Thoughts for the Day: What is your New Year’s Resolution?

TOPIC: Keeping resolutions requires discipline, incentives and Faith

TEXT: Matthew 6: 33-34  But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Commentary:  Check the following goals that you would like to do for 2014:

ü  A Daily Walk with our Lord through His Word

ü  Love your neighbors

ü  Give the Lord the First-Fruit

ü  Bring whatever challenges you to the Lord

ü  Execute your endeavors for His Glory

ü  Thank the Lord for His Mercies

ü  Seek Him and Praise Him for His Love and His Providence

ü  Bring the Good News of His Salvation to others

ü  Keep looking up…

What is life’s incentive? Work hard and be rewarded, or work smart and be successful? Self-Reliance is not a reliable  astrategic plan but it  is the root of what is sown in our mind, there are some root-stock that are bad and cannot bear good-fruit, so we must use caution of what we sow in our mind that the root-stock will be good and the fruit that we produce will be worthy of a good harvest.  So reliance on God is the pathway to successful life with Christ, because our Lord gave us the best ‘Incentive’ but this is most often over-looked or ignored.

If we believe the Word of the Lord and He said… Matthew 6:33-34

New International Version (NIV)

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

So let’s face 2014 knowing that the Word of Jesus is the same Yesterday, today and forever…

Matthew 6: Do Not Worry – Spoken by our Lord Jesus…

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Remember of God’s creation we are His most loved… all things were ‘Spoken’ into existence, but when He said…”Let us make man in our likeness” He said “Let-us” you may have heard some teaching that there are more than one-God, This is not so, God’s reference to ‘Let us’ was addressed to Jesus who was there from the beginning of it all.   So when Man was created we were made by Hand and God breathed life into us.

God gave us Free-Will, He trusted us but the forces of evil entered our lives and mankind fell to the temptation of the evil one; read in the event of the Garden of Eden. Genesis 3:13

Even today we still have the ‘Free-Will and the temptation of the forces of this world continues. God continues to ‘Trust’ us but we continue to disappoint Him.  Why did it take 40 years for the Israelite to travel to Canaan? Remember this is a journey that we can do on-foot within 11-15 days. It was God’s intent to teach them His principles, instilling in them the need for ‘Faith’.

So the year 2014 will be another year of God’s teaching us (Again) to have Faith. But through our Loving Father HE gave us a Savior. And our Savior is Jesus… “The-Christ” Christ is not the last name of Jesus His proper name is “I-AM” for He is the Great ‘I AM’

So what will Jesus save us from? Our own selves… because we are incapable of curing our inherent ‘Sin’ handed down from Adam, Jesus came to shed His Blood, just like the blood of the lamb that protected the Israelite from the angel of death that passed over Egypt, so is the Blood of Jesus that will protect is from the ‘Second-death’ but the second death is not really a death but a place of eternal damnation. So Jesus came and by his Grace He redeemed us through His ‘Priceless’ Gift.  But it must be accepted and this require every individual to personally acknowledge His Gift of Redemption.  It is a ‘Mandate’ that we must come to Him and receive His ‘Pardon’ by confessing our sins and asking Him to accept you by your personal commitment in Faith knowing that He died for your sins.  When we do the Bible said…

Things to remember:  His Gift is ‘Forever’ and can never be lost… It is ‘Forever’ No one can steal it, nothing can erode it, and we are forever Saved by His Grace…

We must not give in to failures or to put it less drastic, an un-successful ending of a project or financial loss in a venture that did not make it for some reason.  Some of the Icons of today did not make it until they failed an average of 12 plus tries.  It is said that the average entrepreneur did not achieve success until his 11th tries.

The Armor of God

Ephesians 6: 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

Final Greetings

21 Tychicus, the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. 22 I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you.

23 Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.

The Anointing of the Lord….

The story of David & Goliath is probably one of the best known bible stories. While this is about a Hebrew Shepherd boy that was feeding the sheep without a care in the world, the Lord had a plan for his life that would make him famous not just in his time. David was born in 1040 BC. Samuel who was God’s representative whom God used to establish monarchy in Israel, anointed David  in 1025 BC  which was 930 Years before the birth of Christ.  (930 BC)

As we read we will see the Lord’s will in choosing David who received the anointing from the Lord.  What is to be learned from this scripture in history, that even today we see the rise of many, but we have to track the life of David that reign as king for 40 years as a model king, ending with his subsequent  decline caused by sin.

As we read 1st Samuel 16 how The Lord sent Samuel to anoint David whom the Lord had chosen to be King succeeding Saul, and how David served King Saul well, but Saul’s jealousy of David (1 Samuel 18) Saul tied to kill David, but David had the opportunity to kill Saul, instead he spared Saul’s life twice. After David was made king he extended his kindness to Saul’s remaining Heir ( 2 Samuel ch 9).

What we can learn from the monarchy of both Saul and David, these two kings while anointed by the Lord. Even though they had the anointing of the Lord, they were still subject to the worldly temptations; and the next famous historical event known as David and Bathsheba (2 Samuel ch 11-12) is an event that one could draw many parallels to today’s leaders in our society and even in the churches.  We need to remember that:

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
1 Peter 5:7-9 (in Context) 1 Peter 5 (Whole Chapter)

We need to be armed with the Armor of our Lord Ephesians 6 will provide the criterion of being equipped to not fall victims but to be victors. (Ephesians 6 can be read at the end of this message)

Ephesians 6:11
Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

Ephesians 6:13
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

1 Samuel 16

Samuel Anoints David

1 The LORD said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him as king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem. I have chosen one of his sons to be king.”

2 But Samuel said, “How can I go? If Saul hears about it, he will kill me.”

The LORD said, “Take a heifer with you and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the LORD.’ 3Invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what to do. You are to anoint for me the one I indicate.”

4 Samuel did what the LORD said. When he arrived at Bethlehem, the elders of the town trembled when they met him. They asked, “Do you come in peace?”

5 Samuel replied, “Yes, in peace; I have come to sacrifice to the LORD. Consecrate yourselves and come to the sacrifice with me.” Then he consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice.

6 When they arrived, Samuel saw Eliab and thought, “Surely the LORD’s anointed stands here before the LORD.”

7 But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

8 Then Jesse called Abinadab and had him pass in front of Samuel. But Samuel said, “The LORD has not chosen this one either.” 9 Jesse then had Shammah pass by, but Samuel said, “Nor has the LORD chosen this one.” 10 Jesse had seven of his sons pass before Samuel, but Samuel said to him, “The LORD has not chosen these.” 11 So he asked Jesse, “Are these all the sons you have?”

“There is still the youngest,” Jesse answered. “He is tending the sheep.”

Samuel said, “Send for him; we will not sit down until he arrives.”

12 So he sent for him and had him brought in. He was glowing with health and had a fine appearance and handsome features.

Then the LORD said, “Rise and anoint him; this is the one.”

13 So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the LORD came powerfully upon David. Samuel then went to Ramah.

David in Saul’s Service

14 Now the Spirit of the LORD had departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD tormented him.

15 Saul’s attendants said to him, “See, an evil spirit from God is tormenting you. 16 Let our lord command his servants here to search for someone who can play the lyre. He will play when the evil spirit from God comes on you, and you will feel better.”

17 So Saul said to his attendants, “Find someone who plays well and bring him to me.”

18 One of the servants answered, “I have seen a son of Jesse of Bethlehem who knows how to play the lyre. He is a brave man and a warrior. He speaks well and is a fine-looking man. And the LORD is with him.”

19 Then Saul sent messengers to Jesse and said, “Send me your son David, who is with the sheep.” 20 So Jesse took a donkey loaded with bread, a skin of wine and a young goat and sent them with his son David to Saul.

21 David came to Saul and entered his service. Saul liked him very much, and David became one of his armor-bearers. 22 Then Saul sent word to Jesse, saying, “Allow David to remain in my service, for I am pleased with him.”

23 Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul, David would take up his lyre and play. Then relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him.

Luke 12:15

New Living Translation (NLT)

15 Then he said, “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own.”

Philippians 4

New Living Translation (NLT)

1. Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stay true to the Lord. I love you and long to see you, dear friends, for you are my joy and the crown I receive for my work.

Words of Encouragement

Now I appeal to Euodia and Syntyche. Please, because you belong to the Lord, settle your disagreement. And I ask you, my true partner, to help these two women, for they worked hard with me in telling others the Good News. They worked along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are written in the Book of Life.

Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.

Ephesians 6

New International Version (NIV)

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2 “Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise— 3 “so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”

4 Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. 6 Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, 8 because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free.

9 And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.

My Living Guide and HIS Covenant and my acceptance…
by Maurice Hoo
A daily featured article from verses of Romans 8 (NIV)
Each day we will feature a Verse from Romans 8 with Comments…

My Living Guide… Because this chapter of Paul’s letter to the Romans was in fact Inspired by our Lord… I read this as if it was written for me personally as it is the Boldest statement coming from God (as the Bible is the only book that I know that God wrote). The Bold statements are from the , scripture and my answers are posted in Italics attached to each Verse. These are the Covenants that I also acknowledge and affirms, with my acceptance and commitments in response to these great privileges given to me as a child of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who is my Eternal God in One of our Father, through HIS Holy Trinity that made Jesus God In One that sits on the Throne of Righteousness in Glory…

Romans 8 New International Version (NIV)

Life Through the Spirit
Verse 1; Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,

03-03-12 Thank You Lord Jesus for Your Redemption by Your Salvation made possible by Your Resurrection.  I Ask You to guide me and let Your Holy Spirit be a cloak of protection against the things that are of the flesh
Verse 2:

Verse 2: Because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

03-04-12  Lord Jesus, I Thank You for Your Holy Spirit that frees me from Sin and Death, Through Your Grace.

Verse 3: For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,

03-05-12  Lord I Accept Your Redemption through the Crucifixion and Your Divine Resurrection that is a Triumph over sin in the flesh. In You I seek refuge…

Remainder of Romans 8:

3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,

Lord I Accept Your Redemption through the Crucifixion and Your Divine Resurrection that is a Triumph over sin in the flesh. In You I seek refuge…

4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Lord Jesus let Your Holy Spirit fill me so that I will walk not after the Flesh, but Seek You Lord Jesus

5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.

Lord Jesus let Your Holy Spirit guide me and be a cloak against the thing that are of the flesh and that I will walk filled with Your Holy Spirit.

6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

Lord without Your Holy Spirit, as I was created by You Lord as a free thinker and cannot be spiritually minded without Your Guidance, therefore let me be filled with Your Holy Spirit Lord Jesus, let me be a Vessel for You Lord Jesus.

7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.

Lord this verse says, that being of a Carnal mind I am an enemy to You, and if I amYou will give me up to a sinful life, Lord Jesus I repent of all my sins and ask You to remove from me all desires to serve a life that is against. Lord forgive me and be bring me into Sonship and be committed to You serving You; as You Are my Eternal God, and my Redeemer.

8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.

Lord Jesus this is Clear and Direct, so I turn to You and away from all things that occupy my mind that can be construed to be my Idol, Lord remove from me such things now… and Lord Jesus transform me to place You  first place and to seek Your righteousness.

9 You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.

. Lord Jesus I thank You for Your Graciousness, come into my heart and fill me with Your Holy Spirit so that I can be among Your family and not be an outcast. Father in Jesus as God in One; fill me with Your Holy Spirit to be made a child of Yours.

10 But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.

Lord Jesus fill me with Your Holy Spirit and let me live a life of righteousness by Your Holy Spirit, and quicken my mortal body by Your Holy Spirit that I can be a Holy Temple for You Lord Jesus.

11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

Lord Jesus I accept Your Holy Spirit and come and dwell in me as I offer myself through Your Grace to be a Vessel for You Lord Jesus, Thank You Lord Jesus

12 Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.

Lord I accept Your Redemption and the cancellation of the Debt and to be freed to serve You and to live for You Lord Jesus.

13 For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.

Lord transform me and let Your Holy Spirit replace all temptations and Lord Jesus do what Your written Words said, mortify the deeds of the body and let me live. Thank You Lord Jesus...

14 For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.

. Lord let it be Your Will and I thank You Father for making me a Son and a joint Heir   by Your Son Lord Jesus, who is my eternal God in One of Your Holy Trinity.

15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”

Father today I sign the Adoption agreement and with Your Blood that was shed for me at Calvary, I come to You as Your Son,  O Lord Jesus as God in One of the Eternal Father of the Holy Trinity, I Thank You Father for making me a Joint-Heir with Jesus Christ Your Son who is God in One of Your Holy Trinity and my Redeemer. O Father what a privilege You have given me, as a Son, I give You my Praise and to You be the Glory in Jesus’ name as my Redeemer, I come to dwell in Your house as a Son. Thank You Father.

16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

Lord I accept Your Divine Redemption by the Holy Spirit that made me a Son of Yours. O Father God, Thank You Lord Jesus as I come to You as You said no one cometh to the Father except through You Lord Jesus.  I accept Your Redemption and to be privileged to be made a Son of God.

17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

. Lord I come to share the burden to be among Your chosen to share in Your Glory and be saved by Your Grace and being privileged to be written into Your Will as a Heir and to be placed in such Majestic Company to be a ‘Joint Heir” with Jesus Christ my Lord, as granted from the Father through Your Graciousness. What a Privilege to be named a Joint Heir with You Lord Jesus. I Thank Thee...

Present Suffering and Future Glory

18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

Lord Jesus, the travails of this life will be replaced by You as I am made a HEIR to Your Kingdom, I shall endure this journey knowing that I was predestined by You, and Father as the Author and Finisher of my journey to Gloryland, I give You the Praise and the Glory, looking to that day when I shall see YOU and receive the unimaginable Joy that You have provided for me

19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.

Lord Jesus, I wait upon Thee, Lord Let it Be

20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope

Father God, Thank You for sending Jesus as my Redeemer, as Jesus is my only Hope and my only Salvation, because of You Lord Jesus by Your Triumphant Resurrection I can say without reservation that You Jesus is my Living God for Eternity.

21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.

Lord Jesus, I look to the day when I am Sanctified and be sinless in Your Holy Presence in Your Kingdom filled with Spledour…

22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.

Lord only by Your Grace I can endure and finish the race to the end, to receive the crown of Life in full Hope of Your Divine Redemption, and not of my own accord, but from You.

23 Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.

Lord Jesus, according to Your teaching the first Fruit is to be pledged to You, and from my business made possible by You as a Mission Field, I pledge the First-Fruit, and I am Adopted by You Father by your Son Jesus Christ as my Redeemer and offer myself in total as the firstfruit to You, and be as a living Temple and a Vessel for You Lord Jesus as my God in One of Your Holy Trinity

24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?

Lord in FAITH I Trust and Obey, and just Hoping… but by Your Word that never changes, my Hope is by Faith in You Lord Jesus as my Redeemer by Your Blood that was shed at Calvary for me that blots my Sin away and made me a son of The Father by You Lord Jesus as God in One

25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.

Lord Jesus as God in One and as my Redeemer, to you a day or a year is like a thousand years, and trusting the  Word that the evil one will be bound and cast out to outer darkness for a thousand years, this means that the evil one will be bound for a thousand x thousand years, and the world will be free of the evil one and with patience I wait on this to free mankind from the evil and to have You as the Light of the world, a new Heaven and a new Earth with You my Lord as the radiating Glory to come. Lord give me the patience to endure the period of waiting… For to You is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory now and forevermore…

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.

Lord Jesus as my Mediator interceding for me to The Father, I place my trust in You, and Thank You for Your Faithfulness and provisions and to You be the Glory, for all that I have needed Thy hands have provided, I thank Thee Lord Jesus.

27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

Your Word has said You will provide me my needs, and I shall not fear what man can do to me; as I am a Child of Yours and am fully protected by the Cloak of Your Divine Power, as all things are from You according to Your Richness in Heaven that abounds and from Your Majestic Power as my Eternal God, You are the Creator of the Universe with billions of stars that are known by names to You individually, knowing that the vastness of the universe and the very hair on my head are  numbered, Lord I understand that this statement of number is not a reference to quantity but by individual life code that our feeble mind is just attempting to decode as DNA, until mankind comes to acknowledge Your Grand design and Intelligent Creation by knowing Your Supremacy; we are like the description of Your people as ‘Worms’. Lord I recognize You as my Supreme God and Jesus as my Redeemer as God in One of the Holy Trinity, I give You my Praise as You search my heart and knows what is in my mind, and let your intercession be according to Your Will for me, Thank You Lord Jesus..

28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

. Lord I Love You Lord Jesus as God in One of your Holy Trinity and Lord Jesus call me for Your Purpose… I come now, and stand ready…

29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

. Father God, because You knew me before I was conceived, I offer myself as the first fruit and to be a Vessel for You, filled with Your Holy Spirit made possible by Jesus my Redeemer…

30 And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

Lord Jesus as The son of God and Jesus as God in Your Holy Trinity, Lord call upon me and by Your Grace use me for Your Mission, Lord Jesus, I offer myself as an offering to be a Vessel and as a messenger of Your Salvation for Your Glory Father God.

More Than Conquerors

31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Lord Jesus as a Child of Yours and given that Cloak by Your Divine Power, I in Faith go forth just as You sent the Disciples on their journey to take nothing and to be totally dependent of Your Graciousness; I go to the mission field as a disciple of this era in Faith and Trust, as You are my Creator, my Redeemer and my Provider, and in full safety I am guarded by Your Divine Power…Thank You Lord Jesus.

32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

Lord Jesus Your unconditional Love for us as You expressed… ‘Father forgive them for they know not what they doeth’… Lord just as how The Father predestined You Lord Jesus to be crucified and by The Father’s Divine Power of Your Resurrection that Redeemed me, I Thank You Lord Jesus for the Priceless Gift that all the gold cannot purchase and Salvation can only be from You Lord Jesus; I accept You Lord Jesus as my Redeemer and as my Lord and Savior….

33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

Lord Jesus as the Elect of our Heavenly Father as His Son and God in One of the Holy Trinity, I am justified by Your Blood that was shed at Calvary that washed away my sin. Thank You Lord Jesus…

34 Who then is the one who condemns?  No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

Lord Jesus as my Redeemer and as my Mediator, I come and give You my Praise and to You be the Glory now and forevermore… Amen

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?

Father in Heaven and by Your Son Jesus Christ as God in One of Your Holy Trinity, I Thank You for this Covenant and by Your Unconditional Love I come and you’re your preservation and to receive The Holy spirit as my comforter and as my guide. Lord I thank You Lord Jesus my Redeemer… Amen

36 As it is written:    “For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

Lord Jesus I cannot fathom the Love that You have for us and I personally acknowledge the great sacrifice made at Calvary so that I too am counted in Your Divine Crucifixion and by Your Divine Resurrection I am within Your fold and You are the Good shepherd, and am,  as Your Word said, Lord let me decrease and You Increase in my life all the day long, as I give myself to serve You so others may come to know You Lord Jesus as their Redeemer and know the meaning of the Crucifixion and Your Triumphant Resurrection, Lord I thank You for making me a Joint-Heir with You Lord Jesus…

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

Lord I thank You for Your Holy Covenant making me more than a Conqueror by Your Love and through Your Great Salvation, and by Your Grace and not of myself, Lord Jesus I Thank You… To You be The Glory now and evermore… Amen

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,

Lord Jesus Your Covenant can never be broken and I in Faith accept Your Word and Your Covenant and let Your Holy Spirit abound in my Life looking to You as the Author and Finisher of my Faith and my  life’s journey to thee Lord Jesus..

39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Lord Jesus Your Faithfulness I acknowledge, and I accept Your  Covenant of being adopted as a Child of Yours and in Faith I accept You Lord Jesus, I come and fully recognize the sacrifice You made for me at Calvary and by Your Blood I am bound by Your Redemption made by the Divine Power of the Father through You Lord Jesus as God in One of the Holy Trinity, Lord I Love and worship You  as my Redeemer and You Jesus as Lord and Savior be the Glory now and forevermore, until that day when I am taken in to Your Kingdom to be in Your Holy Majestic presence forever, To my Father in Heaven and Jesus my Redeemer who is God in One, be The Glory now and forevermore… Amen

God loves us and He offers His Peace, so come to Him Today...
From Proverbs 3:11-12 NKJV
My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor detest His correction; for whom the Lord loves, He corrects, just as a father the son in whom he delights

New International Version (NIV)

The Parable of the Shrewd Manager

1 Jesus told his disciples: “There was a rich man whose manager was accused of wasting his possessions. 2 So he called him in and asked him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.’

3 “The manager said to himself, ‘What shall I do now? My master is taking away my job. I’m not strong enough to dig, and I’m ashamed to beg— 4 I know what I’ll do so that, when I lose my job here, people will welcome me into their houses.’

5 “So he called in each one of his master’s debtors. He asked the first, ‘How much do you owe my master?’

6 “‘Nine hundred gallons of olive oil,’ he replied.

“The manager told him, ‘Take your bill, sit down quickly, and make it four hundred and fifty.’

7 “Then he asked the second, ‘And how much do you owe?’

“‘A thousand bushels of wheat,’ he replied.

“He told him, ‘Take your bill and make it eight hundred.’

8 “The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light. 9 I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.

10 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. 11 So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? 12 And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?

13 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

14 The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus. 15 He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of others, but God knows your hearts. What people value highly is detestable in God’s sight.

Comments: The action of the 'shrewd' manager was really a dishonest manager, and sometime when we read about the politicians that knew they would not be going back to Washington, they then made major ear-marked funding for their hometown... This action is similar to the dishonest manager, waste and mismanagement of money used for  even a bridge to no-where.

John 1 NIV
The Word Became Flesh

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

Hebrews 1 NIV
God’s Final Word: His Son

1 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. 3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. 4 So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.

Colossians 1 New International Version (NIV)

The Supremacy of the Son of God  15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him,20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

21 Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. 22 But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation.

Conclusion: We can come to the Throne of Righteousness in Prayer knowing that our High Priest our Redeemer Jesus Christ intercedes for us and by His Grace we are Saved… Amen

Praise be to our Lord Jesus on this the Year 2,012 after the Birth of Christ, 2012 AD (AD means ANNO DOMINO (Latin ‘in the year of our Lord’

We see FAITH in Action...
I was in a negotiation of a contract with a company that is sponsored by the Chinese Government, and even in the Chinese Communist environment, they highlighted, the need to have "Good-Faith and Trust"... But I believe their definition of Faith would be in men, and trust is also in men. somewhere in history, the famous quote of "Belief is good, but control is better" this  was a statement by a once famous ideological leader that was later disgraced, as democracy dawned on Russia... Real Faith by us can only be in our Eternal God, as He is the Creator, and all things are possible with our Lord. The profound statement of all time was not from Lenin, it was from Jesus The Christ who said.."Before Abraham was, I was, and I am the Great I AM".... The Good News of all time is: HIS RESURRECTION!!!  There are major events of our time, September 11th being the most recent monumental one, but in history we have:
  • The Year was 0000,  It was the birth of Jesus that started our Calendar
  • The second event was 33 years after the Sun went dark for Three (3) full hours, caused by His Crucifixion, and:
  • Three (3) days after HIS Majestic Resurrection.

Hebrews 11 New International Version (NIV)

Faith in Action
1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2This is what the ancients were commended for.

3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

4 By faith Abel brought God a better offering than Cain did. By faith he was commended as righteous, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith Abel still speaks, even though he is dead.

5 By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death: “He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. 6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

7 By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.

8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. 9 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. 11 And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because sheconsidered him faithful who had made the promise. 12 And so from this one man, and he as good as dead, came descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as countless as the sand on the seashore.

13 All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. 14 People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. 15 If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. 16 Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.

17 By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son, 18 even though God had said to him, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.” 19 Abraham reasoned that God could even raise the dead, and so in a manner of speaking he did receive Isaac back from death.

20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau in regard to their future.

21 By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph’s sons, and worshiped as he leaned on the top of his staff.

22 By faith Joseph, when his end was near, spoke about the exodus of the Israelites from Egypt and gave instructions concerning the burial of his bones.

23 By faith Moses’ parents hid him for three months after he was born, because they saw he was no ordinary child, and they were not afraid of the king’s edict.

24 By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be known as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. 25 He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the fleeting pleasures of sin. 26 He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of greater value than the treasures of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward. 27 By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible. 28 By faith he kept the Passover and the application of blood, so that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch the firstborn of Israel.

29 By faith the people passed through the Red Sea as on dry land; but when the Egyptians tried to do so, they were drowned.

30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the army had marched around them for seven days.

31 By faith the prostitute Rahab, because she welcomed the spies, was not killed with those who were disobedient.

32 And what more shall I say? I do not have time to tell about Gideon, Barak, Samson and Jephthah, about David and Samuel and the prophets, 33 who through faith conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised; who shut the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength; and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies. 35 Women received back their dead, raised to life again. There were others who were tortured, refusing to be released so that they might gain an even better resurrection. 36Some faced jeers and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment. 37 They were put to death by stoning; they were sawed in two; they were killed by the sword. They went about in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted and mistreated— 38 the world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, living in caves and in holes in the ground.

39 These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, 40 since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.

Topic:    How would the press describe Jesus if He was physically living among us today?

Imagine Jesus being here on earth in, Miami, Manhattan, Los Angeles... how would your society describe our Lord and Savior?

Jesus came from a place of splendor, entered this world as a child born of a Virgin, in a lowly Stable (Manger) rode on a donkey and had did not own a house or nor was he a member of the synagogue or named among the hierarchy of the temple.

2 Corinthians 8:9  New International Version (NIV)

9 For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, which though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.

If we had such a person in our society today such a person would be known as a drifter, a homeless individual, a renegade with a band of guys travelling from town to town. However in all instances all of our Lord’s needs were provided, he never carried money (he has a treasurer named Judas) when it was time to pay the Taxes, he sent his disciples to the pier and told them to cast a line and the fish that they caught, fetch the gold coin from its month and go and pay the tax to Caesar’s treasury.

Yet over 2,000 years ago the vest that HE wore was woven in a one-piece seamfree garment without a designer’s label.  The Bible is such a comprehensive book inspired by God, spans the aeon of the ages, including the Prophecies that were fulfilled and those yet to be fulfilled.

Our blessed Jesus, as God, is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. Jesus is our High Priest that sits on the Throne of Righteousness.

We read about Isaiah’s prophecy of the Birth of the Redeemer, (Isaiah 9: 6) and in Isaiah 53 the prophecy of Jesus’ Crucifixion.  We read that when Jesus was crucified, and as He said “It is finished” the Veil (Curtain) in the Temple was torn, this was our Lord’s affirmation of His Crucifixion as the NEW COVENANT.

We read How Jesus Ascended back to The FATHER.  AND WE READ… Acts 1:  9. After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

10 They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”

We see Him as our Eternal Sovereign God.  This same Jesus will return as said in the Bible... Praise God

The Mighty Hands of our Lord…

Exodus 14:

Forward… Note that the Israelites lacked Faith, just before one of the miracles of miracles to be done in their favor; they questioned Moses and the Lord…

10 As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians, marching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the LORD.

11 They said to Moses, “Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? 12 Didn’t we say to you in Egypt, ‘Leave us alone; let us serve the Egyptians’? It would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the desert!”

The Parting of the Red Sea…

13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. 14 The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

15 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. 16 Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. 17 I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will go in after them. And I will gain glory through Pharaoh and all his army, through his chariots and his horsemen. 18 The Egyptians will know that I am the LORD when I gain glory through Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen.”

19 Then the angel of God, who had been traveling in front of Israel’s army, withdrew and went behind them. The pillar of cloud also moved from in front and stood behind them, 20coming between the armies of Egypt and Israel. Throughout the night the cloud brought darkness to the one side and light to the other side; so neither went near the other all night long.

21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided, 22and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.

23 The Egyptians pursued them, and all Pharaoh’s horses and chariots and horsemen followed them into the sea. 24 During the last watch of the night the LORD looked down from the pillar of fire and cloud at the Egyptian army and threw it into confusion. 25 He jammed the wheels of their chariots so that they had difficulty driving. And the Egyptians said, “Let’s get away from the Israelites! The LORD is fighting for them against Egypt.”

26 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may flow back over the Egyptians and their chariots and horsemen.” 27 Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and at daybreak the sea went back to its place. The Egyptians were fleeing toward it, and the LORD swept them into the sea. 28 The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen—the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them survived.

29 But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left. 30 That day the LORD saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore. 31 And when the Israelites saw the mighty hand of the LORD displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the LORD and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.

1 Corinthians 15: The Resurrection Body

35 But someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?” 36 How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. 37 When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else. 38 But God gives it a body as he has determined, and to each kind of seed he gives its own body. 39 Not all flesh is the same: People have one kind of flesh, animals have another, birds another and fish another. 40 There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another. 41 The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor.

42 So will it be with the resurrection of the dead. The body that is sown is perishable, it is raised imperishable; 43 it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.

If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45 So it is written: “The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit. 46 The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. 47 The first man was of the dust of the earth; the second man is of heaven. 48 As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven. 49 And just as we have borne the image of the earthly man, so shall we bear the image of the heavenly man.

50 I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”

55 “Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?”

56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Romans 8: 28  And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose

(Today you are all here for one Reason, to be given this Opportunity to become JOINT HEIR with Jesus) because in…

Verse 29 For those (You and me)  God foreknew he also predestined (YOU) to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he (JESUS) might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

Verse 30 And those he predestined, (you and me) he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

Verse 31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Jesus himself told the story of the rich man Lazarus:

Luke 16:19
[ The Rich Man and Lazarus ] “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day.
Luke 16:18-20 (in Context) Luke 16 (Whole Chapter)

The Rich Man and Lazarus

19 “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. 20 At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores 21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’

25 “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony.26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’

27 “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, 28 for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’

29 “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’

30 “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’

31 “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”  End of Text

Conclusion: God made a way for us to be ‘Redeemed’ and Jesus is the way, and His Resurrection proved that we do live forever, but there are two destinations after our physical earthly death, One is the way of everlasting suffering, and the other is His Everlasting Joy in a Place of Splendor by knowing Him (Jesus our Redeemer).

So which do we choose? It is obvious, the Everlasting Life of Joy in Jesus. He said…

Hebrews 3:15
As has just been said: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as you did in the rebellion.”
Hebrews 3:14-16 (in Context) Hebrews 3 (Whole Chapter)

But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory.

Warning Against Unbelief

So, as the Holy Spirit says:

“Today, if you hear his voice,
    do not harden your hearts
as you did in the rebellion,
during the time of testing in the wilderness,

Remember… Jesus our Sovereign God in One of His Holy Trinity has the power to save, as he said to the thief on the cross next to him that said;  “Lord remember me when you come into Your Kingdom” …

Do not wait till the last moment to come to him, it is like driving off the lot in your brand new car without insurance, this is something you can do if you paid for it in full but if you financed or leased this vehicle, you had to provide proof of insurance before driving off the lot, if we placed so much value on an automobile, what do we think of our soul that will live forever?

So come to Him Now?

Ephesians 2:1-10

New International Version (NIV)

Made Alive in Christ

As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

On the subject of stewardship and managing what we have
.  Today we want to take a look at our possessions, our resources.  We look at the world’s economic conditions and wonder why The USA, France, The UK, Spain, Italy and a few other developed nations and wonder why are these so called world-class economies are awash in debt?  Is it because we spend more than what we take in? Yes, then why are we spending more than what we take in? is it because China has beaten us at our own game?

Before answering any of the above, let us first read about David when they were about to build the temple….

1 Chronicle 29 New International Version-NIV

David’s Prayer

10 David praised the LORD in the presence of the whole assembly, saying,

   “Praise be to you, LORD,
the God of our father Israel,
   from everlasting to everlasting.
11 Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, LORD, is the kingdom;
you are exalted as head over all.
12 Wealth and honor come from you;
you are the ruler of all things.
In your hands are strength and power
to exalt and give strength to all.
13 Now, our God, we give you thanks,
   and praise your glorious name.

14 “But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.15 We are foreigners and strangers in your sight, as were all our ancestors. Our days on earth are like a shadow, without hope. 16 LORD our God, all this abundance that we have provided for building you a temple for your Holy Name comes from your hand, and all of it belongs to you. 17 I know, my God, that you test the heart and are pleased with integrity. All these things I have given willingly and with honest intent. And now I have seen with joy how willingly your people who are here have given to you.
End of Bible Text

Continuing of the subject of Stewardship; Stewardship is defined in the dictionary as…  the action of conducting, supervising, or managing of something; especially: the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one's care <stewardship of natural resources>

Back to the question at the beginning, yes we are spending more than what we take in, but we need to find new ways of getting more in, for the USA and the rest of the world, we need to stop and know that HE IS GOD... we need to be good stewards, and the key factors are, responsibility, management with care of what we are entrusted with....just like Jesus said in the following teaching:

Matthew 25:22-23 New International Version (NIV)

22 “The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’

23 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

Continuing the discussion on Stewardship; the text from Matthew 25: 22-23 are direct statements made by Jesus himself. Oftentimes, our Lord spoke using graphic illustrations, and Jesus was laying out a metaphor that He used bags of gold, but in the real world today we could say that the bag of gold is in fact the talent that He entrusted us with.

To be able to gain ‘The Bags of Gold” that our Lord referred to, He said in Matthews 6: 33 Matthew 6:33

New International Version (NIV)

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

As a custodian of what we receive as the Favor of our Lord, we need to continue to ‘Seek’ Him, and by Seeking Him we will ‘Love’ Him and His Love will overflow to others through us.

As Stewards we are just caretakers (Custodians) until we journey on to Glory in His presence, and this point all earthly possessions that we held are left behind.

In the above Scripture, our Lord is not telling us to go and trade Gold, He is saying that we must proclaim the Gospel and bring others to Him, just as He said, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

Conclusion… Lay up treasures in heaven, treasure are defined by extending the Love of Christ to others and to use that ‘Bag of Gold’ which is His Gospel of Good News of His Resurrection from death to life-everlasting, this Good News that He died for our sins so that we can be saved, and only by His Blood of Atonement, a divine action to Redeem us as His Grace extended to us while we are here right now, this grace expires when we dies or when Jesus returns, at any of these events, should one or the other occur before you have accepted Jesus as your Redeemer you will face the wrath of God… While our Lord is a loving God full of compassion, yet the scriptures said; ‘Our God is a God of consuming fire’ To accept Jesus pray in faith and acknowledge that He died and paid the penalty of our Sin. Why did He do this? because we were born in Sin, from the sin handed down from Adam.  You see we will die, but our soul will live on forever, and Our Lord’s Grace extended here can Redeem us by coming to Him and asking Him to forgive you of your sins, and for Him to be your Redeemer and to be your Sovereign Eternal God, Jesus is One in the Trinity of the Father our Creator and as God in One, Jesus sits of the throne of Righteousness and until that day when we are taken into His Kingdom, He Intercedes for us to His Father, and as we come to Him in prayers, He will guide you and forgive you and as you seek him; His Holy Spirit will fill you and your spiritual walk with Him will grow.

Now as a new person in faith remember to use the “Bag of Gold’ that you will gain to bring others to Jesus, this is the explanation of his story, when He will say… ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

The Apostle Paul wrote about Praise, and in Ephesians 1 verse 5
Paul wrote about how our Lord  'Pre-destined' us, of all person to talk of 'Pre-destined' Paul is an authority on this subject; as Jesus did predestined Paul to be His Vessel, Acts 9 tells us about Saul's conversion (Saul was later known as Paul) remembering that Paul was a serious persecutor of Christians, he was a diligent purser of believers, travelling from town to town to arrest them and bring them to the chief priests to be stoned and killed.

On the road to Damascus where Paul was headed with arrest warrants to get more Christians, the Lord struck him down and transformed him into His Messenger.   Paul became a main figure in the formation of the Christian Church in Antioch, and was transformed as a messenger for Jesus to Proclaim the Good News...
Here Paul is writing about:

[] Praise
[] Pre-Destined by our Lord
[] Redemption
[] The Glorious Grace of our Lord
[] Forgiveness by the Blood of Jesus
[] The Riches of our Lord's Grace And, in verse

Ephesians 1: 13, we are told as believers we are...13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,
14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.

Ephesians 1 New International Version (NIV)
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,    To God’s holy people in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:

2 Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise for Spiritual Blessings in Christ

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love

5 he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—

6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace

8 that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding,

9 he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ,

10 to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,

12 in order that we, who were the first to put our hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory.

13 And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,

14 who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.

Are you included in His Pre-destined group? Yes, but, while Adam and  Eve were predestined by God, yet the devil interfered and at that moment sin entered the world.

Our Lord loved us so much that He sent His Son to redeem us and paid the price for the atonement of our sins. John 3:16) He had to do this as we cannot save ourselves, and by dying and by His Divine Resurrection, death was conquered thereby providing a way for us to have life-everlasting, but we have to accept His Gift of His Redemption and by His Grace when we accept Him we are saved. A gift does no one any good unless it is received, therefore; you must receive His Gift of Life by accepting and believing in Faith that Jesus is your Redeemer and knowing that Jesus did this for you, to know Him is to also know that He is our Sovereign God.

Jesus our Redeemer did set aside the Judgment of His Father... for those that accepted HIS Divine Sacrifice. To accept HIM go to our Green Pastures page.  By Jesus’ coming as a Man for us, by His Glory and Grace we are Saved…

The Battle is the Lord’s… Be aware that Jesus has our Back: By His Grace By His Love He is our Refuge He is our Redeemer He is the Holy Righteous He is Sovereign Let us Thank our Father and Creator to have sent His Anointed Son; Jesus to pay the ultimate price by HIS Divine Crucifixion and Triumphant Resurrection that Redeemed us; and by HIS Blood we are cleansed and by HIS Grace we are Saved.

The real Thanksgiving is to Give Thanks to our Eternal God, as we acknowledge Jesus as our Sovereign God, See John 1: Verse 2 "He was GOD in the Beginning" and Verse 3: Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that had been made....

"FINDING JESUS OUR REDEEMER" Today's Scripture texts that we can use for our everyday living, knowing that these are the Words of God, giving us HIS assurance... HE made us more than Conquerors...
Romans 8:  37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,  neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,

39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus the Great High Priest

Hebrews 4:14-16 New International Version
14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.

15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.

16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13

We are featuring excerpts from the book... 'The Reason for HIS Coming' by Maurice Hoo

What do we have to look forward to? Fame, Fortune, or Longevity All these are sought after by many,   Many of us do achieve this dream, but Longevity is still a relative term of a finite period.
From birth through our life’s journey, many of us are graduates of the ‘School of hard-knocks’. (SOHK) As an alumnus of this great college, a graduate with distinction, I am writing this short book to use the multi-faceted life’s experience to convey a message of the reason for HIS coming.  You will notice that there is only ONE reason, not multiple reasons. Surprisingly, we use what we learn in life to mold our future; sometimes what we learn is on the positive side, and some on the negative side. Hopefully we will choose the positive lesson to make the right choice. Our direction in life is influenced from time to time by the lesson of SOHK. (School of hard knocks)  Consider the world as the SOHK campus and we are in class.  However, the real world experience was not taught in the way we expect.  We can choose to be a victim or choose to be the victor by sizing up the situation at hand, While in class at SOHK, we should look beyond our own life’s experience and take a page from the curriculum on HIS teaching, yes, Christ’s teaching laid out the road map of success. HIS sermons were and are to be taken as life’s operational manual, but the real message is tied to his sole reason for coming…

He came and redeemed us, as in the beginning after Adam and Eve breached his commandment, GOD said, “you will surely die”: Genesis 2: 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” >>>>        because HIS words are powerful he had to COME, not ‘SENT’ as we were taught that He ‘Sent his Son’ yes; there is a Holy Trinity as He said, that his father sent him, and “I am the way the truth and Life… John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” and when he leaves he would send us a comforter, His Holy Spirit, this is the Holy Trinity, Trinity is defined as The Triune God…
To redeem us from His word, ‘Eat of this and you will surely die’ Genesis, He came, and He departed. We should look at the way He came, and the way He departed.  He came as a Child, for the sole purpose of?  Redemption, He came for the redemption of our sins, and HIS word ‘Eat of this and you will surely die’ Genesis 2:
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;
17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.
Now that he has made this right, by paving the way, creating the passageway, such a unique route that man cannot sell tickets for this journey, we can all get aboard.  This Passageway is a part of the ‘Priceless-Gift’ that all the Gold in the world cannot purchase, nor can we earn it by our own doing…

Our Focus for today is on "Seek Him First" Matthews 6: 33 Today we reflect on the Bondage of Sin, listed below are the Scripture Text, we suggest that you read the context and then the text (whole chapter) The quoted scriptures are dynamically linked to Bible Gateway below, after you have read the Text you can cl

WHO IS JESUS?  (All Scripture texts from  the NIV Bible)

Hebrews 1: 4 So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs. Isaiah 61: 1, 3 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me.... (This refers to Jesus being endowed by The Father to come and be our Redeemer Hebrews 8 and Psalm 45: 6&7 are identical and it affirms The Anointing of Jesus as The Christ; which is Prophecy fulfilled)

Hebrews 6: 1 Verse 3 The Son is the radiance of God's glory,

Hebrews 1: verse 3. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in Heaven.

Hebrews 6: 14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. Hebrews 6: 18 God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie.

Touchstone: Jesus also said:
John 16
Jesus spoke of His Ascension into Heaven…  Verse 28: “I came from the Father and entered the world; now I am leaving the world and going back to the Father.”

About HIS return

16 Jesus went on to say, “In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me.”

Ten things we need to remind ourselves of;

  • House
  • Car
  • Plumbing & Repairs
  • Appliances

Why worry about things that are broken? If they are Man-Made these are easily fixed or replaced, in this category nothing is life threatening, it’s only a thing that we can buy, or somehow replace.

  • Job / Career
  • Salary
  • Bills to pay

Why worry about these circumstances? These are also man-made what we face can be changed so dramatically by trusting HIM, but as said, while the Farmers trust in the goodness of the Lord for a good crop, each farmer must till the soil, prepare for planting, remove the seed and plant them, then look to our Lord for His Grace. Therefore, we have to; Ask Seek, and Knock, and when we come to the source that our Lord has provided, we will be highly rewarded with HIS abundance. Jesus said…

Matthew 6:33 New International Version (NIV)

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

  • Maintaining good health

What can we do about these? i) We can listen to what is said in the Bible; do all things in moderation...

Philippians 4:4-6 (21st Century King James Version (KJ21)

4Rejoice in the Lord always; and again I say, "Rejoice!"

5Let your moderation be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

6Fret not about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.

  • Health-Illness

  • Need for Access to Healthcare

  • Healing

Bring your request to our Lord, He is the greatest Physician,

and He can do what He knows best  for each of us. He prepares us for the days ahead, of enduring this life full of challenges and He is always ready to receive you home and give you a place of Splendor; as this is HIS promise to those that seek Him and know HIM…Healing:  While we come to our Lord for His healing power, let us give Him the glory and thank Him for His restoration, as He said in Psalms 103:

Psalm 103 New International Version (NIV)

Today make Jesus Christ the Center of your life

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

If You know HIM you will Love and Serve HIM… by:

Romans 12:1 (NIV)

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

John 14:21 (NIV)

Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

Then live by HIS precept, as told to us in:

Matthew 6:33 New International Version (NIV)

33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

So today we can know the affirmation of:

  1. Whom we believed
  2. In Whom we place our trust
  3. He is Faithful and Trust Worthy to defend us
  4. Who we can look to for what we need
  5. And HIS Rewards are granted to those that seek HIM FIRST…

And our Heavenly Rewards are far greater that the temporary things that will need replacing as soon as man’s short-term warranty expire so that they can sell you a service contract.

With our Lord there is a Service Contract but there is no Premium, why? Because; HE already paid it in FULL at the Cross by HIS Blood; His blood is the “Atonement” for our sins, it is the Divine Gift of Grace that He granted to each of us.

Grace is like your house payment that is past due, but there is a late fee and if you do not make the payment, it is then declared a delinquent loan, and by ignoring the bank the loan is then foreclosed… with God our life is declared PAID-In-FULL so that we can look to the future by HIS preparation for Life-everlasting….

1 John 3 NIV

1. See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!  And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

 2. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

  3. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.

 2 Corinthians 5:21

"God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God"

Colossians 1: 15-20 New International Version (NIV)

The Supremacy of the Son of God

15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

For He said:  All things work together for good to those that love the Lord…

Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:27-29 (in Context) Romans 8 (Whole Chapter)

Remember the battle is the Lord's, and HE sits on the Throne of Righteous and intercedes for us... What a Privilege HE gave us!

Revelation 21:4 New International Version (NIV)

4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Revelation 21 (Whole Chapter)

A New Heaven and a New Earth

1 Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. 2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

6 He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. 7 Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

The forgoing is a message of Hope
and also HIS warning in verse 8

Go to our Green Pastures page and read how to receive HIS Precious Gift…and be among those referred to in Verse 7 above; “Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children”… On this principle, let us choose to be among the Victors…

These are what our Lord Jesus came to provide:

  • Victory
  • Grace
  • Hope
  • Redemption
  • Joy
  • Life everlasting

And He said we will be in a place of Splendor with unimaginable JOY in HIS presence. A place where there will be no Sin, as it is Sanctified by our Lord Jesus that sits at the Right-hand of The Father and Creator.

Spreading the Good News... in a Digital ageA Ministry proclaiming The Good News, the precepts and teaching of our Lord; and providing free resources of Christ centered publications and useful insight for Christian living.
This is a ‘Send No-Money Ministry”
It is because of the Love of Jesus that we are saved by His Grace… so we are here to take the message into the digital age with a difference.  This is a ministry that will never ask for money, and in faith we seek our daily bread by HIS Faithfulness… coming from our Lord and not by solicitations. We are inspired by Paul’s faith in Christ… Just like Paul who said... 2 Corinthians 11: 7 Was it a sin for me to lower myself in order to elevate you by preaching the gospel of God to you free of charge?

We bring this outreach ministry with one single focus... to proclaim the Good News and how HIS gift can be received and by receiving HIM as he said to Nicodemus... You must be born again, John 3: 3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.

Revelation 21:4 New International Version (NIV)

4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Our daily interaction with others will be sometimes challenging in dealing with

  • Our Families, Our Neighbors, Our Business Associates and life in general,  but we must remember the following:

Our Brothers and Sisters in Christ Our Lord gave us a privilege of living a harmonious life, full of Joy… Joy is mentioned in the Bible 155 times, so our Lord must have a lot of JOY in store for us, here and tomorrow.

Forgiveness is one of the key stepping stones to achieving JOY, it’s not just healthy for one’s mental state, carrying a ‘grudge’ is only hurting you and no one else. Therefore, clear your mind by forgiving those that caused you any pain… it is good for your health,  but it restores lasting relationships; and allows you to live in Peace… not in pieces,  by His Peace that transcends all things…It is found in the Precious Gift from our Lord, as He said, my Peace I give unto you

John 14:27 American Standard Version

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.

Romans 8:28 American Standard Version

And we know that to them that love

God all things work together for good

even to them that are called according to his purpose.

There is a difference between Insurance and Assurance:

The difference is: Insurance is to have the asset
covered to the extent of the value of what is insured
and as of the time when the damage occurs, you
will be paid based on what the insured product is worth
at then present time, therefore there is a depreciation factor…

Assurance is: a Full comprehensive coverage with full replacement Value regardless of WEAR & TEAR… this is what our Lord Jesus provides by HIS Assurance, He said “before Abraham, I was” and HE is the anointed Son of God, because no one has ever seen the face of GOD, so God in Jesus is our Holy Anointed CHRIST, our Eternal God, who sits at the Right-Hand of our Father our Creator, and Jesus as God in One of His Holy Trinity intercedes for us until we are Home in a Sanctified Sinless Place that he has provided for us, a ‘Place of Splendor”

What is the "priceless Gift"?
n All the Gold cannot purchase this Gift!
IF one accepts the Priceless Gift, can it ever be lost? Because HE Paid it all by HIS Redemption, and by coming to Him, we receive His Holy Spirit; and we are guided by His Holy Spirit, but we are sinners and our righteousness is like a filthy rag… This is why HE came and paid it by His Crucifixion and Rose triumphantly so that we may have Live everlasting, as we are made in His Likeness…

Romans 8: 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Verse 29 For those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among brother.  Verse 30. And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also purified; those He purified, He also glorified...

What's inside this Gift?
An everlasting Gift of HIS Grace..Ephesians 2:8. For it is by Grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -- Verse 9. not by works, so that no one can boast.

What do we have here on earth? Life is a sojourn through this world, all of what we purchase are classified as non-durable and durable goods... but even the durable goods that are man made; such as a Car, a TV, a Refrigerator, they all wear out, nothing that we have is durable, GOLD is, but it was not man made, Iron and other metal are forged by man, but they all breakdown, just like us.  We get older and we suddenly find that we are mere mortals. So, what we own cannot last, only one thing can last forever, The Love of Christ... and He gave us this Love and Redeemed us so that we can last forever... Not only will be last forever, we will be in a place of Splendor. This Gift must be accepted, and if we do, then we will be transformed and one day we will be fully sanctified and be sinless.

Romans 8: 31 What, then shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?  Verse 32:  He who did not space His Son, but gave Him up for us all - how will He not also along with Him, graciously give us all things?

How are you living?

Living by….  ‘Economy of Scale’ or by ‘Economy of Grace’

In business the guideline of Economy of Scale is a widely used benchmark… in the economy of man we need this guide as resources are not limit less, in God’s economy, He applies the Economy of Grace as His Resources are limit less and in abundance…

Today as we address the commercialization of our Lord’s Birthday… Let the world know that Christmas is a season and it is a real purposeful day….

I will be exalted among the nations;

I WILL BE EXALTED in the earth.”

Psalm 46:10  New International Version (NIV)

Stop and know that I am God…  What a profound statement to honor our Eternal God who made it all.
