst…  Lord Jesus we give You the Glory as we seek Your blessings on us all. Lord bless our visitors as we bring Your messages for Your Glory that many will come to know You Lord, as only what’s done for You Lord will last.  Lord we thank You for the privilege of serving You, and in You Lord Jesus we commit all to You and Pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Wednesday: July 5, 2017

Be ready when… A door closes and another open… look before you leap, the pool may be empty…

Why would the pool be empty?  Deception is among the most dangerous of all lies thrusted upon mankind.

A few quotes from George Washington:

"It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible."

"The great thing about the American Christian is he would rather die on his feet than live on his knees."

"Agriculture is the most healthful, most useful and most noble employment of man."

The library has yet to find an explanation for this misquote or locate another individual who said this statement. This quote is found in agricultural publications as early as the 1830s.  A similar quote is expressed by George Washington in a letter written to John Sinclair, 20 July 1794: “I know of no pursuit in which more zeal & important service can be rendered to any Country than by improving its agriculture—its breed of useful animals—and other branches of a husbandman’s cares…”

Today the major topic is ‘Climate-Change’… have any of the leaders stopped to think that earth’s population is reaching 9 Billion? Did they stop to think that God in His mercies are opening new areas for Food-Production?

Countries like China must claim climate-change, as they have contaminated most of their agriculture land with industrial waste.  Our farmers in the USA continue to be the food-basket to the world, but regulations have stymied their profitability, their long-range future by commodity exchanges.

Why the next world war will be fought over food?

Mark Koba

Dec 21, 2014

The world has a massive food crisis on its hands. The crisis is so big that organizations like the World Bank and the United Nations say there won’t be enough food to feed the global population when it jumps from the current seven billion people to nine billion by 2050. Some research even suggests a food scarcity crunch as early as 2030 -- just 15 years from now.

The reasons? Severe weather events like droughts and floods, economic hardships, and political unrest in underdeveloped countries, as well as agribusiness expansion.

While many experts say that producing more food will make the crisis go away, others contend it’s not that simple. (End)

Thoughts for the Day: Water, Water everywhere but not a drop to drink…

Good News: Good News when you stand close to our Lord He will provide water from the fountain of life.

TEXT: John 4: 13-14 Jesus answered, “Those who drink this water will get thirsty again, and 14 but those who drink the water that I will give them will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give them will become in them a spring which will provide them with life-giving water and give them eternal life.”

Commentary: According to an official from the United Nations the next war will be over ‘Water’. Considering that we can go for a few days without food, but water is essential to sustain life.  Our body is made up of a high content ratio of water, so we need to rehydrate ourselves frequently.

The Sound of ‘Freedom’…  is it the roar of the Raptor Jet overhead, or the Rolling Thunder?

In a Lightning storm, the immense clap of Thunder can be an awesome experience.  And so is the Sonic-Boom from a Supersonic jet.

Freedom was realized when Joshua’s army marched around the wall of Jericho.

Joshua 6 New American Standard Bible (NASB)  Click here to hear Joshua 6.

The Conquest of Jericho…  Verse:  20 So the people shouted, and priests blew the trumpets; and when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted with a great shout and the wall fell down flat.

Was it a ‘Sonic-Boom’ that brought down the wall of Jericho?  No, it was the Power of the Almighty.

Today as America celebrates its 241 years…

So, let Freedom ring, from the Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved homes and the war’s desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heaven-rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, for our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: “In God is our trust.”
And the star-spangled banner forever shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

While we celebrate America’s 241st Birthday, how about celebrating the Birthday of Jesus who came 2,017 years ago, and 1,984 years ago He returned to the Father. But there3’s much more to celebrate as His Holy Spirit descended on us as His Comforter.  So today we have the Assurance of the Lord…

John 14:16

Role of the Spirit] I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;

Hebrews 13:5 [Full Chapter]

Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

From the Cambridge English Dictionary:  forsake definition, meaning, what is forsake: to leave someone forever, especially when they need you: .

So, today we have the Eternal Word of our Lord as He Himself said… “I will never leave you nor forsake you”

A reminder to us all… And this be our motto: “In God is our trust.”
And the star-spangled banner forever shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Prayer:  Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come.  Lord Jesus just as You have said, You will never leave us nor forsake us, Lord let us also say the same to You Lord.  Lord we thank you for Your blessings upon this land America, founded in Your Holy Name. Lord we give You Preeminence over all and thank You for Your Providence on our Visitors and us all. To You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory forevermore… Amen.

What they do not teach you in Business-School? Find out here…

They teach a lot of business acumen, but the key element of a successful partnership would be to be equally yoked.

2 Corinthians 6:14 [Full Chapter]

Warning Against Idolatry] Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?

Warning Against Idolatry

14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial[b]? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

“I will live with them
    and walk among them,
and I will be their God,
and they will be my people.”[c]

17 Therefore,

“Come out from them
    and be separate,
says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing,
    and I will receive you.”[d]

18 And,

“I will be a Father to you,
and you will be my sons and daughters,
says the Lord Almighty.”[e]

The scripture verse above is not saying we are to avoid non-believers, it is saying do not be ‘yoked’ that mean… to pull together in unison.  Paul speaking to the Corinthians declared this as plainly as day & night…

Jesus did walk among the unbelievers, He even dined with them, but there was something about Him as He radiated the Light of His Holy Spirit.

Are we radiating the Light of Christ? Are you one of His ambassador? Are you aware of His great commission?  Can you fill the capacity of spreading the Good News?  Yes, it is done by knowing Christ and making Him known.

If you had one last opportunity to tell someone what lies beyond this life, knowing that in another moment this unbeliever will past without coming to the Lord, what would you do? The obvious instinct is to say…’what a pity he/she did not know the Lord’…   but you do have a moment before it all ends for this person. So, act, draw on the strength of the Lord, transmit His Powerful Word of His Salvation…

Know this… Romans 8:38-39 New International Version (NIV)

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[a] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Prayer: Lord we come today as we begin a new week… Lord because of Your ever-faithful Grace, Your Providence and Your Redemption, we are privileged to come in Your Holy Presence. Lord Jesus bless our Visitors and grant each You favors and as thank You and go in faith.  To You Lord Jesus is the power and the glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Be a Member… Joining the chosen ones… coming in the Lord’s presence, this is the day to gather in His presence…

You need no special invitation, no sponsor, and it is not a ‘Secret-club’. Just come as you are, and receive His Grace.

Thoughts for the Day:  Wake up to a world without lies, a place without sin…

TEXT: Revelation 3:20 New King James Version (NKJV)

20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

Today as we Worship our Lord and Savior let us stand and know we are in ‘Victory-lane’ and no one can ever displace you from that Podium. Imagine being a Gold Medal winner standing on the victory-podium representing your country? Guess what? In Christ, you are representing more than your country, you represent Christ Jesus our Lord our Messiah… look up and give Him your Praises.

The Best is Yet to Come! (But it will not be for everyone) On the day of the Lord, all believers Born in His Holy Spirit as Jesus said to Nicodemus… “You must be born again” on that day believers will be caught up “to meet the Lord in the air” and the Holy Spirit will leave this earth at the same time with His believers.  What a journey to Glory that day will be for God’s chosen ones to a place free of sin forever.

For those that rejected God’s Grace there will be no reprieve and they will forever be with the father of lies… the devil and a world of tribulation.  We urge everyone to rise and come to the Cross… The Cross is the ‘Transit-point’ to our Savior Jesus Christ who came, died and rose triumphantly to conquer the evil one by redeeming you and me to have an everlasting life in the Presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus our Messiah.

Lord, I believe Your promise that if I confess my sin, You are faithful and just and will forgive me my sin and cleanse me from all unrighteousness (from 1 John 1:9)

John 3:7

Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. John 3:6-8

In the Eyes of God, all believers are equal; no one is greater than any other. Our Lord shows no preference.  You are equally bought with His Blood of Atonement.  You have His Grace and You are an Heir with Jesus to His Kingdom.  Yes, all those that know Him can claim this in His Holy Name. What a Privilege He gave us.

So why are we considered Complete in Christ?  Because we can only be ‘Complete’ in HIM without Him (Jesus) we are incomplete as our physical life will end but our Spiritual Life will live on forever. Therefore, without our Lord, we will never complete the journey home to His Kingdom. Jesus said… No one comes to the Father except through Him, and He has promised one of two greetings: One is: Welcome home good and faithful servant, the other is: ‘Depart from me I never knew you’.

Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

What we have seen from Genesis 1 to Revelation, the Bible is all about our Lord Jesus who is the Incarnate God, and nothing was made without Him and all things are by Him, and that He is the Beacon of this world and the World to come. Many prefer to follow darkness rather than the ‘Light’. †

EVENING:  His Promise:

Ephesians 2: 4-10   But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Pray…Lord Jesus Christ, I accept in faith that You came and died for my sins and by Your Blood of Atonement offered for me, my Lord I accept You and by Your Grace I am saved knowing that it is only by Your Blood that my sins are washed away, and by Your Grace extended to me that I can look to You my Savior knowing that one day I shall see You and be brought into Your Kingdom where there shall be no more sin no more pain and be filled with the Joy of Your Holy presence Jesus my Lord and Savior.  I commit my life and my soul to You my Lord Jesus and expect to spend eternity with You my Lord, I accept Your divine saving Grace now and pray this in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, Amen.

If you prayed this prayer His Holy Spirit will find you and growing in Christ is a daily walk with Jesus…

 Victory in Jesus.

Devotionals for Saturday: July 1, 2017

Let’s do this….  Love the Lord and begin to receive wisdom… The Bible said ‘Fear’ of the Lord, but Adore Him as well.

Fear is what you do to an enemy.  Respect is exercised when you meet a ‘High-Ranking’ official. Adoration is what you extend to someone that loves you…

The Lord is not our enemy. Yes, He is a ‘High-Ranking’ Super-Natural, Supreme God, Yes, He said we are no longer servants, we are His friends.

 John 15:13

Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. In Context | Full Chapter | Other Translations

1 John 4 [Full Chapter]

Testing the Spirits] Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world. ...

Come to Christ today and He will give you His Spirit of wisdom …

Ephesians 1:17

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.

Famous people are sometimes the loneliest people, many famous celebrities feed on their celebrity/popularity status, and they must be noticed or have a following.  In former times there were fan clubs, but now they have publicists, and lack of recognition can be a problem to many celebrities.

On the day of the Lord, there will be no lines for celebrities, as there are no Hierarchy in the presence of our Lord.  However, there will be a special line for those that are described in Romans 8: 1…

Romans 8 New International Version (NIV)
