God will give you a bumper crop, but you must plant the seeds first, then…

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Romans 9:32

Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone.

Romans 11:6

And if by grace, then it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.

Be aware…    Giving All… as no one leaves with anything. But in Christ, you will leave with everything.

Do not offer your life to God with conditions; He does not accept any ‘Pre- Conditions’

Text:  Romans 12: 1-8

  • We need to adopt the principles of not trying to save our life for our own goal, but give it with no condition even to death
  • We need to let go and no strings attached so that the Grace of God will take charge of our life

Each of us received specific talents, some with the gift of communication, some with music some inventors and some with financial skills, some are leaders, and some are followers. Whatever skills we possess we can use it to help others; when we think we are down and out, there are always others with more challenge than what you face right now.

Fanny Crosby who set out to give her Lord praises and to share her faith, but while doing this she received the blessing of the fragrance of our Lord. She was admitted to the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.

The example of Fanny Crosby who was blinded at 6 months… her life’s work points us to the fact while we spread the fragrance of our Lord, we will also receive His fragrance.  Remember only what’s done for Him will last and only what He builds will last. So, let Him build our lives by His Grace, and following our Lord’s commandments, No. 1 To Love Him and No.2 to Love our Neighbors.

Hymns by Fanny Crosby:

  • To God Be The Glory. Play Sample To God Be The Glory. ...

385 Songs by Fanny Crosby -

Making a difference…

What can we contribute to society, it starts with one person, and the one person that can make a difference is ourselves. It like the little boy tossing beached Star Fishes back into the ocean, and a man came and said “what you are doing won’t make a difference”, the boy ignored him and tossed another, and then said, “to this one it makes a difference”. The bury our heads in the sand approach will not accomplish anything; it just takes a small spark to have started the great Chicago fire.  Thousands of acres burnt across the US-West, guess what? they all started with a small spark or a small flame.

So, look around see what talent the Lord gave you, get involved. Bring your ideas to your church; seek others to join you in volunteering to help other. Even visiting nursing homes, hospitals and Children’s home, etc.

His Faithfulness:

Matthew 25: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, in as much as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

Matthew 7:22
[ I Never Knew You ]

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Right now, we can start by praying for our friends in need, our neighbor, and even those that offended you today.  Pray for our nation, our leaders and for our Lord to re-align what may need our Lord’s help; in our schools, our government and even in our churches.

Plant seeds by speaking positively, never ‘dumb-down’ or putting down anyone, including yourself, step out in Faith…remembering that negativity only breeds failure, and success breeds success.

Father thank You in Jesus our Redeemer our Sovereign Eternal God in Your Holy Trinity, Lord Jesus, thank You for coming and thank you for Your Grace and by Your Divine Resurrection we have Victory in You. Lord as we sow the seeds of Your Righteousness, Lord let in fall on good ground and bear much fruit for Your Glory. We ask Your blessing upon our Visitors, we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, to You is the Power and the Glory. Now and forevermore… Amen.

Trust in God and all others pay cash… is this a good practice? Most times…yes.

A good practice is to ask the Lord for guidance and to give you discernment to trust others, and to have brotherly love, as Jesus said love your neighbors as yourself.

A true example of Neighborly Love is shown in reading about true hospitality given in our time of needs… to read the full story click on the Tab-‘Neighborly-Love’ on the side bar.

Delta  Flight 15

This is not political, it is about 9-11 and believe me you want to read this.

Here is an amazing story from a flight attendant on Delta Flight 15, written following 9-11:

"On the morning of Tuesday, September 11, we were about 5 hours out of Frankfurt, flying over the North Atlantic. All of a sudden the curtains parted and I was told to go to the cockpit, immediately, to see the captain. As soon as I got there I noticed that the crew had that "All Business" look on their faces. The captain handed me a printed message. It was from Delta's main office in Atlanta and simply read, "All
airways over the Continental United States are closed to commercial air traffic. Land ASAP at the nearest airport. Advise your destination."

"No one said a word about what this could mean. We knew it was a serious situation and we needed to find terra firma quickly. The captain determined that the nearest airport was 400 miles behind us in Gander, New Foundland. He requested approval for a route change from the Canadian traffic controller and approval was granted immediately--no questions asked. We found out later, of course, why there was no hesitation in approving our request.

"While the flight crew prepared the airplane for landing, another message arrived from Atlanta telling us about some terrorist activity in the New York area. A few minutes later word came in about the

"We decided to LIE to the passengers while we were still in the air. We told them the plane had a simple instrument problem and that we needed to land at the nearest airport in Gander, New Foundland to have it checked out.

"We promised to give more information after landing in Gander. There was much grumbling among the passengers, but that's nothing new! Forty minutes later, we landed in Gander. Local time at Gander was 12:30 PM! .... that's 11:00 AM EST.

"There were already about 20 other airplanes on the ground from all over the world that had taken this detour on their way to the U.S.  After we parked on the ramp, the captain made the following
announcement: "Ladies and gentlemen, you must be wondering if all these airplanes around us have the same instrument problem as we have. The reality is that we are here for another reason." Then he went on to explain the little bit we knew about the situation in the U.S. There were loud gasps and stares of disbelief. The captain informed passengers that Ground control in Gander told us to stay put.

"The Canadian Government was in charge of our situation and no one was allowed to get off the aircraft. No one on the ground was allowed to come near any of the air crafts. Only airport police would come around periodically, look us over and go on to the next airplane. In the next hour or so more planes landed and Gander ended up with 53 airplanes from all over the world, 27 of which were U.S. commercial jets.

"Meanwhile, bits of news started to come in over the aircraft radio and for the first time we learned that airplanes were flown into the World Trade Center in New York and into the Pentagon in DC. People were trying to use their cell phones but were unable to connect due to a different cell system in Canada. Some did get through, but were only able to get to the Canadian operator who would tell them that the lines to the U.S. were either blocked or jammed.

"Sometime in the evening the news filtered to us that the World Trade Center buildings had collapsed and that a fourth hijacking had resulted in a crash. By now the passengers were emotionally and physically exhausted, not to mention frightened, but everyone stayed amazingly calm. We had only to look out the window at the 52 other stranded aircraft to realize that we were not the only ones in this predicament.

"We had been told earlier that they would be allowing people off the planes one plane at a time. At 6 PM, Gander airport told us that our turn to deplane would be 11 am the next morning. Passengers were not happy, but they simply resigned themselves to this news without much noise and started to prepare themselves to spend the night on the airplane.

"Gander had promised us medical attention, if needed, water, and lavatory servicing. And they were true to their word. Fortunately we had no medical situations to worry about. We did have a young lady who
was 33 weeks into her pregnancy. We took REALLY good care of her. The night passed without incident despite the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.

"About 10:30 on the morning of the 12th a convoy of school buses showed up. We got off the plane and were taken to the terminal where we went through Immigration and Customs and then had to  register with the Red Cross.

"After that we (the crew) were separated from the passengers and were taken in vans to a small hotel. We had no idea where our passengers were going. We learned from the Red Cross that the town of Gander has a population of 10,400 people and they had about 10,500 passengers to take care of from all the airplanes that were forced into Gander! We were told to just relax at the hotel and we would be contacted when the U.S. airports opened again, but not to expect that call for a while.

Read the remainder of this event by clicking ‘neighborly love’ You will love the ending...

Thank You Lord for Your ever-loving Grace bestowed on us and our loving neighbors who extended their love in a time of distress. Lord Jesus you came, and the message was…”Joy to the World” and yet to come again, when for us it will be resounding Joy, but for many it will be a time of peril. Lord you have commissioned us to spread Your Good News and Lord we thank You and seek Your Divine blessings on our Visitors and us all. We pray in Your Holy Name, to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory… Amen.

How reliable are the words of man? Divide and conquer is one of the tricks.

Hitler signed several Non-Aggression treaties, and eventually invaded the countries that he had treaties with.

Here we see the words of a man that made himself to be the most notorious war criminals of all times.

Today, our local politicians are pledging to deliver free healthcare for all, free college, and many other things to be free under a socialist government. As some noted analyst once said… ‘There no such thing as a free lunch’, and quoting Margaret Thatcher, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, said, socialism works until it runs out of other people’s money.

We are all born with free will, but we must recognize that you cannot get a quart from a pint, and a square peg cannot fit in a round hole.

One of the oldest lies was told by Herod, who said ...,

Matthew 2:6-8  (NKJV)

‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,
Are not the least among the rulers of Judah;
For out of you shall come a Ruler
Who will shepherd My people Israel.’ ”

Then Herod, when he had secretly called the [a]wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared. And he sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the young Child, and when you have found Him, bring back word to me, that I may come and worship Him also.”

We all know the outcome of what Herod did, after he was outsmarted by the wise men.

Massacre of the Innocents

16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men. 17 Then was fulfilled what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying:

18 “A voice was heard in Ramah,
Lamentation, weeping, and great mourning,
Rachel weeping for her children,
Refusing to be comforted,
Because they are no more.”

Matthew 7:15

You Will Know Them by Their Fruits ] “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

Only the Lord can be relied upon…

Thank you for taking the time to read the Good News today... Welcome, we dedicate this site to bring the Good News of our Risen Lord, Jesus our Redeemer... Praise Him today as He is Faithful and come to Him boldly as He is waiting to receive you and give you His Peace. Jesus loves you...

What a privilege….To be a Child of God through Jesus that redeemed us, as it is said ‘No one cometh to the Father except through His Son”…. Read this in

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”

Because as a Child of God, we can live triumphantly and be blessed and be given that pathway that is lit by His Light and to drink of the water of Life Everlasting.  What a blessing that He made available and a privilege that we have.

We do not have to be a Theologian or a learned scholar to be loved by our Lord, the early Sunday’s school chorus of ‘Jesus loves me this I know’ is all we need to know about our Lord and Savior.

Jesus said… Luke 18:17 NIV

Jesus said…
“Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
Luke 18:16-18 (in Context) Luke 18 (Whole Chapter)

We just read what He said, that coming to Him we must be like a child with total Faith and trust like a child.  Just come as you are…

Romans 8:17
Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
Romans 8:16-18 (in Context) Romans 8 (Whole Chapter)

Wherever you are… Always Magnify Christ…

What could unite the world?  When this event occurs, it may be too late…

Would a Meteorite striking earth unite the nations of earth? Or: an alien landing shown on the world News?  There is one event that is for sure…

Matthew 24:27, 29-31

For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

The Coming of the Son of Man

29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His [d]elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Note…all the tribes of earth will mourn, as the see the Lord returns with power and great glory.

Don’t put off what can be done now, as our Lord is a Gracious God, and He is extending His Love, His Grace and His Redemption today, as the Bible said...

Romans 8:  In Context

Free from Indwelling Sin ] There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Do this…  Seize the Day and make it a good-day… know that you are set-apart, and come what may you are safe…

Focus:     He is coming again, He told us of the events leading to His return, are we there yet? The day of The Lord is promised and He will fulfill it.

The ‘Right-Place’ and the ‘Right-Time’. Now is the best time ever, seize the Moment, seize the Day

Focus: Time is a dimension, the universe is timeless? How about the 4thdimension, God knows, we are just mere humans.

TEXT: Colossians 1: 15-18 15   (NKJV) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Devotional: Because our Lord Jesus is the image of the invisible God, and He is the firstborn over all creation, and this occurred when God said let there be ‘Light’ our Lord, Yeshua, Yahweh,  Elohim, El Shaddai, Jehovah… Jesus is the Great “I AM”.  Because Jesus Himself said…” Before Abraham was, I am”

John 8:58

Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.”

Jesus is not the by-stander in our prayers. He is “The Mediator” our only channel to The Father, so many who pray to The Father and never mention Jesus, are they really reaching The Father.   Remember Jesus said… “No one comes to the Father unless through me”. John 14:6 [Full Chapter] Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

Coming to the Lord:

So when we gather in His Holy Name, remember Jesus is always in our Midst. Jesus said…  “Where two or more are gathered in my name, I am in the Midst” Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

Matthew 10:32

[Confess Christ before Men] “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess (you) before My Father who is in heaven.

Pray this prayer of Commitment: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name I pray Lord Jesus… Amen.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come, Lord Jesus thank You for being our Mediator to the Father.  Lord it is because of Your Righteousness we are privileged to come in Your Holy Presence.  Lord thank You for Your Divine Grace as You have prepared a place for us all knowing that You have said You are not of this world. Lord we thank You for the Visitors to this site, bless us all Jesus Messiah, and to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Remember:  He is the Great “I AM” and all things are possible in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior

Devotionals for Monday: May 27th, 2019

We urge you to play the YouTube below as it is Memorial Day-USA.

Banks will loan you an umbrella, but takes it back when it rains, get your own.

Banks are in business to make money. They do not make money by keeping cash in the vault. Instead, when you deposit money into a bank, the bank uses your money to lend to others.

So, when you have money in your account and you finance a car, they are using your money to finance the vehicle you just bought.
They do this using all the depositors’ cash and leverage the customer’s money. So, in fact banks are really broke if we all went in and withdrew our monies.

Do not be impressed by the imposing buildings, the furnishing and the marble floors, and especially the feel that they will be doing you a favor taking your cash or even making you a loan.

A business owner’s experience… each Thursday he had to get the payroll, and the banker would say, “if I did not have a mortgage on your house, I wouldn’t give you this week’s payroll”. This went on every week, until the business owner took his company public and raised a lot of cash. The next day the business owner and his partner went to the bank, and they were greeted by the banker, who said… “we received over twenty million dollars, and there’s a second transfer incoming, and I knew that all along you guys would be successful”; my friend, never responded, he pulled a little note from his vest pocket and said… ‘take care of this’, the gleeful banker read it,  then dropped his head and almost cried. The note said…’Please transfer the Bank Balance to the Bank listed below and close our account’.

The above is a lack of faith on the part of the banker.  Our Lord knows us from the inside-out, and He has faith is us, just as we go in faith trusting Him.

The banker was not really building a relationship on goodwill towards his client, he was just looking at his client as just a borrower and nothing else. His lack of faith in his client’s business was a shortcoming with total disregards for his client’s success. In fact, he already condemned the business and was focused at the collateral securing his loan.

The flipside to this, is knowing that we will never be ashamed in trusting the Lord and knowing that our Lord wants only the best for His followers.

1 Peter 2:6

For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”

This is the season for students graduating. Many will be applying for jobs, and the most asked question of an applicant is…”what are you passionate about”?  Fortunately, our Lord does not ask us this question. For most of us our answer would certainly fail us.

Let’s ask ourselves the question, what is your passion?

When you are asked to choose a profession, the three key points should be…

Do you choose to be educated, be a doctor or a Pastor or a failure?

Today many kids from Christian families will attend colleges, and some will fall away from the faith that they had. The institutions of higher learning are breaking down Christianity, and some where in society there are claims that the greatest threat in society is Christianity.

When we leave God out of the equation, He also will leave us out of His equation.

Christ said…

Matthew 10:33

But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.

2 Timothy 2:12

If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will denyus.

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus we thank You for coming and thank You for remembering us and by your Grace we are Redeemed. Lord bless this day as we start a new week, and in Faith we affirm that You Are Sovereign and Eternal.  Lord bless our Visitors and grant us all Your Favors as we look to You Lord as the Author and Finisher of our Faith. Lord by Your Divine Grace and in Faith we place all in Your Holy Hands, we pray in Your majestic Name Lord Jesus to You is the power and the glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Why take your own Bible to Church? why take your own gun to the range?

Using your own gun gives you more accuracy, your own Bible also gives you clarity as it offers multiple references.

Know this today… 1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generationa royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

Yesterday we spoke of taking time to fellowship with one another… and be amazed of what it does.

In a typical conversation there will be some mention of current events, and this leads to the great divide among our politicians. Just as the Bible said… a house divided cannot stand.

Mark 3:25 if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. In Context

Globally the political landscape is littered with failed agendas, failed governments and the end result of lost opportunities.

Without the focus of being Christ Centered, all the endeavors of mankind will never bear fruit, it will be just another failure.

For us individually we have the promise of the Lord…

All things are possible with God, and His assurance of…

Philippians 4:13 [Full Chapter]

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

The Lord’s Endowment is far above our imaginations…

1 Corinthians 2:9

But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

Romans 8:1 [Full Chapter]

[ Free from Indwelling Sin ] There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. 29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

God’s Everlasting Love

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,

39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Be bold in presenting the WORD…

And as spoken by our Savior Jesus, He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Be Bold in presenting our Sovereign Lord and Savior Jesus who is God in One of the Father…

Prayers: Father in Heaven, in Jesus we come, Lord Jesus today as You are God in One of the Father as it pleased the Father that in You Lord Jesus dwells the fullness of the Father that we have Peace through Your Blood we are no longer alienated as You have presented us through Your Holiness and are Redeemed by Your Grace. Lord You have said… all those who believe in You Lord Jesus are now born by the will of God and You Lord has the right to make us children of God.  Lord Jesus thank you and we thank You for our Visitors and we seek Your Divine blessings on us all. To You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore…

Devotionals for Saturday: May 25, 2019

Taking time to fellowship with one another, be amazed what this will do…

You may say…”I do not feel like going to church today’ why would you think this? Is it because of some selfish reason? Or are you just thinking of yourself, and not others that you may actually be a blessing to by your presence.

You may thing that I will not attend today, and I won’t be missed. Did you know your presence and what you represent can be a good influence on others?

Give God yourself and not your leftovers.

The Lord has blessed us, and He is not giving you and us His leftovers. He has given you and us His very Best. He sent JESUS…

You may say…” life’s challenges are real, and I budget what I can give”. But God’s portion is not in your budget, He gets the ‘First-Fruit’ and the remainder is yours.

First Fruit means…if you have ten eggs in your basket, He gets the first one, then the remaining 9 will be yours.  But do not make your giving a painful process, why? Because you are really not ‘giving’ you have received His blessings and there’s more where the remaining 9 eggs are from.

Remember Jabez who prayed for God to widen his horizon?

Join the winning team… Be a Victor and not the victim. Pray the Jabez prayer…

The four key points in the Prayer of Jabez are:

(To the Lord)

Oh. That You would bless me indeed,

And enlarge my territory,

That Your hand would be with me,

And that You would keep me from evil.

1: Seeking the Blessing from the Lord

2: Asking for the Lord’s providence to enlarge his Territory

3: Asking the Lord to keep His hands on him

4: Seeking to abide in the Lord and having God’s shield from the evil one.

While Jabez’s prayer may appear to be ‘self-serving’... Jabez was earnestly praying to have his territory enlarged and by this he meant having a mission field to give God the glory.  Jabez probably applied the principle of logics knowing if he received the blessing of God and had his territory enlarged, like every human-being when we get to this level the most important thing, we need is to have the hands of God over us to keep us from being arrogant. And Jabez addressed this knowing that having the ‘enlarged’ territory usually leads to vulnerability from the fiery arrows of the evil one.

The four-lines of Jabez’s prayer made a complete prayer, a well thought out concise request to the Lord.

Join the winning team and keep praying this prayer knowing that the primary intention that the gift and grace from the Lord are to be used for His Glory.

The first gifts brought to Mary and Joseph with Jesus in the manger is an example of bringing the ‘First-Fruit’ to The Lord.

2019 years ago, the wise men came to Bethlehem and ministered to the new-born King…

TEXT: 2 Corinthians 2:14 (NASB)

14 But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.

Think on this           :

Praying to the Lord is the Most-Important Meeting we can have in our daily lives…

All other things we do are secondary, as only our Lord will Divinely prepare us for the day, He can smooth our tasks, inspire us, give us His Blessings, and by His Grace we can cope with all aspects of life’s responsibilities.

from Ephesians 3:20 NKJV  When we serve others by spreading the Good News, we are sprinkling the Fragrance of our Lord Jesus, and we also get the sweet smelling fragrance on ourselves… meaning that we are privileged to be a Vessel bearing the sweet smell of our Lord and Redeemer, and while we spread His Fragrance our Lord also blesses us with His Grace…2 Corinthians 2:15  New King James Version (NKJV) 15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

His Promise:

Ephesians 2: 4-10 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come…Lord Jesus we thank You for the Covenant of Your promise that in Your Father’s Kingdom there are many mansions, and where You are, we will be. Lord be with our Visitors, today let Your Holy Spirit be with us all as we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus our Supreme Eternal God, to You Lord is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Spend your time building on the rock… let the Lord lay the cornerstone.

The importance of Strong Foundations for Buildings. The strength of a building lies in its foundation. The main purpose of the foundation is to hold the structure above it and keep it upright. ...

The same applies in our lives, a good foundation is necessary to bringing up a child, and in our own lives, that foundation must be solid.

Building on sand is described by Jesus, and the Bible also described the cornerstone.

Matthew 7:25-27

“But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:

25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.

26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Matthew 7  (NKJV)

Do Not Judge

“Judge[a] not, that you be not judged. For with what [b]judgment you judge, you will be judged;and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

“Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

Keep the Faith…

Keep Asking, Seeking, Knocking

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Foreveryone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Facts: The best-seller of all times, the Bible and God’s not dead the #5 most profitable movie. it’s about God.

The first five Books of the holy Bible is said to be written by Moses, while Moses is quoted as the author, he was given the contents and he compiled what he was inspired to write.

The events of:

The Creation

Noah and the Ark

Abraham, Sara, Hagar

David and Goliath

David and Bathsheba

King Cyrus and the Israelites’ repatriation

And everywhere in-between the Prophecy of Isaiah about the Lamb of God…Messiah

Then 400 years of ‘Silence’;

The Advent of Christ

The Life of Christ

Jesus’ great Sacrifice at Calvary

The Redemption by the Blood of Jesus

The coming days of tribulations

The Day of the Lord, when the trumpet sounds

And His New Kingdom

With the Lord’s Tabernacle with His chosen.

Be aware that you are a Chosen-One…

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

1 Peter 2:6

For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”

Jesus’ said this…

Mark 13: 5-10  (NIV)

The Signs of the End Times

Jesus said to them: “Watch out that no one deceives you. Many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am he,’ and will deceive many. When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.

“You must be on your guard. You will be handed over to the local councils and flogged in the synagogues. On account of me you will stand before governors and kings as witnesses to them. 10 And the gospel must first be preached to all nations.

The entire Bible is all about Jesus, today is May 24th , 2019 years after the Birth of Christ, what made His birth such a significant date that our calendar is tied to this event? Because he is Messiah.

Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come. Lord Jesus Messiah… today we affirm that there’s no other God but You as You in the Triune God, of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Jesus, we thank You for Your assurance and Your Provision of Redemption. Lord be with our Visitors and we give You our Praises and to You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

The wizard of Oz was a fake… in life we meet a lot of them, don’t be fooled…

The old Broadway play and film featuring Dorothy the little girl from Kansas, and her little dog Toto were swept up by a tornado into the Land of Oz, where she experienced a strangle world ruled by an evil witch and the wizard of Oz. The ‘all powerful wizard’ was nothing more than an old man behind the curtain simulating a booming voice that was feared by all. When Toto rips the curtain to the side, the Wizard of Oz realizes he's been found out, and tries to cover it up by shouting over his loudspeaker, "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!" Dorothy looked behind the curtain and saw this old man pulling the strings and revealed that he was a fraud.

In real life, we all have met a wizard of Oz, someone that have led many astray, such as what we refer to as the one-eyed man in a blind man country.

Today, there are even countries governed by a few Wizard of Oz.

Still there many evil lurking in many forms.

So, be on the watch, be armed with the Holy Spirit.

Good News -His Faithfulness:

His Promise:

From the day of Creation God provided us with the goodness of His creation and gave us dominion over all living things. Just imagine, the creation of Heaven and Earth were made for Mankind… just think that God in His Infinite Wisdom by His Intelligent design did all this for us. Why” because He loves us... But we betrayed His trust and sin entered the lives of humans, now as descendants of Adam we inherited this blemish called Sin.  But nothing surprises our Majestic God; He provided a way for us to be redeemed by the Blood of Jesus. Jesus, who was with God and the Holy Spirit from the beginning of it all, Jesus was predestined to be our Redeemer.

His Faithfulness:

God placed us here to enjoy the worship of him and the intimacy of his love for us. This is the big joy that he gave us so forget the short-term pitfall disguised as entertainment

  • The defining focus of God is Love not power
  • God brings order
  • God commanded; us to be fruitful and multiply
  • God blesses His living beings

Prayer: Father we come in Jesus our Redeemer and our Sovereign Eternal God in One of Your Holy Trinity, Lord Jesus in awe we come knowing that all things were created by You as The Father Spoke and You acted in His Holy Spirit. Lord today we come to You seeking Your Divine Blessings and Your guidance, as we say that Your Hands are ‘Over’ us as You Lord do not need help, so we place all things in Your Hands and look to You knowing that all things are possible for those who trust in You Lord. Devotionals for Wednesday: May 22, 2019

Taking the long way home, time is irredeemable don’t waste it. It’s valuable…

Good News… We are making good time, but we are lost.

This may sound like humor, but it is really what a lot of us are doing daily.

Think on these things…

Have you ever received something that you never expected to receive?

When you are falsely accused, and you were cleared, do not seek compensation from the accuser, God will provide His restitution in a far greater sum.

The Love of Christ goes beyond what we see, He has prepared what we cannot imagine. It won’t be Disneyworld® it will be heaven, a place that we cannot describe.

No designers, architects, producers can create the vision of what God has prepared.

As the Bible said if all what God did, the whole world could not contain it.  Is this a reckless statement… No! The universe is endless, and is probably more than a quadrillion structure, with each a unique formation. The world’s fastest super-computer can handle 200 Petaflop which is now the SUMMIT® in the USA, by 2021 this will be eclipsed advancing beyond petaflop capability. But still God’s creation is still above our capabilities.

Imagine the minute details of the life of:

The Ants, the Bees, the Birds they all have a structure of a hierarchy that governs.

The fish and mammals, the wild animals and us humans. All this and everything

God Created, if they were to be in written form in details, just thing of the data-base and the capacity of storage.

Jesus said… John 8:12

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” In Context | Full Chapter |

How strong is your faith?

TEXT: Matthew 14: 28 Peter said to Him, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” 29 And He said, “Come!” And Peter got out of the boat, and walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!”31 Immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and took hold of him, and *said to him, “You of little faith, why did you doubt?” 32 When they got into the boat, the wind stopped. 33 And those who were in the boat worshiped Him, saying, “You are certainly God’s Son!”

Commentary: The saying… ‘Keep your eyes on the Doughnut and not the hole’ this American saying is telling us focus on what counts.  The ‘hole’ is nothing, it is the Doughnut that counts.  Peter was looking at the waves and not looking at Jesus.  Keep our eyes focused on Jesus; He is the Light of the World.

In life we do the same, we worry about the 'What-Ifs' and not where we are. ‘Today’ is what counts, none of us knows what tomorrow will bring. But we have the ‘Assurance’ of our Lord Jesus that He said... “I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly” 2 Peter 1:3-4 New International Version (NIV)

Confirming One’s Calling and Election

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.

God’s endowment to us all… Do not worry.

Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

The ‘Choppy-Water’

2 Timothy 3

New International Version (NIV)

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.

Rest assured… We do have the Victory in Christ as you will read below, separating us from the travails of the times described by Paul.

What a Privilege that our Lord has given us… For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. - 1 John 5:4

Father we thank You today in Jesus name. Jesus Messiah, we come and Praise You our Sovereign God in One of our Father our Creator and thank you Lord for Your Divine Redemption. Lord just as Jonah relented and was directed to render to the Ninevites Your Salvation. We go forth today bringing Your Good News to the worldwide web Lord we thank You for this privilege, and we ask Your Divine Blessing to our visitors of this Website and Lord grant You favors to

Praise: To God be the Glory…

Do you have reservation? Why do you need one? Flying home you will need it.

How many of us consider Earth to be our permanent home? Are we here to remain here forever? Or; will we ever leave to a future land of splendor and contentment.?

So, if we are to one day leave this place for our permanent home, do you have reservation?

What is time?  It is NOW!... Yesterday is gone and tomorrow will be another day, don’t be enslaved.

When we look around us, the wonder and the beauty of God’s creation, the blue skies, the majestic mountains and the wonders of the world, these are the ‘Natural-Wonders’

list of the natural wonders includes:

  • Aurora Borealis.
  • Harbor of Rio de Janeiro.
  • Grand Canyon.
  • Great Barrier Reef.
  • Mount Everest.
  • Paricutin.
  • Victoria Fall

The modern-day list of ‘Wonders’ are mostly man-made, to us these are all temporary structures as most are in a state of decay. However, one of the listed modern-day wonders is the Stature of Christ that towers over Brazil.

While we enjoy the beauty of God’s creation, it is over-shadowed by the strife, the war, the drug epidemic, the decadence of society… so where’s the good news? Our topic today is Time, and the question is, what is Time? It is a measurement developed to apportion the day into 24 hours.  While we use the clock and the calendar, we often wonder… Is the Lord tardy in His return? To God Time is infinite, with God there is no time, He is Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the Ending, in Him all things are eternal.

God is never late nor, is He ever not Faithful, He is always On-Time, and He knows each of us by name, and He is coming again.

Text: 1 John 5:13 (NASB)

This Is Written That You May Know

13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.

This is His Priceless Gift from our Lord Jesus, He provided us with a ‘Pardon’ that we could not purchase, not even the governor, not the king or queen or anyone could grant you a pardon for the sentence of death that we all have.

Today with Joy knowing in Christ Jesus we have Victory over death, granted through His Blood of Atonement that we can be with our Lord in a place He called ‘Paradise’

Principle: Whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10: 13 NKJV

What we need to know that the Bible is not just a book, it was inspired by God, and Jesus that came on the day over 2017 years ago, that started the calendar at Year 01, and 1,984 years after this wonderful day, He was crucified and the Sun went dark for 3 hours, and three days after the crucifixion He rose triumphantly… appeared to the disciples and family then ascended into Heaven.

We read that HE came also to give us abundant life…

John 10:10 (King James Version)

10 “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly”. (These are the word spoken by Jesus)

His Promise / His Faithfulness:

An everlasting Gift of HIS GRACE:” Ephesians 2:8

Verse 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— Verse 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

What do we have here on earth? Life is a Sojourn through this world, we get older and we suddenly find that we are mere mortals.

Romans 8: 31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is

for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own

Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with

him, graciously give us all things.

Quote for today: But besides being blind we are also by nature poor. Our father Adam spent our birthright, lost our estates. Paradise, the homestead of our race, has become dilapidated, and we are left in the depths of beggary without anything with which we may buy bread for our hungry souls, or clothing for our naked spirits; blindness and beggary are the lot of all men after a spiritual fashion, till Jesus visits them in love. C.H. Spurgeon

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Sovereign Eternal God in One of Your Holy Trinity we come. Lord Jesus thank You for interceding as our sole Mediator between us and the Father. Lord today we affirm that no one comes to the Father unless through You. Lord Your Unconditional love for us overwhelms us as we stand in Awe of Your Majestic Power knowing that You Lord spoke all things into existence, but You made us with Your hands and breathed life into us. Lord we thank you for Your Redemption and by Your Grace. Lord bless our Visitors and grant Your Favors to all. Lord let all who seeks You be at peace knowing that we have Victory in You. Lord we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus and to You is the power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Are you ready for a double portion? … Why would God do this…?

Remember we cannot out give the Lord.

When you sow sparingly you will have a small harvest.

When you sow bountifully, there will be a bountiful harvest.

This will yield an abundance of fruit.

2 Corinthians 9:6

The Cheerful Giver ] But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

In Context | Full Chapter | Other Translations

Hebrews 4: 12 (NIV) For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Jesus is our Intercessor and our Mediator as our High Priest, that Intercedes to the Father, as HE Said...”No one comes to the Father unless Through HIM”

Jesus is the Foundation Who Secures the ANCHOR of OUR FAITH…

The GOSPEL IS THE WHOLE THING, And The Goodness of HIS Resurrection.

Keynote: Keep Focused on HIM!

Jesus is on the Throne, and He is our Anchor, and we can come to Him as HE said…

Pay Careful attention to the Gospel, so we will be fully Anchored in Jesus Christ…as HE Never Lies, HE is Supreme, HE is Sovereign, and HE is our Eternal God…

Our Father holds the purse-strings, and what we lose for his sake he can repay a thousand-fold.

It is ours to obey his will, and we may rest assured that he will provide for us. The Lord will be no man's debtor.

Looking at His Words in Matthew 6: 28-34 (NIV) preface…These are the words of Jesus as told by Him from His sermon at a gathering which was in effect our Lord’s Inauguration speech as King Jesus, widely known as the Beatitudes and as ‘The Sermon on the Mount’ The theme of this message is: ‘To have Faith and not to Worry’

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus our Redeemer we come. Lord Jesus today as You are on the Throne of Righteousness our Savior, we come in Faith and acknowledge Your Redemption and stand in Awe knowing that You did this for us, Lord Your Unconditional Love for us overwhelms us, knowing that You died on a cross, O Lamb of God… Jesus our Messiah, our King our Lord we are humbled by Your Gift through Your Blood of Atonement. Lord let us renew our acceptance of Your Atoning Blood that Redeemed us, and now in You Lord Jesus we have Victory, as You were Victorious in Your Divine Resurrection. Lord we thank You for Your Grace, we thank You for the privilege of serving You and reaching many for Your Glory, Lord we ask Your Favors upon us all and for our Visitors to come and know You and have Your Redemption, as we look to that day when we shall see You as You are. Lord Jesus we pray and thank You; and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Don’t be attracted by the bigger bone, be contented with what you have, remain in faith and know that God wants the best for you…

The Dog & His Reflection

A Dog, to whom the butcher had thrown a bone, was hurrying home with his prize as fast as A picture containing text, book Description automatically generatedhe could go. As he crossed a narrow footbridge, he happened to look down and saw himself reflected in the quiet water as if in a mirror. But the greedy Dog thought he saw a real Dog carrying a bone much bigger than his own.

If he had stopped to think he would have known better. But instead of thinking, he dropped his bone and sprang at the Dog in the river, only to find himself swimming for dear life to reach the shore. At last he managed to scramble out, and as he stood sadly thinking about the good bone he had lost, he realized what a stupid Dog he had been.  It is very foolish to be greedy.

Philippians 4: 4-13  In Context

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

Let your [b]gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Meditate on These Things

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Philippian Generosity

10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your[c] care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: 12 I know how to [d]be abased, and I know how to [e]abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through [f]Christ who strengthens me.

Today we are reflecting on how we would treat a Royal Guest… If we knew that a member of the royal family was to stop in, what would we do to prepare for this visit?  Probably we would be prepping the place and make a setting deserving of a royal visitor.

Today we already have a Royal Visitor, in fact He is always with us, and our Lord, the Most-High are often treated as a housekeeper or a hired help.

It is a good thing that our Lord knows our very thoughts and nothing that we do or can do will impress Him, except our Faith in Him.  Jesus was not impressed by the big donors that made their offerings; Jesus was impressed by the poor Widow that dropped her last coin in the offering plate, as she did this for the love of her Lord and His work.  Are we making our year-end giving a secondary issue of what we will ‘drop’ in the offering? Are we leaving the left-over to our Lord?  Are we practicing Faith without works?

Let us govern our lives by knowing this…

Romans 11:33-36 New King James Version (NKJV)

33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has become His counselor?”
35 “Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”

36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things,

to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Heavenly Father, in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come. Lord Jesus Messiah, King of kings and Lord of lords, we give You Preeminence in our lives as Your Divine blessing flows to our Visitors and us all, Today in Faith we go and knowing that we can do all things through you Lord Jesus. In Your Holy Name we pray and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forever… Amen.

Devotionals for Saturday May 18, 2019

Be empowered by the Holy Spirit, be suited with the armor of God…

To Receive His Holy Spirit today, we have this opportunity right now… Because of HIS Blessed Assurance, If you come to Christ today the Angels will celebrate in heaven today.

Romans 8: 28  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose

(Today you are all here for one Reason, to be given this Opportunity to become JOINT HEIR with Jesus) because in…

Verse 29 For those (You and me)  God foreknew he also predestined (YOU) to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he (JESUS) might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

Verse 30 And those he predestined, (you and me) he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

Verse 31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Romans 5:9
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!
Romans 5:8-10 (in Context) Romans 5 (Whole Chapter)

Ephesians 1:7
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace
Ephesians 1:6-8 (in Context) Ephesians 1 (Whole Chapter)

Colossians 1:20
and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
Colossians 1:19-21 (in Context)

Ephesians 6:10-18 [Full Chapter]

The Whole Armor of God ] Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. ...

Let us define…’Host pf wickedness’ this is referring to the devil, and the reference to ‘wickedness in the heavenly places; this is to remind us that the devil was in heaven before he was casted out.

The devil was not satisfied with the love of God, the comfort and care of God, he grudged the Lord, and became evil, he is the deceiver and Paul wrote about this. Paul reminds us that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers who is the ruler of the darkness of this age.

So, therefore let’s get God’s Armor…

Ephesians 6:13-17

Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

All that glitter is not gold… measure twice and cut once, only trust in God…

The Truth will set you Free… Lies will trap you and the end is finishing bad.

TEXT: John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

John 8:32

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” In Context | Full Chapter |

John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Lies will always fail the liars…

Acts 5 New King James Version (NKJV)

Lying to the Holy Spirit

But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession. And he kept back part of the proceeds, his wife also being aware of it, and brought a certain part and laid it at the apostles’ feet. But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.”

Then Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and breathed his last. So great fear came upon all those who heard these things. And the young men arose and wrapped him up, carried him out, and buried him.

Now it was about three hours later when his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. And Peter answered her, “Tell me whether you sold the land for so much?”

She said, “Yes, for so much.”

Then Peter said to her, “How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out.”

10 Then immediately she fell down at his feet and breathed her last. And the young men came in and found her dead, and carrying her out, buried her by her husband. 11 So great fear came upon all the church and upon all who heard these things.

The Truth will always prevail – A Flower a Day, a short story of telling the truth…

Once upon a time there were two friends who lived in a palace with their families, who worked in service of the King. One of these boys knew a girl he liked so much that he wanted to give her a present.

One day, he was walking with his friend in the main palace hall, and he saw a big vase filled with the loveliest flowers you could imagine. He decided to take one to give to the girl, thinking that no one would see him do so. He did the same thing the next day, and the next, and the next... until, one day, the King noticed how few flowers were left in the vase. He was so angry that he called everyone in the palace to assemble.

When they were all before the King, the boy thought he should say it had been him who took the flowers. However, his friend told him to be quiet, because the King would be terribly angry with him. The boy was paralyzed with fear, but when the King came near, he decided to confess.

As soon as the boy said that he had done it, the King went red with anger, but on hearing what the boy had done with the flowers, a smile appeared on the King's face, and he said,

"I couldn't have thought of a better use for my flowers."

And, from that day, the boy and the King became great friends. They went to the vase and took two of those wonderful flowers, one for the girl, and the other for the Queen.

God will not be mocked… Come clean, but our ‘clean’ is still a dirty rag…so coming to the Lord He will set you free as His Blood of Redemption purifies the heart. And the Bible said…

Mark 14:24

And He said to them, “This is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many. In Context | Full Chapter |

A disappointment may lead you to the right answer, and the right place…

Do this… Stop and enjoy the scenic beauty of God’s creation, count your blessings, don’t sweat the small stuff.
“Choose to be kind over being right and you’ll be right every time.” -  by Richard Carlson

“As long as you think more is better, you’ll never be satisfied.” –by Richard Carlson

The Cattle on a thousand hills all belong to the Lord, yet He made you have dominion over it all. You may not own them, but you can enjoy the scenic beauty.

What is the ‘Small-stuff’? You just washed the car and it started to rain, rain is good it will keep the dust down, makes the grass green and lower the temperature. So, your car will be free of dust, the car will be cooler the green grass looks good. The things we worry about are just ‘stuff’ the real things are from God.

The biggest statement of…’getting there is only half the fun’. Life is a sojourn, we are on a journey with a short stop over on earth, as earth is not our home. Why? Because Jesus said… “Where I am there will you be also’ and Jesus did say He was not of this world.

Our primitive knowledge is overcrowded by small stuff. Things live the evening news, the constant strive in politics, the theft and larceny by burglars, politicians, and even corporate. The experience of the small nuisance at all level, in school, work, diving on the road, shopping, there are stuff that can be overcome by using the time to share the Joy of the Lord.

As you spread the Joy of the Lord, His fragrance will also be on you…

A picture containing yellow, perfume, toiletry Description generated with very high confidence
2 Corinthians 2:14

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. In Context | Full Chapter |

2 Corinthians 2:15

For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. In Context | Full Chapter |

Jew and Gentile Reconciled Through Christ… Yes, this is a Politically Correct Statement and it is Spiritually endowed by the Lord.

His Faithfulness:

PEACE; A state of tranquility that we all desire.  How can we have peace? The Peace of man is as good as an Ice Cube on Interstate 95 on a Hot-Summer day.

Only from our Lord can we have an Everlasting Peace. Real Peace by anyone on earth is still limited to a finite time.  So we call this a ‘Superficial’ Peace as it can only last till be face that fateful day; but, should we have FAITH in our Lord and accept His Covenant of His Salvation, then we will have Peace here and Peace in a place of Splendor, which will be an Infinite Everlasting Peace & Joy, fully sanctified in the presence of our Lord Jesus. What a privilege we have in Him, as Jesus is the same Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow and in Faith we can trust HIM.

Heaven is a place of Incomprehensible beauty and peace, let us give thanks in Faith to our Lord Jesus that Paid It All

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come…Lord Jesus we thank You for the Covenant of Your promise that in Your Father’s Kingdom there are many mansions, and where You are, we will be. Lord be with our Visitors, today let Your Holy Spirit be with us all as we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus our Supreme Eternal God to You Lord is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Amazing Grace, Amazing Love and Amazing Providence…

God rendered His Amazing Providence upon Solomon, and then He granted His Amazing Grace to Him…

God took care of Solomon and in spite of Solomon waywardness God was patience. Solomon turned his heart from the Lord; but God did not tear the kingdom away from Solomon, while Solomon was alive because of David… so do not do as Solomon.

1 King 11: 9

9 So the Lord became angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned from the Lord God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice, 10 and had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods; but he did not keep what the Lord had commanded. 11 Therefore the Lord said to Solomon, “Because you have done this, and have not kept My covenant and My statutes, which I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom away from you and give it to your servant. 12 Nevertheless I will not do it in your days, for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of the hand of your son. 13 However I will not tear away the whole kingdom; I will give one tribe to your son for the sake of My servant David, and for the sake of Jerusalem which I have chosen.”

God’s Plan = TRUTH – Man’s Plan = Hidden Agenda

Focus:   The science of marketing used by media giants today is significantly dependent on ‘Tracking’ your search and shopping habits. The new Chip in your Credit Card; EMV -- which stands for Europay, MasterCard and Visa are a dynamic digital security method that is not constant, therefore to it is more difficult to replicate the card by a fraudster.

While the EMV Chip may be better than the data-strip cards, they may be more vulnerable to fraud as the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) can be accessed while your Card is in your pocket.

The question is… Is EMV Chip a prelude to receive a mark on the hand or on the foreheads?

Revelation 13:15-17 New King James Version (NKJV)

15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or[a] the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Not to be fearmongering, but the ‘hidden-agenda’ of man may be in fact the agenda of the evil one.  The event of Eve being tempted by the ‘Serpent’ is being applied on a grander scale.

Truly the Word of God will prevail and what was given to John by the Lord to write in His Revelation, it appears that all of what Revelation 13: 17 said… and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or[a] the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Someone wrote that she declined her credit card with a chip, she later discovered that she could not access her bank account.  The hidden agenda is starting to be revealed.

We may say let’s hope this isn’t so… but we may ask’ are we there yet?  At this point the only sure thing is…’The King is Coming’

Revelation 11:15

Seventh Trumpet: The Kingdom Proclaimed] Then the seventh angelsounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”  In Context | Full Chapter |

Fear not… These are the Words of the Lord:

Matthew 10:26

Therefore, do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed and hidden that will not be known. In Context | Full Chapter |

Isaiah 41:10 [Full Chapter]

Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

To our Lord there is nothing Spooky and unsettling… His divine Grace was displayed here on earth at Calvary… There is nothing spooky but all Divine… The Curtain separating the Inner Sanctum of the Temple was torn when Christ said…” It is Finished” the Sun went dark for three hours, a darkness that was without shadows.  He Rose from the Dead on the Third Day, He Ascended into heaven by Levitation.

So, our Prayers and Brain waves are heard by our Lord even a billion all at once but individually for each of us.

Use this Divine Power that our Almighty God gave us, and not only did He give us this power He gave us an even higher power to ‘elevate’ us to Him through His Son Jesus whom He made the Sole Mediator between us and God.

Lord, today as we pause to hear Your calling, Lord reveal to each of us Your desire. We acknowledge that You did say to Your disciples… take nothing, and do not worry what you will say, as your Holy Spirit will empower each of us. Lord we thank You for our Visitors and we seek Your Divine blessing on all, and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Abiding Grace, Abiding in Jesus, To Seek Him and to follow Him,

Abiding is to continue without change, never changing.

Know this… The Commander of God’s Army… He is recruiting, join now…

The Commander is the King… and He is Jesus. He is recruiting, and it is a volunteer army. Your enrollment is not mandatory, but if you join your life will be changed, in fact transformed in an unbelievestate. You will be made a being of ‘Light’ a whole new creation.

You may say…”I do not want to be changed” I am good as I am and am comfortable and I do not need anyone’s care.  Well… let’s wait a few years or even sooner. Your cushy job is as certain as your health, the economy or the state of your employer. Just how certain are these? So, going along in life, we will have changes and some changes are for better, and sometimes for worse. But in God’s time, it is usually better and secure. But there will be times when you will have disappointments because it is not the will of the Lord.

Just like stepping out of line, you will be disciplined, and in our daily life, when we make a misstep, we face a challenge. But trusting in the Lord, He will send His help to guide you as He said… His angel encamps around us…

Psalm 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him And delivers them. In Context | Full Chapter

‘Fear’ is defined as Adoration and love, respect and Reverence of the Lord.

No one will ever be ‘forced’ to worship the Lord… the Bible said every knee will bow and every tongue will confess, this is directed to scoffer and the wayward ones, but our praises should be founded on our ‘Love’ for Him.

So just abiding time doing our duties ritualistically and not founded on true compassion, we are just like the son that stayed waiting to inherit the entire estate. (The Prodigal son- Luke 15:11-32)

Coming to the Lord:

Lord today as we accept Your forgiveness as we are all ‘Prodigal-sons and daughters. Thank You Lord for being there to welcome us home, we receive Your Grace and Your love, we will not fear what man can do, as You have provided Your Armor…

Good News -His Faithfulness:

Ephesians 6:10-18 [Full Chapter] [The Whole Armor of God]

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. ...

Note: Our place in Heaven is endowed by our Lord Jesus who said… John 14:3 And “if” I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. John 14:2-4 (in Context) John 14 (Whole Chapter)

Prayer: Our Father in Heaven in Jesus we come. Thank You Lord Jesus that by Your Grace we are being welcomed by You.  Lord today we bring our Visitors and we seek Your Divine blessings on us all, we pray in Your Holy Name and to You Lord Jesus our Sovereign God in One of our Father and Creator, is the Power and the Glory, Now and Forevermore… Amen.

Hidden in Plain-Sight? Is Eden still where it was? Why can’t we see it?

Genesis 2:10

Now a river went out of Eden to water the garden, and from there it parted and became four riverheads.

Genesis 3:24 In Context |

So, He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.

Revelation 2:7

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ’

Revelation 22:2

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Revelation 22:14

Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter through the gates into the city.

Eden restored

Eden was described as a garden, but there was no mention of a dwelling place (house) yet it was a perfect place, and as Jesus described His Father’s Kingdom, He said…

John 14:2

In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

A time to share, a time to keep, and time to give and a time to receive… do all these today.

  1. A true Multi-tasking function that we can perform today…
  1.  Sharing the Love of Christ
  2. A time to Keep His Word in your heart
  3. Giving to others the Good News of Jesus’ Redemption
  4. Receiving the Fragrance that you have shared by spreading His fragrance to others.

2 Corinthians 2:15

For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing;

In Context | Full Chapter |

When we serve others by spreading the Good News, we are sprinkling the Fragrance of our Lord Jesus, and we also get the sweet-smelling fragrance on ourselves… meaning that we are privileged to be a Vessel bearing the sweet smell of our Lord and Redeemer, and while we spread His Fragrance our Lord also blesses us with His Grace…

Ephesians 5:2 Living Bible (TLB)

Be full of love for others, following the example of Christ who loved you and gave himself to God as a sacrifice to take away your sins. And God was pleased, for Christ’s love for you was like sweet perfume to him.

Matthew 26:41 [Full Chapter]

“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Focus:  The Power of Prayer…

Mark 11:24

Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come…Lord Jesus we thank You for the Covenant of Your promise that in Your Father’s Kingdom there are many mansions, and where You are, we will be. Lord we thank You for our Visitors, today let Your Holy Spirit be with us all as we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus our Supreme Eternal God to You Lord is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Redemption… it is like paying off a debt and redeeming the Note.

When you pay off your Mortgage the Original Note must be redeemed and marked…

“Paid-in Full”

Thoughts for the Day: Man was not made to be on the treadmill of life full of challenges, but this is what we chose going against His will.

Good News: “PAID-In-FULL” You are Debt Free, and you may not know it… Start living a Life of Victory

TEXT: Matthew 15: 21- 28 A Gentile Shows Her Faith

21 Then Jesus went out from there and departed to the region of Tyre andSidon22 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”

23 But He answered her not a word.

And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.”

24 But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

25 Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, help me!”

26 But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”

27 And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”

28 Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire. “And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Commentary: Faithfulness cannot be bought at a price.  The Demonstration of Faith by a Gentile woman coming to Jesus, 26 But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”

This Gentile woman of Greek descendant said to Jesus…“Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.” 28 Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire. “And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Jesus came for everyone, not just the Jews but the Gentiles… The above of Christ telling the woman that He was not sent except for the lost sheep of the house of Israel, He was getting her to express her faith and she did so.

Jesus not only came and Died to save us, He said “I come that you will have life and have it abundantly”…

John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Jesus Himself told us His ‘Secret’ Matthew 6: 33-34 tells us what to do, and this is not a ritualistic set of rules, it is to know Him and to love Him and abiding by his precepts…

Matthew 6:33-34 NKJV

33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

To keep our eyes on Jesus we will have His Grace, but to take our eyes off of Him, we will do like Peter that looked-away and saw the waves and started to sink… Yet as he called to Jesus…’Save-me’ Jesus reached out and grasped him.  His Word and Covenants are as real as when He was here with His disciples and today His Word is the same, in fact we are so blessed to have His Holy Spirit that He sent and to have the Gospel in its complete form and today we have Jesus in our Midst.

  1. Ephesians 3:20

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

  1. Titus 3:6

Whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior,

The Faith that He endowed to us, but we hope that all who are coming to Christ knows that Faith cannot save you, it is His ‘Grace’ that saves you when you have ‘Faith’ in Him.

Thousands are able to use their Faith to go to Him daily… Not just our daily walk, but their final’ walk, because our Lord said with Faith, we can say to the mulberry tree be uprooted and be transplanted yonder.  This was Jesus’ metaphor of telling us that on that final seconds of life to transition to Him. This is real ‘Faith’ in Action, just like when Stephen was being killed, he was looking up and he saw the Lord welcoming him home.

Pray this Prayer… Dear Lord, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, I pray… Amen.

Prayer: Father in Heaven in Jesus we come, Lord we thank You for this privilege of serving You and to bring Your Good News of Your Salvation to the world for Your Glory.  Lord thank You for our Visitors and Lord bless each and every one and let Your Favors flow to all as we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, to You is the power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

A binding contract is an obligation, if you default there will be consequences.

Who would you attribute to the one that had a binding contract? Solomon the wisest and the richest was blest by God, and God made a promise…

1 Kings 9 New King James Version (NKJV)

God’s Second Appearance to Solomon

And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished building the house of the Lord and the king’s house, and all Solomon’s desire which he wanted to do, that the Lord appeared to Solomon the second time, as He had appeared to him at Gibeon. And the Lord said to him: “I have heard your prayer and your supplication that you have made before Me; I have consecrated this house which you have built to put My name there forever, and My eyes and My heart will be there perpetually. Now if you walk before Me as your father David walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, and if you keep My statutes and My judgments, then I will establish the throne of your kingdom over Israel forever, as I promised David your father, saying, ‘You shall not fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.’ But if you or your sons at all [a]turn from following Me, and do not keep My commandments and My statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods and worship them, then I will [b]cut off Israel from the land which I have given them; and this house which I have consecrated for My name I will cast out of My sight. Israel will be a proverb and a byword among all peoples. And as for this house, which his exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and will hiss, and say, ‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’ Then they will answer, ‘Because they forsook the Lord their God, who brought their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, and worshiped them and served them; therefore the Lord has brought all this calamity on them.’

The Faithfulness of God…

1 Kings 11:9-13 New King James Version (NKJV)

So the Lord became angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned from the Lord God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice, 10 and had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods; but he did not keep what the Lord had commanded. 11 Therefore the Lord said to Solomon,

As we observe that God said…

“Because you have done this, and have not kept My covenant and My statutes, which I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom away from you and give it to your servant.

God honored David by not tearing away the kingdom…

12 Nevertheless I will not do it in your days, for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of the hand of your son. 13 However I will not tear away the whole kingdom; I will give one tribe to your son for the sake of My servant David, and for the sake of Jerusalem which I have chosen.”

Solomon’s actions proved the consequence of breaking a covenant made with the Lord.

Today we reflect back on the importance of:

Romans 11:33-36 New King James Version (NKJV)

33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has become His counselor?”
35 “Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”

36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come. Lord Jesus today we affirm our love for You as You first loved us, and by Your Divine Grace we can say Your Lord our Redeemer Lives! Lord we thank You for the privilege of fellowship with our Visitors and we ask Your divine Providence on us all. We thank You and give You our Praises, to you Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Actions speak louder than words? To Every action there’s a reaction.

Sir Isaac Newton first presented his three laws of motion in the "Principia Mathematica Philosophiae Naturalis" in 1686. His third law states that for every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. In other words, if object A exerts a force on object B, then object B also exerts an equal and opposite force on object.

 A. Notice that the forces are exerted on different objects.

If you say that someone talks the talk but does not walk the walk, you mean that they do not act in a way that agrees with the things they say

Talk the Talk is not necessarily ‘Preaching’ on every occasion that you converse with other, it is done by having a discussion without idle chatter, gossips, profanity, and having an air of decorum.

Walk the walk is following through of your Christian stance, seeking the Holiness of Christ.

This doesn’t mean that one must be pious in all instances. It is to experience the Joy of the Lord and share the Love of Christ.

Ephesians 5:2

And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.

Travel the road... go past the bad and the ugly. Go this way today to find the good.

As we travel the road what seems to be good sometimes turn out to be the bad and ugly… in life we all have had our share of the good, bad & ugly.

But 20/20 hindsight is of no help. Sometimes we can only hold ourselves to ending up with the bad. Why? We violated the principle of ‘Not to be unequally yoked’… the kindness mistaken as ‘weakness’ is a factor that invites infringement, that more often than not allow us to be taken advantage of.

 Jesus said…

Matthew 22: 37-40

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Go this way to find the Good…

John 14:6

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to theFather except through me.

Today, a good read is Paul’s charge to Timothy.

Just as how Paul instructed Timothy while he was taking care of the Church in Ephesus, these instructions are very applicable to us even today…

1 Timothy 6: 6-21

6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9 Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.

10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Final Charge to Timothy

11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. 12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

13 In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you 14 to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16 who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen.

17 Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. 18 Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.

19 In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

20 Timothy… guard what has been entrusted to your care. Turn away from godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge, 21 which some have professed and in so doing have departed from the faith. Grace be with you all.

Prayer:  Father in heaven in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come. Lord today we put our hope in You and thank You for Your providence. By Your Grace Lord we acknowledge You as the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal, and through You we have life-everlasting by Your Grace. We pray this in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Quantum physics? How you can use this? Jesus said this is possible

What is quantum physics?

We should start by adhering to the “Pursuit of Holiness” as the first step of being endowed with God’s gift of quantum physics.

What do we mean?

At the very last moment of one’s life, The Soul is transitioned into the presence of the Lord. This is available to every Christian as His angels will guide you into His Holy Presence.

2 Corinthians 5:6

So, we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord.

2 Corinthians 5:8

We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

Good things will only occur in the ‘Fullness’ of time, by God’s Timing

Galatians 4:4

But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, In Context

Ephesians 1:10

that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.

It is all by God’s timing, regardless of what we do, we may set time table of what we will do and even set the dates. But the Will of the Lord is what governs the event. And the greatest event of all times is… the Birth of our Savior Jesus in the fulness of His time He came and was crucified, and Rose triumphantly, and He conquered the evil one, and Redeemed us.

Moses was eighty (80) years old when God chose him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt.

So, don’t worry how old you are, and yet the Lord has not asked you to do anything. Guess what? He did….

This is what the Lord has commanded us to do:

Acts 1:8

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Action/Coming to our Lord:

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 NIV

Principle:  Humbleness and Meekness shall triumph over pride and the boastful ones will be debased.  Pride Debases those that boast and put their trust in money and earthly things…. Correct Living is rooted in Christ    Pride displaces God from the heart in favor of Self

Hebrews 10:23 New International Version (NIV)

23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
Let us not judge others and remembering that forgiveness is the first step towards building a relationship among each other’s.  To be less self-centered and Christ Centered

We read...The Pharisee stood up and prayed about himself: "God, I thank you that I am not like other men--robbers, evildoers, and adulterers--or even like this tax collector." - Luke 18:11

Looking at such a prayer, we need to be less 'self-centered' and more 'Christ-Centered' as our Lord while on the cross, simply said... "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". Remember also as Jesus said while on the cross, "It is Finished" several events took place... Earthquakes, the Sun went dark for 3 Hours, the Curtain in the Temple was Torn, It should be noted that the Curtain was replaced by HIS NEW COVENANT, by HIS ULTIMATE SACRIFICE; and Jesus became our HIGH PRIEST! And... knowing that Jesus our Redeemer ascended to Heaven and sits on the Throne of Righteousness, and HE intercedes on our behalf as our Advocate, as our High Priest.

What a privilege He gave us to be able to come to Him. Hebrews 7:25..."Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him (Jesus), because He always lives to intercede for them. (Hebrews 7:25 NIV)

The speculations of scientists of what may strike earth are numerous, and it is still a calculated guess, with statement such as… “It could be one in a million possibilities that such an asteroid-rock could hit earth”.

One in a million odds is just as

In Winning the contest.

Actually, One in a Million means ‘Highly unlikely’.

But we cannot deny the Word of God…

Revelation 8:11

The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.

The book of Revelation depicts a tumultuous time to come. But it also prepares us for the coming of Christ as outlined here…

Revelation 19:

Christ on a White Horse

11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He [e]had a name written that no one knew except Himself. 13 He wasclothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in [f]fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 15 Now out of His mouth goes a [g]sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:

And it is good to know that…

Revelation 20 New King James Version (NKJV)

Satan Bound 1,000 Years

20 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.

God reveals the New…

Revelation 21 New King James Version (NKJV)

All Things Made New

21 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also, there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Revelation 22:

Jesus Testifies to the Churches

12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to everyone according to his work. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, theBeginning and the End, the First and the Last.”

A Warning

18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I Am Coming Quickly

20 He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.”

Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Heavenly Father in Jesus our Lord and Savior we come… Lord Jesus today we affirm You as King of kings and Lord of lords, our Supreme Almighty, and One in the Father and by Your Holy Spirit, we go in faith.  Lord bless our Visitors and us all as we thank You for Your Divine Redemption. To You Lord Jesus is the Power and the Glory forevermore… Amen.

A $250,000 car broken at the traffic light, and the VW beetle honking him.

Imagine one of Britain’s most prestigious automobile broken at a traffic light?

This car was so new it had a temporary tag.

The purpose of mentioning this car today is to compare it to the Titanic, another means of transport designed and built by professionals.

Yes, the Ark was built by a carpenter, and Titanic was built by professionals, we all know the end of the luxury liner that sunk in minutes and the Ark stayed afloat and completed the mission.

While we mentioned the Titanic that we all know of the fate of this ‘Unsinkable’ luxury liner, earth is another Titanic, but is was designed and built by God. But one day the earth will be laid bare.

2 Peter 3:10

The Day of the Lord ] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in thenight, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and theelements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.

Is God listening is He seeing the world’s situation? Is He ignoring us? No… He is ready when he is…

Yes, He is listening and seeing everything, and He is not ignoring us, nor are we forgotten…

God’s time are on His schedule.

Is God concerned with our Global Moral & financial issues?

“We are a Good News Resource… so we focus of the Solution”

The question: Is God concerned with our Global Moral & Financial crisis? Our answer is yes, but it is a problem that our Lord will not ‘Fix’ as in many ways it is un-fixable due to the agenda that our nation has embarked upon. History dating back thousands of years reflected the fall of nations, and even the destruction of countries.

Please do not get us wrong, our politicians are endorsing Evolution and making this a curriculum in our schools?  They have removed the Name of Jesus from Prayers, they have endorsed Abortion and are promoting pre-marital sex by distributing condoms, and financing Abortion clinics in the name of pro-choice.  So, any government that feels that by packaging, Killing babies as ‘Pro-Choice’ and Homosexuality as ‘a Life-Style’ why not call, crime by a friendlier name? why not call the drug dealers by a friendlier name? while they continue with their drug-war and ruining lives.  We are not making these up, this is the order of the day in society.

How can we exist under such repulsive acts that are now becoming mainstream? Under our God’s timeline His warning is already heralded, the clock is ticking and under our nation’s timeline, we are probably ignoring these ills in our society by saying…” I can avoid this and it is something that I am not a part of’, this may be somewhat true, but we are all on this one Titanic called Earth, it is destined to implode unless we take notice and turn to our Lord… is it too late? Our Lord never said so, the Bible said

2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

His Promise:

Vengeance is mine, said the Lord…. The decline of empires litters the roads of man’s history. We see America falling into this trap and this is nothing surprising to our Lord. The Bible is full of these practices that are highly offensive to our Lord, and His warning is being brought into full focus.

“Do not be terrified. … The Lord your God, who goes before you, He will fight for you” (Deuteronomy 1:29-31).

“If God is for us, who can be against us? … In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us” (Romans 8:31, 37).

The Good News is:

Those in Christ will be wrapped in Cotton…

Romans 8: (NKJV)

Free from Indwelling Sin

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who[a] do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Father in Heaven, in Jesus we come. We thank You in the name of Jesus our Redeemer and our Sovereign Eternal God in One of Your Divine Holy Trinity, Lord Jesus Your Majestic Powers and Your Everlasting Love for us and your Grace are all we need. Lord We Love You Lord, we praise You and we are privileged to bring Your Good News to the ends of the world.  Lord bless our Visitors and grant us all Your Divine Providence as You know our needs before we ask. Lord Jesus to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Monday:  May 6, 2019

Come and buy without money… when will this happen? Let’s see…

Bought and ‘Paid for’… no money needed, come and buy without money…

Isaiah 55:1 In Context

An Invitation to Abundant Life ] “Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters; And you who have no money, Come, buy and eat. Yes, come, buy wine and milk Without money and without price.

When you are God’s prized-possession, you are bought and ‘Paid-for’ by His Blood. But while you are His prized-possession, you are not an object, but rather you are a ‘subject’ a member of His family, as a child of His.

As a child of God, we are privileged as He provides all our needs. Not our ‘Wants’ but our ‘needs’ and He know what we have need of even before we ask.

As a child of God, we abide by His precepts, and we love Him and keeps His commandments because of our adoration of Him. In the Body of Christ, we have communion with the Father and through Jesus our Lord and Savior we have His Providence.

His Providence we are thankful for, but it is His Righteousness and His Unconditional love that is preeminent in our lives.  Because with Christ we can say…’In my heart there rings a melody’, and through Christ we have His Joy, come what may we know that Jesus said…” I will never leave you nor forsake you”.

Today we too can say…I love it when a plan comes together, because it is God’s Plan.

Man plans, and God laughs. it is a Yiddish proverb that demonstrates life doesn’t always go as planned or else that God is in control, not man. There was a man who was planning to retire only 2 weeks more at his work, and then before it happened died of a heart attack.

There was a man who was planning to be a professional football player, he was really good, then his girlfriend fell off a cliff, and he went after her to save her. he fell 100 feet, shattered a few bones and his face, he was never going to be a pro football player again. BUT he became a pastor and millionaire selling a few books and becoming really big in the Christian world.

There was a man who wanted to do a concert. So, he the day he was supposed to set up, it kept raining and raining and raining. the Man was so angry because he was trying to set up a Christian concert in tribute to Jesus to get people to know him, He was so angry at God he wondered why God would not give him a blessing to do so.

anyways it rained so hard he could not have the concert as he wanted to, later that week they discovered that there had been a bomb, and the bomb was planted exactly where the concert was supposed to be. This is an actual story that happened.

So, you see, life is filled up with compromise and surprise, as a matter of fact, the majority of your plans are probably abandoned, or changed, or not met in one way or another. when you are a kid you are filled up with plans, usually those plans don’t go as you expected. this simple proverb is to illustrate that God is in control and that Man doesn’t have absolute control over everything. it really is a clever proverb to show sometimes in life you don’t get the way you want, and more times than not, you are in a direction you never planned for. really the only certainty in life is death, so in between here and there, you can make many plans and sometimes they go right all the time, and sometimes they never go right at all. That is because man plans, and God laughs.

This is God’s Plan…

Isaiah 48:12

God’s Ancient Plan to Redeem Israel] “Listen to Me, O Jacob, And Israel, My called: I am He, I am the First, I am also the Last. In Context

Jesus the Great “I AM”

Luke 3:22

And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.” In Context

His Promise / His Faithfulness: For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all. 1 Timothy 2: 5-6

Devotionals for Sunday May 5, 2019

Make this a treasured day of letting the Lord knows of your love… and let others know why.

Stand and be heard saying… I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ!

Romans 1:16 In Context

The Just Live by Faith] For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

Because of His ‘Power’ and the Holy Spirit we are empowered to say…

Isaiah 64:8 [Full Chapter]

But now, O Lord, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand.

Do this…   Love ️ the Lord by walking in His shadow, His Light will light your pathway.

Today as we honor the Sovereignty of our Lord, He has blessed us and given us His Light that shines across this land, let us Praise His Holy Name and thank Him for His Divine Grace upon each of us all.

Just like how God led the way of the Israelites by smoke in the day and by fire in the night, He has not forgotten us, and His Light is shining in the pathway of our sojourn to Him.

Exodus 13:21

And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. In Context | Full Chapter |

The Lord is guiding each of us today, not by ‘Fire’ but by His Holy Spirit, and He is saving us by His Grace.

But without faith it is impossible to please God…

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. In Context | Full Chapter |

The book of Job is one of the oldest books with an unknown author.   When we speak of ‘Faith’ we must reflect on Job, even as he was afflicted with sores and boils, yet in his plight, he rebuffed his wife’s suggestion of…   Job 2:9

His wife said to him, “Are you still trying to be godly when God has done all this to you? Curse him and die.” In Context | Full Chapter |

Job answered; 10 But he replied, “You talk like some heathen woman. What? Shall we receive only pleasant things from the hand of God and never anything unpleasant?” So, in all this Job said nothing wrong.

Job said… Job 19:25

“But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and that he will stand upon the earth at last.

In Context | Full Chapter |

Never give up… but when it comes to the Lord, we can surrender, and know that His mercies far exceed our imagination.  Job in his wildest expectations never thought that he would be restored, as God blessed him abundantly and restored all he lost and more.

Psalm 34:7 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him,
And rescues them.

His Faithfulness:

2 Corinthians 5:17-21

17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 18 Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Come to Christ today, receive His Divine blessings, and be made a ‘Joint-Heir’ in Christ… Take that step to Victory today.

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come, Lord You said whatever we ask in Your Name that You will do because all things have been delivered to You Lord Jesus. Lord we thank You for Your Love, Your Redemption and Your Providence.  Lord bless our Visitors and grant Your Favors upon each of us today, we pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus to You is the power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

If you can say…” For I know my Redeemer Lives” what a Privilege He gave you, if you cannot say it, find out here…

Jesus our Redeemer sits on the Throne of Righteousness

Text: V
Psalm 103 Praise the Lord, my soul.

John 1:18
No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

1 John 4:12
No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

No one has ever seen God, except Jesus, and no one can come to God unless through His Son, why?  Because God will not tolerate Sin and sinner cannot come into the presence of God.

If sinners cannot come into the presence of God, then are we going to Hell? We will answer this a little further on, but first, murderers and convicted criminals will not see God, what are we saying? If these cannot, how about Liars, Hypocrites, and cheaters who was never convicted of a crime? None will see God, because we are all sinners, even a church pastor or a priest will not see God if they do not know and accepted the Lord. Then what about me who attends church every Sunday, and is considered a good person, I even go on  mission trips and serve as a church elder? Unless you are born again you will not see God.  Jesus said all our righteousness is like a filthy rag.

This is why Jesus came to Redeem us, and without His Blood of Atonement we are condemned to die… then some may say so that, when I die it is over, so what do I care? This would be an easy way out if when we die it’s over. But the Bibles said… ‘It is appointed unto to Man to die and then the Judgment’. If there is a Judgment, what do I care when I am dead? I can face no further consequences, so what? Guess what? This is not the end.

Because we will never die? Then this is good news, yes for those that know our Lord it is, but to the unrepentant sinner, it is bad news; for the Lord said the wages of sin is death, which is not a physical death, but a spiritual death, but the soul lives on in eternity, and the sinner’s soul will be in a place of constant separation from God in a place of His consuming fire that never ends. We many say then God is unreasonable to allow his creation to end up in such a desolate place? Just ,like what Jesus depicted of Lazarus and the rich man, as the rich man ended in such a place and Lazarus in Heaven.

God through His Son Jesus Died and Rose for our sins, but we have to acceptHis Gift, and through His ‘Fair-Warning’ if we continue to reject His calling and His Salvation His Grace currently available to each of us will expire, and upon expiration our Loving God who is also a God of a Consuming Fire will then shut us out, just like those that went to get oil at the 11th hour and when they returned the door was shut.

Jesus Rose Triumphantly, and conquered death forever for mankind. And through His Grace we have His ‘Priceless’ Gift of Everlasting Life with Him.

John 19:30
When he had received the drink, Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. John 19:29-31 (in Context) John 19 (Whole Chapter)

His Promise:

Jesus said… “I will never leave you nor forsake you”, but first we HAVE TO KNOW HIM, even though our Lord is omniscient with infinite awareness, He also said,  Ask, Seek and Knock, therefore A-S-K must be applied in a relationship with our Lord.

Psalm 103:5
who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. Psalm 103:4-6 (in Context) Psalm 103 (Whole Chapter)

His Faithfulness:

Romans 8:1
Life Through the Spirit ] Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,  Romans 8:1-3 (in Context) Romans 8 (Whole Chapter)

Action / Coming to our Lord:

We can come to our Lord Boldly, as He is waiting to welcome us with open arms.

Our message today covered:

1.     Our inability to come to God without Jesus,

2.     Death does not cancel our Judgment

3.     We do not ever die

4.     His Redemption

5.     Our Acceptance

6.     A Privilege granted by our Savior…”No Condemnation”

7.     Living a Victorious Life by His invitation.

8.     Going to His Kingdom by His Seal (His Blood of Atonement)

Heavenly Father we come in Jesus our Redeemer. Jesus our Sovereign Eternal God in One of our Father and Creator, we thank You for Your Redemption. Lord today as we stand in Faith knowing that You are on the Throne of Righteousness and Intercedes for us; we are blessed by Your Grace. Lord You said we can come boldly to You as the Curtain was torn revealing You as our High Priest and our Eternal Savior, We thank You for our Visitors, and give You first place in our lives. We pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Friday:  May 3, 2019

Good Morning, It's Friday. I'm Breathing. I'm Blessed. God Is Good. Thank God It's Friday

The song from the movie Oklahoma…

Oh, what a beautiful mornin'
Oh, what a beautiful day
I've got a beautiful feeling
Everything's going my way

What a statement? A beautiful feeling…everything’s going my way.

I would assume that there are many in this world that can say this and mean it.

And on the other hand, for many they can say… it is a beautiful day, but not everything is going your way.

Sometimes we wonder why isn’t everything going my way? It may be going your way, but you don’t know it, as your way is not God’s way.

Let us frame up the day, and here’s are what we want to make it a beautiful day…

Health + Wealth + Friends + Security

The four things above is missing the key element, the Love of Christ.

Without Christ we can do nothing…

What did Jesus mean when He made this statement?

He meant we can do nothing to gain entry into His Kingdom; one may say “why do I need to gain access to His kingdom”? Yes, you will need it, unless you want to remain in a world of darkness full of doom and gloom forever. Jesus came so that you may have an abundant life, and to have it more abundantly.

One could say… I don’t need anything, I am well provided for I am healthy, wealthy and happy the way I am. But, wait a few years and thing do change and suddenly we start looking back reflect at the good bye-gone day; and looking ahead at the days of health challenges. Etc. Therefore, we ask what’s next? The Bible said…

It is appointed unto (all) man to die, and after that the judgment.

Notice after death there is a judgment… this means you really never died.

Change your course from where the world is headed, don’t be a sheep and follow the leader over the cliff, seek the Lord.

TEXT:  Isaiah 53:6 (NASB)

All of us like sheep have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all
To fall on Him.

Romans 5: 8 (NASB)

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

God’s Plan was fulfilled by the Crucifixion and Devine Resurrections of Jesus… This was God’s Plan for whom?  Was it to give Jesus the Glory? Yes, and to Redeem us for the ‘Second-Passover’ this is the Day of the Lord. The Blood of Jesus was shed for out Redemption, just like the Blood of the Lamb to mark the door-post of the Israelites in Egypt, The Blood of Jesus is our ‘Seal’ of His Redemption by His Grace.

Consider that our Creator created man and woman and gave us dominion over all living things. Consider the enormity of Plant Life, Animals, and all species of Aquatic life, Birds and even to the smallest ant. And as we speak about Ants, this specie that builds their little kingdom with the hierarchy of a Queen and an army of workers.

The same applies to the Bees that form colonies and is governed by a form of hierarchy, The Bees also has ‘Drone’ these are the male Bees that mate with new Queen. They serve one single purpose of carrying on the specie.  Bees die after they string, and the Male Drone dies immediately after they mate with the new Queen, they mate in the air and right after consummation, they fall to the ground.  Not only do they die after consummating, after they have performed their duties, they are kicked out of the hive and not allowed back in.

Coming to our Lord:

Look at how God loves us, He gave us dominion over all living things, He gave us freedom, but we squandered the Paradise that he made for us, so as Adam & Eve were ‘evicted from Eden’ we are here today having to be employed or to employ and generate an income to meet our needs.

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (Money). Matthew 6:23-25

His Promise / His Faithfulness:

Colossians 2:9-10 (NASB) 9 For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, 10 and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority;

Prayer: Heavenly Father in Jesus we come. Lord Jesus today as we are privileged to bring Your Good News of Salvation to many, we seek Your blessings on our Visitors and Lord remove the scales from our eyes, and lead us to Green Pastures and Your Still Water of Life. We Praise You Lord Jesus and to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Thursday: May 2, 2019

To find happiness focus not on what we want, rather on what we have. Happy Thursday!

Count your blessing and thank the Lord, so focus on what we have. Our ‘wants’ are what we desire, but what we envision as fulfilling may not be.

An example of focusing on ‘Want’ versus what we ‘have’: a commercial property owned consisted of multiple retail and some other commercial tenants.  We adopted a plan to redevelop the site and notified our tenants to vacate. Our plans for redevelopment ran into a city planning approval process. So here we were with a vacant building in a non-performing state. As they say… leave well-enough alone, and if it works, don’t fix it.

Image result for image of yellow pagesThe BIBLE is not the Yellow Page… it is the Word of God.

To look up what you conveniently want, today we have the On-line Bible, and what we search for is not like going shopping. God’s Word is intended to guide us, inform us, assures us and to point to His Redemption.

While we may find many chapters, verses of comfort, but we will also receive His warning and His description of God’s Wrath, and God’s Divine Redemption.

God wants to grant us our desires, but He wants us to ‘Ask’ why? Because He is sovereign and as we read, when the Commander of God’s army came to Joshua, He replied ‘Neither’, when Joshua asked whose side, He was on… Why? Because He is not our servant, He is sovereign. Therefore, we must ask, while He knows what we have need of even before we ask… And by asking, we are recognizing that He is the ‘grantor’ as without Him we can do nothing.

As it is said in…

Romans 11:33-36 New King James Version (NKJV)

33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has become His counselor?”
35 “Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”

36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom beglory forever. Amen.

  • The Bible is not a Yellow Page: This is the only book that we know that GOD Wrote
  • The Sermon on the Mount:
  • This is when Jesus gave His Inauguration Speech, which is popularly known as the Beatitude, Jesus was saying let these “Be our Attitude”

  • The Ten Commandments are not Ten Suggestions, they are Sacred, and they are His Commandments

  • The Armor of God: It is not a designer label; it is far greater than any advanced weapons made by man

  • Our Being:  We will live forever, therefore choose where we want to be, after this rat race on earth ends.

  • Heaven: The Bible described Heaven as a place of Splendor, filled with JOY, it is not a place we can buy a ticket and go… but there is a privileged Pathway’ that leads to Heaven, see below:

  • Private Clubs: There are certain ‘Private Clubs that we cannot just apply and be a member, you have to be invited and be sponsored, and these ‘Private-Clubs’ are exclusive, costly and you are reviewed each year for eligibility to maintain your good standing.  With our Lord, His Salvation is Free and ‘Forever’ in a place of Splendor.

  • Forgiveness:  this is a Pre-Requisite of coming to our Lord…. In His Prayer, which we know as “the Lord’s Prayer” We ask our Lord for His Forgiveness and we say, “As we forgive those that trespass against us” Therefore, if we are carrying around any grudge, or misdeeds received or given we must first go and absolve ourselves of this by giving forgiveness.  Forgiveness is not always a ‘two-way’ action, you may forgive the person but they still may not want to talk to you, but in the eyes of our Lord you are in the clear, as you have forgiven that person.
  • The Pathway: Is a dimension that was revealed to mankind when Jesus ascended into Heaven…

  • The question is: How can we be eligible to have access to the Pathway? Just come to Jesus as you are, He will receive you as you are, and;

  • Here’s the Answer:  just say Lord Jesus I love You, and I want to have an Intimate relationship with You my Lord, and I confess my sins and accept Your Divine forgiveness. I give You my all and seek Your Holy Spirit to fill my life with Hope in Your Salvation by Your Redemption as You paid it all at Calvary, Lord lead me to Green Pastures and Still water as in You I am made a Joint Heir in You Jesus, I Pray in Your name Lord Jesus my Eternal God… Amen

Prayer…Lord Jesus we thank You for this day, a day that You have given with Your Grace. We ask Your Divine blessings on our Visitors and us all. To You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Psalm 118:24 In Context |

This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 Save now, I pray, O Lord;
O Lord, I pray, send now prosperity.

Psalm 35:27

Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”

God has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant…

Psalm 30:6

Now in my prosperity I said, “I shall never be moved.”

What did David mean by saying- ‘In my prosperity I shall never be moved’

David accumulated all his wealth and endowed it all to build God’s Temple.

God’s gifts easily become Gods Test- This is one fact that we must be aware of, as David did.

Our only hope for a relationship with God is God Himself.

On the subject of stewardship and managing what we have.  Today we want to take a look at our possessions, our resources.  We look at the world’s economic conditions and wonder why The USA, France, The UK, Spain, Italy and a few other developed nations and wonder why are these so called world-class economies are awash in debt?  Is it because we spend more than what we take in? Yes, then why are we spending more than what we take in? is it because China has beaten us at our own game?

Before answering any of the above, let us first read about David when they were about to build the temple….

1 Chronicle 29 New International Version-NIV

David’s Prayer

10 David praised the LORD in the presence of the whole assembly, saying,

   “Praise be to you, LORD,
the God of our father Israel,
   from everlasting to everlasting.
11 Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, LORD, is the kingdom;
you are exalted as head over all.
12 Wealth and honor come from you;
you are the ruler of all things.
In your hands are strength and power
to exalt and give strength to all.
13 Now, our God, we give you thanks,
   and praise your glorious name.

14 “But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.15 We are foreigners and strangers in your sight, as were all our ancestors. Our days on earth are like a shadow, without hope. 16 LORD our God, all this abundance that we have provided for building you a temple for your Holy Name comes from your hand, and all of it belongs to you. 17 I know, my God, that you test the heart and are pleased with integrity. All these things I have given willingly and with honest intent. And now I have seen with joy how willingly your people who are here have given to you.  End of Bible Text

The message of He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and He who sows bountifully will reap bountifully.  God loves a cheerful giver… 2 Corinthians 9: 6-7

Text: 1 John 3:17-18

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

17 But whoever has the world’s goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him?  18Little children let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.

The Lord’s blessing to let it rain on the just and the unjust is because He is not partial, and He made no preference, but one preference to all in Unity, as we are all sinners, and by his Grace we are Redeemed. So even the un-redeemed are beneficiary of His showers of Blessings, because they too shall come to know him and be also Redeemed. But His great commission to us to bring the Gospels to all and spread the Good News to the ends of Earth is to be our mission for His Glory.

Principle: Not only do we have his assurance; it is eternal as we lay up treasures in heaven as his faithfulness abounds

Prayer: Lord Jesus we come knowing that You are on the Throne of Righteousness and no one comes to the Father unless through You. Lord today as we seek your Divine guidance for us all and thank You for our Visitors and Your Providence and above all Your Redemption. Lord bless this day as we go with the Peace from You knowing that You our Redeemer Lives and we can boldly come to You. Lord in Faith we go with Your Assurance. We pray in Your Holy Name Lord Jesus to You are the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Tuesday April 30, 2019

Each life is made up of mistakes and learning, waiting and growing, practicing patience and being persistent. By… Billy Graham (A quotation by Dr. Billy Graham)

All our lives are made up of mistakes, regardless if you are the king of a country, a kingdom or a continent. Hopefully we all will learn from our mistakes. As Dr. Graham outlined… ‘growing’, practicing and being patient with persistent, the answer will be successful, when we allow the Lord to be the Author and Finisher of our faith.

There’s no one on earth that can say ‘I have never made a mistake’ Moses did, Joshua did, and so did we.

But after all is said and done, taking all our ‘baggage’ to the cross, and allow Jesus to be the Author and Finisher, Like Moses and Joshua they finished well.

Moses in a rage struck the rock, and God was angry, yet God did let the water flow for the people. For this Moses was denied entry to the Promised Land.

By Moses’ faith in God, God did grant Moses entry to a Higher mountain (Heaven); as we see Moses and Elijah at the Transfiguration of Jesus.

Matthew 17  (NKJV)

Jesus Transfigured on the Mount

17 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!” And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid. But Jesus came and touched them and said, “Arise, and do not be afraid.” When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only.

The Faithfulness of our Supreme Eternal God…

Today as we consider the love of Christ, we must acknowledge that He is the Same Yesterday, Today and Forever.

Jesus said… “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you” Hebrews 13: 5

Commentary: One could say…I do not want to be a Christian, because if I do, I cannot continue to enjoy the things of this world, Let’s look at the verb ‘Enjoy’, this is a word derived from ‘rejoice’  it is an experience. Experience do not last forever, it is like the four little apples that I picked a few days ago, they are now no longer fresh and are not good for eating. So are the pleasures of the world, and many of these can leave you with guilt and remorse which is the price of sin. Not the apples, they can still be made into preserves and be enjoyed as a jelly. But the worldly life of a non-Christian leads to emptiness, therefore, without Christ the ‘enjoy’ is not real ‘Joy’… Joy is perpetual when you know Christ.

Trusting God and knowing Him leads to:

The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear (loves) Him, and delivers them (you)... Oh, fear the Lord, you saints! There is no want to those who fear Him… Psalm 34: 7, 9 NKJV

The bible refers to believers as ‘Saints’ through Jesus Christ our Lord we have this privilege of receiving His Salvation by His Grace. Fortunately, no one can buy or earn His Salvation, otherwise heaven would be a place full of ‘boastful’ people. We are saved by His Grace and not of anything we do or can do.

When we have the knowledge of His Good News that He died and Rose Triumphantly and ascended to heaven where He said He went to prepare a place for you (if you know Him) what a privilege of being in touch with the Most-High at this moment. He said come to Him and He will give you rest.

The Christian life is full of Joy… Following Christ is what ‘Christianity’ means; and in Jesus we have that Victory and being filled with His Holy Spirit (His Comforter) we have the JOY.  Knowing that Jesus is the same Yesterday, Today and forever… we have His assurance of Heaven to be a real place where Jesus is King of His Kingdom.

Right now, you can speak with the King of kings, you do not have to wait to get to heaven… you have access to Jesus because he said, “Come unto me”.

Heavenly Father in Jesus we come... Lord today as we dedicate this week to You Lord, lead us and guide us, bless our Visitors and grant us all Your favors.  Lord we pray for all Your servants engaged in Your mission fields to be equipped as we look to You knowing that all our needs are provided by Your Grace. We pray in your Holy Name Lord Jesus to You is the Power and the Glory now and forevermore… Amen.

Devotionals for Monday: April 29, 2019

Start this Monday with a tankful of love for your work, your neighbors, even your enemies, and top it off with the Love of Christ.

The Love of Christ

Romans 8:35

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Romans 8:39

nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Today as we go to the Lord, let us not put our personal needs above the quest for the scripture of the Gospel to be spread across the world.

He knows our needs, and He overlooked our faults.

You may say “fault? I really done have any… guess what, it you were perfect then Jesus would not need to die. And if you say, “I am without faults”, then you made Jesus a liar…

Jesus said…

John 3:7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’

If you knew the cure for cancer and did not tell anyone, how would you feel seeing your friends dying? And not sharing the Good News? The equivalent to this is to know the Salvation of Christ and His Divine Grace and not being Sharing this.

Even our canine friends are now able to diagnose thyroid  cancer. Dogs are trained to identify a person that has Thyroid cancer.

Focus: Start
